Hello, The customer was advised today that we are issuing a replacement of True Brown, see exact email verbiage, "We are so sorry for this issueWe'll have a one time courtesy replacement package sent out to you for your missing True brown KProcessing is 7-business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with trackingThank you and we are very sorry for the inconvenience."

Hello, Our products are made fresh to order, and then they are packaged in the customers’ boxAs the customer was advised during shipping, packages can get roughed up from being in transit The customer was advised of this information via email, see exact email verbiage, “Sometimes packages get a bit roughed up during the shipping processYour products were not tampered with, they are safe to use.” The customer even advised his wife did not have any issues using the products, see attachedAs there is no damage or defects to the product there will be no replacement product issued

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:i contacted this company from the bottom of the web page that I ordered from in the contact us section All contact has been through this website I am not the only person that was scammed by Kylie Cosmetic by Kylie Jenner There are quite a few same reviews of this company on the Revdex.com website that proves they are part of this scam Please order something from the website and watch as money is taken and no merchandise is shipped and order number is given that they do not support! The customer has been given a one time courtesy replacement for their missing packagePlease note for future reference, if a package's tracking indicates it was delivered, but the customer did not receive it, we recommend them contacting customer serviceOur process is that the customer provides a claim number within days, and then we issue a replacement package.Once the customer's replacement order ships they will receive an email with trackingWe also recommend that when the customer does receive the tracking number that they please continue to check the tracking status periodicallyAlso if they should have any issues to email into customer service so that we can ensure their issue is resolved

Hello, I was not able to locate an email from the customer under her name or emailI sent he customer an email advising that we need a photo reflecting the issues she is speaking about and her order numbers

As we mentioned our policy states that we do not issue refunds, or accept returnsWe are upholding this policyIn addition, we have confirmed that the smell is not coming from the shadows, but from the adhesive in the packaging and has had no contact with the productAs our customers safety is a top priority that is why we had our Quality Assurance team verify the safety of the product, and that is why we are advising customers that we verified the product is safe to useAs our recommendation to to keep your palette open for 48-hours to diminish the smell has been tested and proven again by our QA *team*, that is why we then are advising our customers of this solutionAs we have shown the product is safe to use, and we have told the customer how to diminish the smell the issue is resolved

The customer emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain twice in a row ( on 8/and 8/2) bringing her to the front of the queue with the newestemailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answeredToday 8/we responded to the customers 8/email, and this response time is within hoursThe customer was advised today that we are issuing her Like gloss,k and processing is 7-business days, once the replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds; all sales are final, and the customer was advised this information via email 7/28, and I have included our policy attachedThe customer was advised that the product can be moved around the via, but this is completely normal and is not an indicator of missing product

In review of the email chain it appears that we have responded to the customer’s emails within our promised response time of 24-hours, see email chain and our policy attachedAlso, for their order K2236316, the one where the payment did not process correctly, we did advise the customer the pending charges would be droppedIn order to recreate a new order, we had to cancel in our system the order K22361316, that is why the customer received an order cancel emailToday via email the customer was told their new mini matte kit order was processing and would ship soon
