Lester showed up on time and was professional and courteous. He completed all the work that was discussed with the Sewer specialist beforehand. The job was very difficult but Lester took the time to do it correctly. I have had many problems in the past with plumbers who do the minimum work and your left no better off than before they came. I will use there services again for more work that needs to be done..It was a very pleasant experience to have a contractor complete the job requested.

It was a routine maintenance call on an older unit for a house we've moved into recently and he was thorough in checking the equipment and very helpful in explaining how the components are supposed to work. American Vintage Home installed a Space PAC AC unit in our home. They were punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked for one week in our home and always cleaned up the work site, answered our questions, and made sure to make the install as easy as possible.
My AC(11 yr old unit) went out on the afternoon of the 4th of July...1st thing I did was check the weather forecast for the week. Temperatures in the 90's in just 2 days...I decided to wait until the next morning to call because of the holiday. The customer service lady was very polite and they were able to accommodate my work schedule and sent a technician to my place within just a couple hours. Within an hour and a half, and a couple hundred dollars later (I expected a couple thousand for a new unit), my central AC unit was back up and running thanks to a great technician, Andrew B. He was knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and straightforward.
American Vintage is always prompt and courteous. More importantly I find them technically superior to many others. Their staff is knowledgeable and informative. We have had Jacek and Andrew out to do our repairs, and they were great.
Tony is an amazing person and a superb technician! First of all, he explained what was wrong with the parts to be replaced and what he was going to replace them with. He explained the entire process . He kept running up and down two flights of stairs to check and recheck to make sure that everything was working perfectly. I could see that he took pride in his work and would leave nothing to chance. My boiler is working perfectly and there is not a bit of the noise I had experienced. Thank you, Tony! I look

Bob [redacted] came for our annual inspection and to diagnose a humming noise in our furnace. He was fantastic. He recommended waiting on the inspection since we had already had one in June. He was able to diagnose the noise and gave unbiased advise about whether we should fix it ( ie get a new boiler) . As a bonus he disconnected a garden hose from the outside of the house that we couldn't get with our own non professional wrenches. He also helped me find the shut off valves for 2 hoses .
He had a good sense of humor, was professional and helpful five stars for Bob.
