We bought our Pathfinder from the original owners in May 2010.They provided us with service records from a Nissan dealer and we continued to complete the manufacturer recommended maintenance with a service provider before moving to *** Nissan.***
At our May 6, service appointment for scheduled maintenance and a vibration concern, the U Joints were replaced and Maintenance Pkg #was performed on the dealer's recommendationA bumper to bumper inspection was completed and all was well
Within a few days, we experienced a new hesitation while driving and we were unable to see any transmission fluid on the dipstick when we checked the levels ourselves. We topped up the fluid at this point and contacted *** Nissan to return the vehicle for inspectionWe were given an appointment on May 20th
*** May 6th inspection findings that everything was fine

***Had trunk repaired during warranty period lasted just long enough for warranty to expire now trunks is worse than before the repair and Nissan and Gord Srefuse to guarantee their work, lost a customer for good

My QX has an electrical issue which has left us stranded twiceThe Dealer (***-Edmonton) has not been able to fix the issueThey will not call us back so I went to *** Consumer affairs, which was a waste of timeThey didn't get the file correct when the lady called us back (*** was her name) then she suggested we try another dealer but that will cost us as that would not be covered under warranty (our warranty is still good for six more months)The person at the dealership (*** ***) had suggested to sell the car with the issue, which I thought was not ethicalThen he suggested to trade it in one a new car then they would sell it at an auctionAgain this is not ethical to sell a product where we all know it has a defectI asked him to get his manager to contact usThat never happened so I follow this up and was told the general manager was away that week, so I waited, then I followed up a week laterI was then told the GM was out of the country and the

I own a Nissan Altima which I bought it brand new and fully paid for it years agoIt currently has only 94,KMI have taken great care of this vehicleThe car recently started giving me some issues and started stalling for no reason whatsoeveri take the car to the dealership and they say I need to replace the transmission with a new onethe recommended transmission service is years or 96,km which my car hasn't even reached yetit is unheard of that a car years old would need a new transmissionNissan North America has extended the warranties for the CVT transmissions regarding this specific issue and code given out in which I had no knowledge of until recentlybut due to my warranty expiring just months ago Nissan Canada is sticking to their contract and won't do any thing about itAs a university student working part time and drowning in student loans, this is too much for me to handlenow I have to pay dollars to repair my car which I don'

I leased Micra from Nissan for years option and they offered me insurance in case any small damages on the car (gold coverage) in order not to be charge at the end of the contract,
That that is their biggest *** the Nissan Canada and their insurance partner Vehicle *** do by make you extra monthly payment
*** They have all the excuses to make you pay extra at the end of your leas
I was charge $on scratch on the rim They inspector is just looking for anything to nail you and made me to pay for it even I had paid years for leas guard
That would be last time me and my family get any car from Nissan

I have a Nissan Leaf and I am getting refused a waranty replacement for the charger
I leased my Nissan Leaf months agoThe charger that came with the car is no longer workingI am unable to drive the car anymore since the charger doesn't workI tried to exchange the charger under warranty at the dealer and I was told it's not covered and I couldn't b helpedThe wire got cracked from the cold and is definitely defectiveI just got this car, and it is still under warranty

March we received a recall notice for our Nissan Versa front coil springsWe attempted twice to book an appointment with the dealershipThe dealership informed us that there was a long wait list for the recall as Nissan Canada was only sending the parts in small tricklesWe had asked if the car was still safe to drive while we were put on the waiting list
April 11,The front left coil spring broke and the car had to be towed to the dealershipWe contacted Nissan Canada to let them know what had happened and to find out about towing expensesThe customer care rep deferred us back to the dealership and told us that they will not pay for towingWe called the dealership and they told us that there were no parts for the recall and that they could not authorize the towing to be covered and to call Nissan CanadaWe called Nissan Canada again and was told the same script by another customer care rep(***)At this point, we were now frustrated ***

