I spoke with the regional manager for Naturescape Lawn care, who was very apologetic and made no meaningless excuses.  He accepted fault without hesitation and was insistent on doing whatever he could to make things right.  The sincerity of his response, his acceptance of fault without excuse, and his immediate offer to resolve this matter were impressive.  The proposed resolution exceeds my expectations and this complaint may be closed.
