The inspection that was done for us was thorough The inspector was obviously an experienced contractor with years of experience and knew what he was looking for and WHY He was clear and concise with his explanations and interpretations of issues and he had succinct advice on what to do about given concerns The draft report was completed before we left the home and the final report was provided the very next day, and reflected everything we spoke about!! My review is based on our experience with this particular inspector whose name was Ed He was fantastic I cannot speak for any other inspector with the company This is why I gave the company a instead of Because I have only had experience with one contractor/inspector I cannot guarantee that the experience would be the same for other customers