I purchased a new Nissan Qashqai S AWD in February of There have been ongoing and unresolved issues with the car since I took deliveryThe first problem occurred on day with kms on the vehicleThe throttle stopped responding while merging into traffic and nearly resulted in a collisionThe car has stalled and been difficult to restartIt idles erraticallyIt has failed to heat up to operating temperatureNow, at kms, it hesitates intermittently when restarted at below operating temperature
The car has been to Nissan service multiple times and remains there nowThey have reprogrammed it at least twice, but the problems persistNo check engine or warning lights, so no problems as far as Nissan Canada is concernedThis despite a service bulletin that applied to at least some of the issues I've had with the car
Nissan Canada's response: There has been no diagnosis indicating a malfunction with the carTherefore, they are under no obligation to assist with the repair or replacement of the vehicleDeal with the independent dealer from which you purchased the dealer
Canada needs a lemon law*** ***

This is a review of Customer service from Infiniti Canada's Head Office at *** *** Drive, Mississauga,ON *** ***I bought a Infiniti Gwith navigation sysyem and recently discovered that Infiniti decided to stop supporting this model by not producing any more map updatesI complained to Head Office about the inconvenience, loss of use and devaluing of my car
Infiniti did not respondClearly Infiniti does not care about customer service or doing what's best for loyal customersIt appears to me that Infiniti customer service is poor and anyone considering purchasing an Infiniti vehicle should take this into consideration

We purchased a Nissan truck in Dubai while I was stationed there for work
I'm , we decided to move back to Canada for the health of our son***
Before we moved back I emailed Nissan North America to confirm that there are no recalls and no outstanding campaignsIn a letter Nissan North America confirmed to us all is well and if there is any campaigns we will be notified
We took our truck for service days ago and to our shock the Nissan repairs told us the the "Suspension arm is in welding from the frame " They never seen this happened before
We did some research and noticed they could be a recall for this specific problem
***
We contacted Nissan Canada who told us there are no recall campaigns for our VIN
After more research and many phone calls to Nissan Middle East , we became aware that Nissan North America can not see the VIN information
Nissan canada told us to get infor

I leased my Infinity EXin Ontario in
Our family moved to Alberta in Sept23,
We informed *** Services shortly after we arrived about the change of address and change of residence location to Alberta
*** never told us that we do not have to pay 13% HST anymoreSince we live in Alberta there is only 5% GSTSo we have been paying 13% HST for the duration of our residency in Alberta
Only now that the lease is up the dealer mentioned that we had to pay only 5% GST for the past years on our monthly payments
When I contacted ***, they asked for proof of vehicle registration in Alberta
We spent $to get the "Vehicle Information Report"
My husband emailed the information to *** on August 18,
They never acknowledged the receipt
So my husband called them again a week later
They asked him to send it again while the rep was still on the phone (August 25, 2016)
She received it and

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,Even though Anthony Roofing may have paid his subcontractor to repaint my family room ceiling, the subcontractor refuses to finish the job.Finishing the job is still ultimately the responsibility of the original contractor. The window was broken from an objet dropped from the roof. This damage was most likely overlooked from subsequent inspections until I discovered it later.Anthony Roofing denies it was their fault & won't even come out to check on the window. These are the reasons why my complaint has not been resolved

I bought an Infinity Qfrom the the Willowdale dealership in and several ugly events took place afterwards:
1) The sales agent told us we were covered by an end-of-lease warranty but upon returning the vehicle, we were told that we weren't covered and had to cover the full cost of the repairs ($1200+tax)
2) We had armor and rim protection which was supposed to take care of the cost of the replacement of the low-depth tire ($160) and of the stone chip damage on the windshield (I payed $for it to be repaired at a shop and yet the protection we bought didn't even want to cover its part in it - $75)
3) Upon the expiration of the warranty and a month before the lease was due to mature, a sensor issue came up and instead of offering a cheaper alternative in order to reduce the cost of the repair, they slapped me with a $bill and only told me about it AFTER the part was already installedThe part could have been purchased for at 1/of that price yet the service agent thought I was getting a "good deal" and that he gave me a "discount"
4) When shopping for a new vehicle prior to this series of events, we were only offered $in loyalty creditThey didn't want to cover all of the damages and also tried to up-sell the same vehicle for an even more expensive price
Avoid at all costsIts supposed to be the premium brand of Nissan but is in actuality the least consumer-friendly company in Canada

