Amistee Air Duct Cleaning gave us prior notice, which is important if you have to secure six cats, and they arrived on the dot Rob and a second gentleman by the name of Bob, whom I could not identify from the photos, introduced themselves, put covers over their shoes as well as any area of the house that could possibly get dirty, and explained the process The procedure took hours, after which Rob showed us before and after photos, which showed that we did indeed need to have our ducts cleaned urgently Our house was left spotless, after all equipment was removed

I've used this company before and will continue to do so When I called the office to schedule the person was very professional over the phone and polite I was called the day before by Julie to confirm appointment and confirm time Julie called again in the morning to give me an update on when they would arrive to clean the dryer ventKyle and Tyler were prompt, polite and professional I was happy that they put on footies to protect the outside elements coming inside on my wood floors Kyle explained exactly what would be done I offered to show they where the vent exited outside but they did everything so that I would not have to go outside into the cold Very considerateThey finished the job in a timely manner Put the dryer back neatly as if they were never even hereIn the end Kyle let me know that there was a savings this month for this service and applied it to my bill I was very impressedGreat company and employees
