Review: I've placed this order with Skate America.com on 27Jul15 at 08:29 and ordered a 3 day shipment to get what they advertised on line. Another company named Xtreme Performance took $158.08 out of my checking account on 28Jul15 for the item I ordered from SkateAmerica: Dusters Kraken Dropthrough Complete Skateboard - www.skateamerica.com/.../skate-completes/.../dusters-kraken-dropthroug...Dusters Kraken Dropthrough Complete Skateboard - Multi - 38.5in. Dropthrough Complete Skateboard - Multi - 38.5in. SKU: ###-###-####. Price. $139.95. I received and email from Skate America at 20:09 on 28Jul15 stating they were sold out of the skate board and do I want another item, store credit or a refund. They proceeded to take my name and set up accounts at both sites: "A new ANS Xtreme Performance account has been created for you" and "A new SkateAmerica.com account has been created for you".(I didn't want them) Their add is still online and should be removed immediately. I am very uncomfortable for another company taking money out of my account while the one I placed the order with sends me an email stating the item is sold out. This seems to be some type of deceptive advertising and maybe the way they do business to get me to purchase a replacement item that I don't want and set up accounts I don't need. I want to point out that there was no indication at check out this item was sold out when money was removed from my account. I now have to break a young girls heart because her desire can't be fulfilled as promised by this Company. I strongly feel this advertised item should be removed and they stop automatically setting up accounts that weren't asked for. They should clearly state that another company will remove money from your account because they created a fraud alert on my credit card and then shut it down. I had to call my bank to confirm I actually purchased this item only to find out later I purchased a sold out item. I have to wait to see if they will return my money.Desired Settlement: remove advertised sold out item from web site, have a clear inventory of items, do not send confirmation of order when item doesn't even exist, do not remove money from account from totally different company, have sold out item warning at check out, do not automatically set up accounts from other companies, do not remove money until you know you have the item, warning as to whom will be removing the money, replace the money on the credit card immediately!!!

Skate America is one of 3 websites we run. Our business name is ANSXtreme Performance Inc. When placing an order on any of our sites, ANSXtreme will show as the parent company and the contact on your bank statement. The item ordered was unfortunately out of stock as our inventory had not yet updated the front end of our website. We do try and keep our inventory as accurate as possible but occasionally this can happen and is unfortunate. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. We spoke to Eleanor this morning and explained this information to her as well as issued a full refund back to her.

Review: I recently PRE ORDERED a paintball mask from ANS gear and since it was pre order I had to wait to get it, I then decided to cancel my order on Sunday January 12th. They responded via email saying they have cancelled the order on the 14th two days later and said it would take about 3-5 business days. It is now January 27, which means thats 9 business days! I have emailed asking for my refund, no response, I have called and left a message and still no response.Desired Settlement: All I would like is my money back which is $134.32
