So basically my conclusion is that this company could purposely leave out an item again and have the right not to do anything about it. Also, they said it would take 7-10 business days to process, when any other order only takes 3-5. This is unacceptable as not I won't receive my order until after Christmas and I ordered it the day after Thanksgiving.I have received a response; however, I believe that an A- rating for this company is unacceptable, and Revdex.com should re-evaluate this.

I am still not satisfied I am losing out on Money for being sent 2x faulty products. I am 100% in agreement with me paying my shipping fees, but I wish to be rembursed for these when product is faulty. At the end of the day I am out of pocket £15 and have no product to show for it. Do you not have quality control to check products before despatch? I feel why should I be at a loss for your lack of quality?

Our response time for emails is  within 48 hours, and can be extended during and after launches.  The customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emails. We do answer the oldest emails first that is why her...

email was not answered. Today 12/16 the customer was advised, "We are so sorry for this issue. We'll have a one time courtesy replacement package sent out to you. Processing is 7-10 business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking." Once the customer's' order ships they will receive an email with tracking. We also recommend that when the customer does receive the tracking number that they please continue to check the tracking status periodically. Also if they should have any issues to email into customer service so that we can ensure their issue is resolved.

As USPS is a separate entity from Kylie Cosmetics, we can only see what the customer sees in terms of tracking. We base our responses straight from what USPS tracking states. customer initiated something we were not aware of so we directed the customer to go o USPS they can advise. The only  recommendations we can make is based on our past experience which is that if there is a package delay it can take approximately 3 days for tracking to update.  In addition, the package is actively in transit to the customer, there is no need to a replacement package. The clear resolution is to allow USPS tracking to update, or for the customer to contact USPS to check on the package location or estimated delivery date.

I sent many more messages begging for information and expressing my rising frustration, all I got, when they did answer was copy paste canned replies, customer service is non-existent , I still have NOTHING FOR 290.00,  and they must not be able to count, I count 12 days since NOVEMBER 21, they conveniently have left off my email begging to cancel, begging for information as to when my 290.00 shipment would be processed. Deliberately enjoying me being upset. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!  as do the entire movement of others posting on instagram Trendmood1 updates, who are missing orders like me! meanwhile this company continues to ignore them as they are me. I have directed them to the Revdex.com and to do chargebacks to recover honest money spent for NOTHING in return.

Hello, Our response time form emails is 24-48 hours, and the customers' initial email was on 6/27. The customer received an email today advising to file a claim with USPS once we receive the claim number then we can issue a one time customer service courtesy replacement.

I am rejecting this response because:It shows that the order went through on my credit card, I also received an email confirmation. How can my transaction be flagged as high risk fraud when I have used that card to order high amounts than before. This order was only $40.

I am rejecting this response because:  They are lying through their teeth!  I ordered my stuff through their website!  I have attached 4 emails.  The first one is the order confirmation stating my order is in process.  The second one is an email giving me my user name to their website.  This is actually funny because I was signing in to their website with my username and password ever since I ordered the stuff on June 4th and it worked fine.  As soon as the Revdex.com got a hold of them with my message they erased my email and my username and password.  I went to go sign on and it says my email does not exist with them!  That is not a coincidence!  The third and fourth email are the ones that I sent to them asking about my order.  I sent those emails directly from their website that I was signing in and out of fine up until they got the complaint. 
I have also already disputed the charge from my credit card, so either way I'm getting my money back! So, if I have a problem doing that then this nasty company is lying.  Because if it's not them why would they not give me my money back!  I am appalled and I will make it my life's mission to tell everyone I know not to buy from this disgusting company that lies through their teeth.  I looked up on the internet and found that this has happened with a lot of people!

I am rejecting this response because:That is wrong your policy is illegal as you cannot as a business not accept returns.Secondly I paid for the complete item with flawless packaging. Do you ever sell the same item without packaging NO! Because that is included in what we pay for the item. You're business policy is just wrong and disgusting. I will not be wasting my time providing further proof, until you take back what you said about the box. As my point above, it is part of the price!This is not just about my order but your poor business trading standards, that others have had to endure.

I am rejecting this response because: There is most definitely a formula change from the very first lipkits that were released to what they are now. I have done all the things you suggest and the lipkits still get cracked and gross looking on my lips.
