Their business model seems to rely upon computer errors and misunderstandings.

Thank you for your assistance.  I have printed off their reply and will file it for any future problems with American Yellow Distributors.  I doubt it was a computer error but rather an attempt to defraud.  Having read on line about the history of this company
and the many complaints confirms their shady business practices.  Now that I have accepted their apology it will show yet another complaint that they satisfied.  In reality they should be investigated for fraud but sadly that will probably never happen.  I
can't imagine how much money they have been sent by unsuspecting victims.  As a small family business we are grateful for your intervention on our behalf.

would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] Their accounting department is in Canada.  They should be able to contact them and rectify this matter.  Their accounting department in Canada is threatening to take me to collections, when I am not, nor have ever been responsible for invoices for the agency.  I am highly disturbed by this so-called resolution.  It is very offensive to me and my credit, which is AAA.  Did you contact the company in San Diego or Canada.  I gave you the Canada address with my original complaint.  Please take care of this.

Just so you, Revdex.com, know, we never had a conversation with these people - they are a complete scam. They never answered their phone when we tried to call back and never returned the message we left. There was no misunderstanding - they were just trying to get money out of unsuspecting people. They should be closed down.
