other non-profits organizations using intimidation and fear to try and swindle money from them. I thank you so much for handling this issue so quickly but in my opinion American Yellow should be shut down and the principles indicted for illegal activity re federal mail, blackmail, and intimidation.

Regarding this complaint we already have resolved this
case in behalf of complainant’s firm. Should be confusion during the
conversation between our representative and their employee. With the purpose of
working out we will not be requiring for this payment and we already have taken
off their firm from
our list and also we have put the company balance at $0.00.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is only somewhat satisfactory to me.  I find it very convenient for them to claim that it was a computer error when in fact I have NEVER had business dealings with them, NEVER had an account with them so why should they EVER have had a file on our business.  No this company is a scam, they try to scare small businesses with their bogus complaints about non payment of an invisible debt that the business never incurred in the first place.   I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

There was no "communication" from the business other than their deceitful fake facsimile invoice.  Of note, their generic "response" is written in very poor English.  I am sure we will receive future faxes and will begin to file a complaint each and every time I receive one.  If nothing else, someone from this phoney company will have to take time to write a response - hopefully some of their time was wasted just as mine was as well as my fax paper!

In the company's response, they stated "Should be confusion during the conversation between our representative and her employee.  With the purpose of working out we will not be requiring for this payment..." which clearly indicates not only a lack of concern in their response, but the implication there was originally some sort of contract or agreement between their company and ours, which is entirely false.  There has been no contact between Northside Christian Church and any company identifying themselves as "American Yellow Distribution, Inc." and I will not leave a statement that there was undisputed.  I expect a response from this company stating that the entire charge was false and would like my company's "file" removed altogether from their systems.
