AWARE OF THE CHARGES IN WHICH I AM ABOUT TO PAY, AND AGREE TO PAY CHARGES FOR THE WORK WHICH I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITHMrs*** signed work order# *** on 10/24/and was provided a copy of the work order(See attached Work Order) Animal Control Solutions cannot accept liability for damage that occurs months after our work has been completed at a customers homeThere are any number of possibilities that could have occurred in Mrs***'s home in the month time period between the time we completed the insulation installation and 4/22/when Mrs*** called our office to report the damage

additional charge to the customerThe vents were ordered and scheduled to be installed 3/19/2018, Mr*** contacted Animal Control Solutions and stated he did not want us on his propertyIn our attempts to collect the balance due on the account Mr*** stated he was not paying the bill because he was selling the house the following weekAnimal Control Solutions proceeded with filing a Mechanics Lein on the homeManagement notified his realtor this process was taking placeMr*** then contacted ACS to settle his account. ACS performed the work that was contracted by Mr*** we will not be refunding any charges.

I’m not sure if the owner is un ethical the management is unethical or both but yet another fabrication from this company I would rather not defend myself hereI have plenty of documentation to refute what they are saying I will gladly take them to court Bottom line, not only did they misrepresent what was supposed to be done when they described what my “problem” was, The job they did was not done according to the work order.

Responding the
company's rebuttal of complaint:We called last week and were told we would be called back and never received a responseThe work we are disputing is the roofline work on linear feetThere are not linear feet of roofline that is possible to sealThey are including in that feet the right and left sides of the roof which cannot be sealed since they are attached to the houses on either sideWe were forced to call another company to come and do completely different work because they work ACS did had nothing to do with the problem and they never called us back.

Mr*** *** signed a service agreement for Linear Feet off Roofline Exclusion, Roofline Exclusion is sealing the area where the gutter and roof meet, hence rooflineThere were no new roof materials installed such as new shingles as that is not the service that was proposed or agreed uponThis repair was completed on March 2, and is guaranteed with a one year warranty from date of serviceOn April 27, a technician was sent out to the home to re-evaluate and complete a warranty inspectionHis determination was that there were no new entry points and the roofline exclusion was intactThere hasn't been any communication from the customer indicating they are continuing to hear noises which would have prompted another warranty check and possible repair at no additional cost to the customerACS was not given the opportunity to make any additional repairs if there were any areas covered under warranty that were compromisedCustomers are provided a warranty to protect them from having to go elsewhere to have repairs performed that were already completed and to ensure a customers out of pocket expense for repairs is justifiedACS will not be issuing a refund for services that another company provided, it was the homeowners discretion to call another provider instead of acting on the warranty in place with Animal Control Solutions at the home located at *** * *** ** *** ** ***

Mrs*** does NOT owe Animal Control Solutions, we directly spoke with her and resolved the issue and she was not charged for the service

Mrs*** and her neighbors were presented two options at time of estimation; They could opt for a day program that included weekly visits each unit would be charged $for this service or a 2nd option was given for an annual monthly service of $setup and a monthly maintenance fee of
$per month for monitoring Mrs*** signed a written service agreement for the annual service that includes monthly monitoring(see attached signed service agreement)Mrs *** called the office regarding her service, it was explained to her there were two options and she chose the annual option, she stated she wanted the weekly checks for the first days at that time it was offered to her to set that up for her but that was not the service she was charged for and we would need to complete a service agreement for the change in service and the difference in pricea day program with weekly monitoring visits is an aggressive approach and has a cost of $The annual program with monthly monitoring is $and $per monthMrs*** decided that she would prefer to cancel the annual contract completely, I agreed to cancel her annual contract with no penalty to herWe sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding to Mrs *** and since have made further strides to improve the explanation process that surrounds these services

ACS was notified of this issue by the customer moments after receiving the notification from the Revdex.com, ACS has since been out to the home on 2/9/to determine the issue and resolve the problemThe customer is under warranty with ACS for repairs and ACS will continue to solve the customers issues
with the contracted laborIt was determined there is ice under the shingles and removing frozen shingles could cause more damage, we are schedule to return back to the customers home in more ideal weather to further address the issue, however a temporary seal was put in place until that time

Mr*** called our office on 8/18/at approx9:Am and expressed that he thought the traps were used traps, the snake traps that were set at his home on 7/11/were new trapsOn 8/10/when the technician completed the monthly service he removed the traps from the exterior of the
home and changed the glue strips inside the trapIt is possible the trap may have been weathered on the exterior since the traps are placed outside the home however the inside of the trap is protected from the elements by design and the strips are changed as needed. The technician spoke in depth with the customer on 8/10/regarding his ant issue inside the home and the customer indicated it was betterThe chemical applied to treat the ants is a concentrate, what this means is the product must be mixed with water to a specified ratio to be safely appliedAll chemicals used by Animal Control Solutions are used as directed by the label, which includes the instruction for application and the proper ratio for mixing. When Mr*** called with his concerns the office staff offered to have a pest control tech come back on 8/21/to complete the service again at no additional charge, Mr*** asked for an appointment this Friday 8/25/between 8-10am, we currently have him scheduled for service tomorrow between 8-am. I feel that ACS has followed the right steps to resolve this customers concerns and this complaint should have only been submitted if we were unable to resolve his concerns with the service
