Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I have in fact received a full refund in the amount of $however I am confused as to why the wording of the email appears as though this was my error and not the company error?? Our records currently indicate that PayPal is handling the case, as a dispute was filled for the order in questionAs a dispute was filled, the funds are currently being handled by PayPalWe have provided a screenshot to our response that has indicated that PayPal currently has the funds in question and have issued the following the statement that is provided below"The buyer reported that they didn't receive their orderUntil this case is closed, we've also placed a hold on the transaction amount." As this is the case, we no longer have the funds in question and cannot issue a refund as a resultTo assist all of our valued customers, we normally issue replacements as a form of compensation for any items that are indicated as missing/broken/incorrectHowever, until the case that is currently opened and is holding the funds in question is closed, we cannot proceed to issue a replacement at this time, as we cannot issue both a replacement and a refund for the products in question Once the customer informs us that the PayPal case has been closed, we will then be able to review the case the customer has reported with their order and issue further assistance within the policies that we currently abide by

Our response time for emails is 24-hours, see policy attachedThe customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing them to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why their email was not answeredAt the time of our email response the order Khad already shipped and therefore unable to be canceledWe are only able to cancel an order if it has not shipped Per our policy, see attached we do not accept returns or provide refunds
According to tracking 94 [redacted] 86 for order K4407724 via usps the package was delivered before 12/25 as promised. USPS.com advised, "Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 12:43 pm on December 27, 2016 in ADDISON, TX 75001." We held up our promise and delivered... the order in time for Christmas. Unfortunately the customer did not receive the order therefore, we issued a replacement package order R44407724 tracking 94 [redacted] 51. According to usps.com "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 9:59 am on December 24, 2016 in ADDISON, TX 75001." Again the replacement package was delivered prior to Christmas. As we upheld our statement on our website and successfully delivered the package before Christmas, this issue has been resolved.
