Review: I received a call yesterday regarding our "Yellow Pages Internet advertisement this past year, and would we be continuing this ad. I told the representative that we did not order this product, and she told me that we owed $699.95 for the previous year. I told her that we did not authorize this services, and did not owe the charge. She indicated she would fax an invoice. The invoice came in this morning for $496.95. I have tried calling the number on the invoice, "all representatives are busy, please leave your name and phone number". no call back yet.Desired Settlement: Invoice to be cancelled, and no further unauthorized charges.

Review: Yesterday I received a faxed invoice from American Yellow Distribution, 6977 Navajo Rd. #106, San Diego, CA 92119 (phone 800-557-2990) or (fax 800-549-9770) saying our company owes them $496.95. We never placed an order with them; we order services only with written signature of an officer. I read many complaints about them on the internet and how they send threatening reminders for payment, etc. Is this another yellow pages scam where someone calls to 'verify' name and address, records you saying 'yes', and then records your voice onto a fake order? I immediately faxed the invoice back to them telling them to remove our name and told them I was reporting them to the FTC. Of course when I tried to call them no one answered the phone call.Desired Settlement: Remove our name from their files and never contact us again.

This is not a legitimate business and just because they will not try to scam me anymore does not mean they will not do the same to others. I get their scam mail and faxes all the time. This company is nothing but a SCAM and should be reported to the proper authorities.

Review: We have never before contacted American Yellow Distributions yet we have been faxed a bill in the amount of $496.95 for Facebook & Twitter Features. Not only have we never heard of American Yellow Distributors we do not want to do this type of advertising. They show our customer id # [redacted], invoice [redacted], order id [redacted] and Vendor# [redacted] dated 11/7/2014 with the charge of $496.95 for 1 year of Facebook and Twitter Features. This appears to be a scam that gets sent out to many businesses in the hopes that some of them will actually pay the company money. We are a small family business and it is definitely not something any of us has asked for.

After looking up this business on the Revdex.com it is obvious we are not the first victim of this fraudulent billing practice and it is likely they will again blame their computer system again.

We feel this is a scam.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a written apology and acknowledgement from American Yellow Distribution Inc. that says Moosenet Computer Services Ltd. owes them nothing and that they will delete our company information from their files. We do not want to receive any future contacts from this questionable company.

Review: I received a fax from American Yellow Distribution, Inc. stating that we owe them $2375.95 for a 2 year listing. The fax says it is from an invoice that has been pending for 12 months (we have not received any faxes, emails or bills prior to this one) and they are going to send us to collections. I have dealt with these types of scammers in the past and I know that it is not even worth calling them because they will make threats and will not help to correct the problem. They also like to play a fraudulent, spliced recording from a phone call that they made to your business where they try to trick your employees into saying "yes" to simple questions (such as verifying your address) and they then splice that "yes" into questions that they never asked. I am therefore immediately filing this complaint with the Revdex.com. We did not authorize any services through this company at any time.Desired Settlement: This company needs to stop billing us for services that we did not authorize. They need to clear our name and account balance from their records because we have never had anything to do with them. If they have reported us to a legitimate collections company, then they need to clear our name from that company's database as well.

I now received a fax today saying they were going to turn us over to collections,, to a company called general credit protection. We did not contact the company with the "bills" since they looked like solicitations for business. Now we are being sent to collections. The fax is of poor quality so I cannot read any phone numbers to call them and there is only a partial mailing address. I am leary of even acknowledging the contact for fear it would be taken as some sort of "agreement" for services. Review: We received two faxes that are invoices for the amount due of $2375.95 stating that it is a collection warning and being referred to DEBT COLLECTORS-General Credit Protection Inc/Credit Bureau Recovery. We have NEVER dealt with this business and the claim is bogus. One of the invoices has our address as a PO Box which we have not had for 6 years now. The other invoice our name is completely spelled incorrectly. I want this company to quit sending faxes or contacting us in any way. Review: I received a bill stating we owed $2375.95 from 9/2/2013 listing pending invoive for twelve months. First, I do not do business with this company. I only work with my local Dex yellow pages. Second, this is the first time I have received anytghing from this company about this listing. They threaten if payment not received immediately we will be turned over to a collection agency. Review: I received a fax from American Yellow Distribution for an invoice in the amount of $496.95 for "Facebook and Twitter Features." I DID NOT nor have I ever contacted/spoke with anyone from this company for their services. I have read other reviews and found that other companies have had the same complaints. I am the only person in this small, family owned business who deals with advertising, ever, so I know that there was not a "confusion" between my company and theirs. I do not, nor will I ever want to use their company or their services for anything relating to my business. I want them to remove my company's name from their directory and erase this false invoice they sent to me. In case they need to locate this business in their system, the numbers they listed were "vendor number [redacted]" with "customer ID [redacted]."Desired Settlement: I want this fraudulent company to clear the balance on our supposed "account" to $0 and to never contact us again.
