Jackie and George did a fantastic job, and they were friendly and They cleaned the ducts in our fthome in just over two hoursThe company was very responsive when we set up the appointment; very easy to reach someone on the phoneThey arrived promptly the very next morning, explained the process very clearly, and explained again when they were done
It turned out that the ducts were in worse shape than most, and that they had only been superficially cleaned in the past century of the house's existenceAll sorts of things turned up, and Jackie went above and beyond to make far more holes than anticipatedDespite this, we were only charged the quoted price
A few minor issues: we were not sent the before and after photos that were promisedWe have now contacted the company and they said they would send themAll floors were swept and in very good shape, but there was some dust and dirt left on surfaces in the basement
In all, though, the quality of the service was excellent, and the tools and materials seemed very effective
I called Amistee on the recommendation of a neighbor I must say how pleased I was from the start, beginning with a thorough knowledge of the operation from Donna who answered the phone I made an appointment for both my home and my daughters home to be done the same morning Two employees, Jeff and Tyler, arrived promptly on time, explained the procedure, and began putting drop cloths down to protect carpet and stairs Their work was very professional and timely I was delighted with the enthusiasm they both exhibited Thanks Amistee for a job WELL DONE !! Jeff K and Michael J were both very professional and took the time to explain and review all of the steps for having our air ducts cleaned They made sure that all of the air ducts in our home were identified and cleaned, ensured that our furnace was working and that our basement and other areas in our home were cleaned and put back in order upon completion of the job Additionally, we selected to have our dryer vent cleaned, however when Jeff looked at the vent he determined it was not necessary, but noticed that we need to have the vent taped, so he took care of that as well as ensured the area behind the dryer was cleared of dustI would definitely recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to my friends, and will call them again to have this job done
