On Monday afternoon April 16, 2018, Jeff and Glen arrived at our home to provide a whole house air duct cleaning service Both technicians were very courteous and professional They were very careful not to damage our home and to be very clean during the entire process that took about hours They took the time to individually clean each cold air return and heating duct as well as all of the internal main ducts that run back to the furnace/a/c unit At the completion of the service they provided pictures of the before and after condition of the main duct system We were very impressed how much dust and debris was removed and how sparkling clean all of the vents were In summary, we would highly recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to all our family and friends

I was referred to Amistee by Dale Halpin of Guardian Recovery Systems From the moment I first made contact until the completion of their work (and after, actually), they were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough In particular, Colin Blair and Austin Birge, the onsite team, took great care to do a thorough job, explained their work and their findings and made additional recommendations for me to separately address Within a day of the work being completed, I received a personal call from the office (not a robo-call) asking for my feedback about their work I would definitely recommend Amistee to my friends
Jake and Devin were punctual and very professional! They were careful about tracking dirt into the house and careful not to damage corners of walls with the big vacuum hose They thoroughly explained the process and seemed happy to answer all of my questions They presented me with my option to have a anti microbial spray applied and pointed out the sorry condition of my furnace filter and offered a replacement While they pointed these things out they were not pushy at all about it, they were friendly and informative! They worked efficiently as a team and I was surprised by how well they were able to clean the duct system I will definitely be calling Amistee in a few years to do it again, and have already recommended them to family members!

We received a phone call telling us they were on the way, they worked efficiently, wore shoe covers, placed tarps down so that the large vacuum tubes would not scrape against anything, and explained all that they were doing! Definitely a star experience! Jackie and Tyler were very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaningI especially appreciated the option of spraying the duct work after it was cleaned with Benefect, a non- toxic, broad spectrum disinfectant made with essential oilsI will definitely be calling them next time!
