The inspection was very thorough and included many suggestions for future repairs, which was excellent because we are first-time homeowners and it's nice to have a project list instead of going in blind!

He did a home inspection on a rental property that we own.
He made TWO holes in the wall in the basement (2inches in diameter and 4inches deep)
He did not ask permission to do this or report that he had altered the wall
When ask about it, he did admit to tapping on the wall with his screwdriver until he made a crevice big enough to fit his screwdriver in and then proceeded to enlarge the hole until he could see inside the cement block
He obviously does not follow the Licensing guidelines for the American Society of Home Inspectors
I would not recommend him for the inspection of any property
