Hello, Today 8/29 via email the customer was advised:"So sorry you did not receive your items.No worries, we can send another package as a one-time courtesy. Do you have an alternative address, so that there isn't another issue?"

We have re-reviewed the customers information, and we are still unable to clear this customer to order. As we need to ensure the safety of our business and our practices this information on how we came to our conclusion cannot be released. We are keeping our initial advisement and we will be unable to accept/fulfill your orders.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11477250, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me provided they do provide the replacement of the missing items in my order. Order no. is K983212 and attached is a picture of the customs bill of entry here in Dubai where in it is declared that only 1 carton arrived. Also attached is the Kylie box with the shipping label that arrived with only 3 Lipkits (Exposed).Regards,

As we advised we see the same information as the customer, and since USPS is handling the package, t the best option would be to go directly to them to ask for more details. The action we are taking is advising the If there is a delay with USPS we do recommend to allow more time for the tracking to update as there could just be a missed scan or another issue.  We can only estimate how long it will taking tracking to update we cannot give an exact time frame which is what USPS can advise. We can check with USPS to see if they can provide more insight into this delay.

Currently as the charge back is open, and their bank is considering a resolution. As we cannot refund any order when a charge back is open, since if the customer wins the charge back they will receive a double refund. Please note that if the customer does win the charge back they will get the refund they requested, and therefore the issue will be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: if you click on the tracking number you provided, you will see that the item has NOT been delivered. I have not received a tracking number for the "courtesy package" you are sending. Please provide an updated tracking number to confirm shipment.

I am rejecting this response because: I cannot open it its really death smell and my children have asthma at home! And this is not a respond I have literally every eyeshadow palette in the market and I never received one that has a smell ! I have a Huda Beauty palette that stayed 7 days in transit and never had this smell! So no I want to return the palette and full refund for lying on people ! Check over the internet "royal peach palette" chemical smell!

As our promo only included a free stocking for orders placed for $100; therefore the caption need to reflect the correct parameters so that customers would know how to \correctly qualify for the free stocking.

I am rejecting this response because: The product is not in the conditions the company claim them to be. I have compared the lipsticks with other multiple same exact products that other people ordered and they were truly full, mine were not. I am presenting pictures to make sure you can see what I am talking about, they are more than half empty. I know the company has a "policy" of no refunds or exchanges but that does not affect my customer rights (which are not being respected even if the law states they should). In any case if the amount that came in my products is the "normal" amount for the company they must be tricking the customers with false advertising because there is no way that the amount labeled in the package is the same amount that came (in which case I am willing to sue).  I am very disappointed with this business and I can not believe they are rejecting to assume their responsibility with the costumers even if they are a millionaire industry. I do not want any kind of problems, but this products are expensive in comparison with the competition and I would not accept any problems with them. I just want to solve my complaints without having major problems. I want a replacement.

The customer had reported that their order had not been received, as the order was experiencing transit delays on the side of USPS. As a result of this issue, we had instructed the customer to file a claim for the order, as the order had yet to be delivered and USPS could start a missing mail...

search. The customer had replied to our Customer Service Team on January 16th, reporting the claim number for the claim they had filed with USPS. Once we had obtained the information for the missing mail search, we offered the customer a one-time courtesy replacement for order K7244361. We issued the following response below to the customer on January 16th, offering the replacement order.  "So sorry you did not receive your items. No worries, we can send another package as a one-time courtesy. Do you have an alternative address, so that there isn't another issue?" As of January 19th, we have not received correspondence from the customer in regards to the response issues. Once we receive the requested information from the customer, our Customer Service Team will offer further assistance accordingly with issuing their replacement package to ensure they receive their products.

Hello, Per our policy, we only provide replacements we don't provide refunds. The customer was advised today to file a claim with USPS, upon receipt of the claim number we can issue a replacement package.
