I was reticent to "fall for" the idea that my ducts need cleaning Devin and Robert put that fear to rest They were efficient and thorough and showed me the condition of my duct work before and after they cleaned They did a great job and left my house cleaner than they found it They were respectful and straight forward and I appreciated working with them I wish Amistee had other trades, just like them, in their company
Ian and Rob were very professional and explained to me everything they were going to be working on! They also waited for me to crate my cat to make sure she was secure before they turned on the machines I was very happy with Amistee! I will definitely hire them again for duct cleaning services or if I need insulation put in my attic!

Amistee Air Duct Cleaning gave us prior notice, which is important if you have to secure six cats, and they arrived on the dot Rob and a second gentleman by the name of Bob, whom I could not identify from the photos, introduced themselves, put covers over their shoes as well as any area of the house that could possibly get dirty, and explained the process The procedure took hours, after which Rob showed us before and after photos, which showed that we did indeed need to have our ducts cleaned urgently Our house was left spotless, after all equipment was removed
Jacob and Ian did a fabulous job representing their company They called before they arrived so we knew when to expect them and were early on the window of time we were given, which is much better than being late Both gentlemen were very friendly and polite They explained what they were doing in lamens terms and got right to work We had them scheduled for the coldest day of the week and they used their time very efficiently it seemed so the house wasn't too incredibly cold This was very appreciated since I have young children I've already recommended the company to a friend because of my experience They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were metVery clean in their work and worked around any items I could not move for them
My girlfriend and I had Amistee come to our house clean our air ducts Jackie and Troy were professional in what they do while maintaining a fun atmosphere Most times when services come into your house it can be awkward but I thought they were very friendly and just felt like someone you knew at your house I would definitely recommend them not only on their demeanor but also for how we felt after the air ducts were cleaned They had pointed out how the previous owners of our house had their ducts cleaned but you could tell that whatever company had serviced the ducts before had taken shortcuts Since having the ducts cleaned my allergies have pretty much dissipated Really appreciate their services and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in search of a quality duct cleaning
