I just had my air ducts cleaned by Barry and TylerThey were professional and friendly as they carefully explained exactly what they were doingThey took pictures as they were cleaning and showed me an area of potential mold growthThey even found some dampers that were closed, which explained some areas of the house that had little to no air flowI am so glad with the results!

They were careful about tracking dirt into the house and careful not to damage corners of walls with the big vacuum hose They thoroughly explained the process and seemed happy to answer all of my questions They presented me with my option to have a anti microbial spray applied and pointed out the sorry condition of my furnace filter and offered a replacement While they pointed these things out they were not pushy at all about it, they were friendly and informative! They worked efficiently as a team and I was surprised by how well they were able to clean the duct system I will definitely be calling Amistee in a few years to do it again, and have already recommended them to family members!

I was very pleased with the duct cleaning service provided by Melvin and Travis as well as their customer service skills As they went from register to register, I wondered how effective the cleaning would be It wasn't until we were in the basement and I saw how much time they spent on each duct that I became really confident in the process As Melvin was transferring the suction hose from the heat duct to the return duct he allowed me to put my hand at the top of the hose to feel the strength of the suction Very impressive and very pleased with a job well done
