This was our first experience with American Vintage Home. We were very impressed with Sherman, the plumber who repaired our sink. He explained the problem and the solution very well. He left the work area very clean. We will use this company in the future.
American Vintage was very prompt in getting me an appt on a Friday night after 4p. Dominick came at the time he said, he was very knowledgeable, and informed me of what exactly he was doing and what was wrong. I didnt feel like he was taking advantage of as a single mother, as I have experienced with other repairmen from other companies. I called JR at American Vintage Home to get a second opinion and estimate for my [redacted] air conditioner problem. He was extremely responsive - rearranging other appointments to meet my schedule - and was just so knowledgeable about my system. His analysis and explanation of options was terrific, and we went with his suggestion to test to determine just where our problem was. His technician Bob came the next day, and in preparing to do the testing, identified the problem and fixed it. Bob was very good, thorough, polite and efficient. I will absolutely recommend this company to my friends.
My entire experience with American Vintage Home was a great one. I called in the morning to schedule an appointment to have a technician come out and check on something. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day, later in the afternoon. The service charge sounded very reasonable. The technician came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Figured out my problem right away and replaced the broken part all in the same visit. The cost of the entire service was reasonable and I was relieved that it was all taken care of in such a prompt fashion. The company I called prior to calling American Home Vintage (whose sticker was on my boiler since I purchased my home) has not returned my call and message to this day, now over 2 weeks ago. American Home Vintage will be my number one going forward.
Although the time of the service call was late, the service provided was thorough and careful. I was informed of the price and the options available to me and the work done was done well.
I recently requested service and was given a window from 12 to 4. I was pleasantly surprised to have been called by the technician, Andrew B., who told me he would arrive until 4 which freed up my afternoon. When he arrived he was competent, efficient and exceptionally polite.
I have been using American Vintage Home Inc for a number of years for heating/cooling and plumbing issues in my current and previous home. Recently Sean B. came to fulfill a service call. Not only was he professional, but we were able to engage in an informative conversation, him answering all my questions. He was also very helpful in determining what issues I needed to resolve today, and what issues I could hold off on for a period of time. I would definitely use American Vintage Home and request Sean.

Sean B from American Vintage Home came out yesterday to perform an annual inspection of our AC system--even though we were his last stop of the day and it was late, he was extremely thorough, pleasant and very professional. He is exactly what a homeowner wishes a service provider to be.... we have been customers of American Vintage for some time and have always been pleased with their work etc......It was the first time Sean B had ever done work for us and he was truly outstanding.

American Vintage installed a [redacted] A/C unit in our 100+ year old home. The experience was great from start to finish. All employees that we worked with were exceptional. Mike K, who was in charge of the day-to-day work, was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all he was doing, and gave us timely updates about the job. Along with his co-worker Jose, Mike took excellent care of our home and we were comfortable running errands while they worked. Also, Mike helped my 20-year-old daughter when she locked herself out of her car. That's what I call service!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We hired them after they were recommended to US!!
Prompt, efficient and solid service from Sean this afternoon. He assessed our plumbing and fixtures and recommended several cheap and easy DIY solutions for preventive issues. For the one item we and he agreed needs to be addressed (hot water heater) he provided us with written estimates for 4 different options that we discussed.
Dom did a fall inspection of our furnace and was very helpful with our questions. We've had the same good experiences with Bob in the past as well for previous fall and spring inspections on our Home Service Plan. American Vintage also did a great job installing a new furnace for us last winter. They've been consistent with us across the board for the last three years - good work and good people
Andrew, from American Vintage Home, Inc., was very professional and extremely patient with me. He explained what he was going to do and did it. He suggested two items to improve our heating experience , but did not pressure me to make a decision right away. He also explained the workings of a P-Trap several items until I sort of got it. I will definitely be using American Vintage Home, Inc. for all my future heating needs!

dressed, worked diligently, and was very respectful of my home. He explained
everything he did, and gave me a couple of options regarding upgrades. He also
was kind enough to answer some questions I had about my fireplace. He is a very nice person. It was a pleasure having him come today.
