OutstandingI can't believe how much air was being lost through all of the tiny gaps and seams of our duct system before Amistee sealed it Now almost of the air we heat and cool is going into the rooms we live in - rather than our basement or within the walls Great job guys!

On March 9, 2017, Barry and Ian from Amistee came and cleaned my furnace ducts A company repcalled several hours earlier and confirmed the appointment The above arrived right on time and were very careful when bringing in and setting up the equipmentThey were very courteous, professional and politeThey accomplished the job in the time they promised The heat air flow from my registers definitely increased They took pictures of the interior of the main ducts before and after the cleaning, and it was unbelievable I highly recommend Amistee and Barry and Ian
The crew came on time, and called when they were on there wayThey were polite, answered all of our questions, and were in and out in about 2-hoursThey recommended we have our dryer vent cleaned every year to prevent a fireThey also said since we did not have any animals, or children in the home and we were non-smokers we could probably wait 5-years to have our ducts cleaned againI appreciate that they did not hard sell and say I must do this again in a few years
Tyler and Colin were very professional and did an excellent job explaining the process to me They were extremely careful moving throughout the house, and updated me on their progress along the way After they were finished, they showed me pictures and provided a summary of the work that was done I wouldn't hesitate to use Amistee again, and would request Tyler and Colin as specialists I would also like to mention that the office staff who answered the phone and set up the appointment were also incredibly helpful The entire staff are easy to work with and definitely care about outstanding customer service
This was the first time we have ever had our air ducts cleaned and Amistee was recommended to us by a family member Tyler and Bernard arrived promptly to our home and went to work the minute they stepped in They explained the process and worked diligently to complete everything in a timely manner They were not scheduled to do a dryer vent cleaning, but when I asked if they could while they were here, they were more than willing Tyler and Bernard were professional and comfortable to have in our home and I would highly recommend this service and these specialists
