Melvin and Greg called before coming for the appointment (which I appreciated) and they arrived promptlyThey walked through the house explaining exactly what they were going to do and how they would do itThey wore shoe covers, to keep the carpets clean They working quickly and efficiently and continually asked if I had any questions as they proceeded I mentioned that an object had been dropped down into the duct work from an upstairs bedroom, years agoBeing aware of this they took extra steps to be on the look out for it, and actually retrieved it for us while they did the duct cleaning The whole process took about 1/hours I couldn't be more pleased with there service and the care the took around my house I have already recommended Amistee to someone and will continue to pass their name along whenever I have the opportunity
I was very impressed with not only the service but the quality of the service I received a reminder phone call telling me that the service team was enroute and she gave me their names (Rob and Tyler) They explained what they would be doing and how it would be done They checked out the furnace and humidifier and changed the filters as needed They were quick, neat and professional I could not have been happier When they were gone (and it might be my imagination, but I don't think so), the air seemed cleaner, fresher and made breathing easier I would highly recommend this company and the guys who provided the excellent service

Jacob and Ian did a fabulous job representing their company They called before they arrived so we knew when to expect them and were early on the window of time we were given, which is much better than being late Both gentlemen were very friendly and polite They explained what they were doing in lamens terms and got right to work We had them scheduled for the coldest day of the week and they used their time very efficiently it seemed so the house wasn't too incredibly cold This was very appreciated since I have young children I've already recommended the company to a friend because of my experience They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were metVery clean in their work and worked around any items I could not move for them