I have purchased a Infinit JX(VIN# 5N1AL0MM0DCXXXXXX) and recently I have learned of a known defect with this model where rust develops around chrome mouldings on certain modelsThis seems to be a known issue that was recognized by Infiniti and they have addressed it for customers who complained about itUnfortunately Infinitis failed to informed their other loyal customers of the known issuesAfter hearing the news , I decided to inspect my car and to my surprise, I found small (yet concerning) rust spots developing around the chromeI contacted Infiniti immediately and to my surprise, they informed me that my warranty expired couple of months ago and therefore they wouldn't address the issueGiven this is a known defect that was recognized by the company and given that rust had started long before the warranty was over, it's unreasonable and unacceptable that the company walk away from the issue and refuse to address itAs a loyal Infinitie customer, I have made a la

I bought my Nissan Sentra in November new from the Nissan dealership Earlier this year the fuel pump failed and the cost to replace it was around dollars A noise coming from the back and which I had the dealership check twice and both times they said they could not find anything, is going to cost me another dollars to replace the rear shocks The Midas mechanic uncovered the root cause in minutes and showed it to me!!!! I have owned many cars in my lifetime and I have never had that many failures at kilometers Definitely the Nissan Sentra is not a quality car

Bought a new Nissan with a full winter tire packageThey did not install sensors, and I was told by the salesman to live with the light flashing inside my carAlso told by Nissan employees that an undercoat had been applied to the car, they charged me it was not doneI took my new car back to Nissan for tire sensors and it was damaged in the shopBig mess, not a lot of responsibility taken by Okotoks Nissan!

I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several timesThey just say" The problem exists in all Muranos and Maximas and we can not do anythingYou should refer to Nissan Canada for resolution." The Nissan Canada also refers me to Willowdale Dealership/ ServiceThis is a loopI still have the problem and pay for the service I have never receivedThe are still selling these cars to people! I believe if they are unable to resolve the problem, the can at least offer some options like discount,

I am submitting this complain for Nissan CanadaDealer has no faultI bought Nissan Rouge SV model based on mostly the *** reviews and some from Nissan Canada WEBSITENissan is selling same model but with more options in USA which I did't know. When I saw the reviews I had decided that I am getting SV model. They also advertised on the Canadian website that the KEY FOB is standard on SV and above model.Trusting Nissan I did't test drive or looked at the model before it was handed over to me.After I noticed that their is no lift gate button I contacted Nissan Canada by email and they said motion sensor lift gate is optional in Canada but no clear answer why I did't get the standard Key fob. They said Key fob is standard from Tech Package but the picture they posted of key fob is showing standard from SV model and aboveI am not expecting the motion activated lift gate but at least the button on the Key fob as they advertised key fob is standardNissan company exactly know that peo

Date of purchase May 15,2017, location of purchase *** Nissan, Type NEW, make Nissan, Model Titan XD year serial number *** purchased for $59,financed through *** at $174/weekly paymentsI have now been to the shop with my truck over times with Multiple issues that some are reoccurring and some new, In the year and half that I've owned it it's now been into the shop over times and goes in again this Wednesday to have another set of Bump stops installed in months, I've had multiple issues with it from my door handle breaking in my hand, both 3/back seat has been replaced as well as front drivers seat, top back cargo light , which involved removing the whole interior roof (which broke and that had to be replaced as well) and now my truck whistles inside, my EGR valve went while on the with a trailer full of animals and Nissan won't tow my trailer so my whole EGR system had to be replaced because of possible damage, radio issues upon radio
