professional BUT I received a return call from the billing department, and after a long
conversation, we resolved all my issues, and the gentleman promised to make corrections to all of the billing procedures, and he waived the bill that I (never) received, and reinstated my maintenance contract to my satisfaction It was a very satisfactory resolution to a problem

American Vintage is a solid company. They call when he technician is 15 minutes away. Almost always they are on time. Bob M. did a great job of explaining what was going on and then presenting options, including doing nothing. No hard sell tactics. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend.
I have used American Vintage for several years now, and have found them to provide consistently superior service. The office staff is polite and I always feel they are trying to work with me to get the service I need as soon as possible (lately I've dealt with Anna). The technicians (this time it was Ronnie) are personable, and take the time to explain the problem and the possible resolutions in a way I can understand. With some HVAC companies, it seems as if every visit/service call requires spending money to rectify a problem or prevent one. These guys often say 'everything looks good' at the end of a maintenance visit and I'm out no more money.
Our hot water boiler was not functioning properly so we put in an urgent call to American Vintage. Walter was able to come and fix the problem and we have heat again. Even though we were At the end of his long day, he was courteous and pleasant and solved the problem.
I am always well pleased with the technicians from American Vintage Home. Bob did not disappoint-he did a marvelous job! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions as he conducted the 50 point heating inspection. I look forward to seeing him in the spring for my air conditioning system checkup.
Lester came to deal with a leak. He was efficient, effective and respectful. It turned out the matter was very minor so he asked if he could do anything else to make the visit worth the base fee. That was a pleasant surprise!

American Vintage Home was great. Had a [redacted] installed in my 90+ year old home. Their estimate was the most thorough and complete (and reasonably priced!).
They started the work on time, came every day when they said they were going to start, the job took exactly how long they said it would take (one week) and they treated our home carefully and there was no mess.
Great experience all around! And their technicians were great, too.
