Hi,
I have a Nissan Altima SE Coupe, VIN #1N4BL24xxxxXXXXX, I got it diagnosed at a Nissan dealership and it has shown that there is a major transmission issueThis vehicle first gave an issue August 1, where I almost got into a car accident because it acted erraticallyI had an officer stop me and his notes indicate I was having car issues and it had to be towed home, I do have his notesMy car was towed to my home as it was very late to tow to a dealershipThis issue occurred a day before I went away for vacation/work tripThe next day, I called a number of dealerships to see if they can look at my car and no one had an opening and told me to bring it back when I was back from vacation or when it acted erratically again
I returned from vacation/work trip and vehicle was immediately taken to dealership as it was far too dangerous to driveThe car was diagnosed and its definitely a transmission problemThe repair cost for the transmission is over $Fro

I have a Nissan Altima which was purchased newIt has only 90,km on itThe transmission is slipping nowIve contacted Nissan Canada & spoke to the senior managerHe says they have no records of maintenance on the vehicle so they will not cover this repairI have all records of every maintenance items & oil changes since purchased newThis can be proven & provided

Our family purchased a gently used Nissan Versa sedan two years ago and recently had a very big problem occur - The CVT transmission failed
We had warranty coverage of years or 100,km is which is not due to expire until May of 2017, but since we live in a small rural community and must commute often to the larger centre of North Bay, Ontario, our mileage was at 113,at the time of the transmission failure
When we took the car to our local garage to diagnose the problem, (we live an hour away from the closest Nissan dealership)We were told that sadly, the failure of the CVT transmission in Nissan vehicles is a very common occurrence in the industry
We began to do research on-line and discovered that there was such a widespread issue with Nissan Transmissions across all of it vehicle lines that in Nissan doubled the warranty on for all models from to as a customer service gesture and to alleviate customer dissatisfaction

*** They never get back to you when they promise, and they're *** and unhelpful and will waster hours of your timeManaging director, Stephen L., refuses to speak to me or allow me to speak to someone on the board of directors about the issues with my carNissan/Infiniti is not a quality product and they have unreliable cars.*** ***

***Unfortunately this goes all the way to the president of Nissan mrJoni PSorry for the long text I just want everyone to understand this might happen to you so PLEASE READ! This is our 4th purchase with woodbine nissan and it seems that they could care less about their customers as long as they get a sale***I bought a new Nissan Titan xd diesel less then a year ago (that was my 3rd purchase there) it had a few recalls and it smelled really bad like diesel exhaust fumes in the cabinIt was to the point that it was hard to breathWhen this would happen everyone would feel nauseated and sickMe, the driver in particularI ended up having several respiratory issues and was off work for monthsI tried everything I could to have Nissan canada or my dealership fix the problem, or replace my vehicle but they refusedNissan Canada will point the finger at the dealership, and vice versaNissan Canada was terrible and *** and could care less about you and they will downplay anything that you say to them, and it doesn't matter how bad it hurt you, ***And the dealership will tell you that they agree with you, yet they won't put anything on paperThey would tell me that as long as I always drive over km per hour, the bad exhaust fumes / smell won't come in the cabin, or as long as you don't use the fresh air options from the vent then I won't smell itTHEY DON'T CARE! My dealership even send my brand new truck to *** for an aftermarket extension on the pipe that looked horribleThat didn't work so they wrapped foil tape around the exhaustNot only did it look terrible and unprofessional but the smell was still coming in from the front ventThey( service department)had no clue how to fix itI even wrote to the president mrJoni Pand begged him to send an engineer to look at my vehicle and he refused, I also asked for a copy of the recorded conversationsAkso refusedHis rep wrote back and said this might not be what I want to hear but they are denying any requests that I would makewhen I gave up and wanted to trade in because had no other solution I was told that my dealership had requested for a customer with the same truck, with the same problem, to get an engineer to look at his truckBut what about me?? even with a letter to the president I couldn't get an engineer to look at mineMrJoe K., the sales manager informed me the engineer said that I shouldn't be driving in the city with my truck.!! he also informed me that he would no longer take in any diesel vehicles because they were not prepared to deal with them with the technicians at the dealership, and they were all giving them a lot of headachesBut when I asked him specifically to put that on paper along with the information provided by the engineer that supposably went there, (something I have no proof of) he said he wouldn't do itAt least this way the word is out even if they don't want to put it in paperI was pretty much forced to trade in new truck for this other new truckNow I have pretty much $in negative equity from the tradeI had no choice and didn't know what else to do because they wouldn't do anything about it, and it was a health risk to continue driving the diesel truckAt the same time it was costing a lot of $ to just keep it parked ***

I leased a Nissan Sentra Sedan in at *** NissanHad no issues what so ever until I moved to Alberta in I registered and insured my vehicle in Alberta, and as per my lease agreement sent in my new insurance/registration documents via customer service as I needed proof of insurance on my vehicle at all timesI was told by the customer service representative that my monthly payments would go down as there was a 7% difference in taxA few months went by and my payments never went downI called again and resent my documentsStill never went downAfter calling about once a month for the last year and a half and re-sending my registration documents several timesThey finally lowered my payment for November When I mentioned my issue this last time, I was given a lot of attitude and told I will never get a refund on my tax overage because they "just received my registration in October." Which is a *** because I can be fined for not having proof of insurance on

We purchased a Titan Platinum Reserve in December Two weeks ago we discovered that it has been leaking oil from various parts of the engineBrought it into the dealerThey had it for a week and told me it was fixedIts notIt continues to leak and I am now brining it back againI really did want to try a Nissan vs the other guys but clearly the quality is not there...***

On 2018APR30, on the advice of a Nissan Parts Department agent I purchased a map upgrade for my Nissan Rogue In order to obtain this upgrade I had to go to a website ( https://nissan.***.com/en_US/NissanNA/USD?Language=en_US&Country=CA )This page shows the Canadian flag and indicates a price for the upgrade as $ I purchased the upgrade and found that my credit card had been charged $(conversion from USD) That's was bad enough, but when I installed the map upgrade we found that the data on the map was old Some streets that have been closed for years were considered through streets (which showed closed on the 'old' (version) map Road were shown as being tolled, which have not had tolls for years
I contacted Nissan *** dot com via their toll free telephone number X (XXX) XXX-XXXX, and spoke to a representative He said that although they 'strive' to ensure accurate maps there's nothing they can do about the maps being inaccurate

About a year ago I financed a used Nissan Versa, recently I traded it in for a ***During the process Nissan over charged by one 152$ paymentI have contacted them twice regarding this issue and they just say a check is on the way and I should receive it in 8-business daysIt's been months since first contact and two months from the last time

I did go out twice to visit. I spoke with my installer and he told me he would go out and take a look at the siding. I looked at it and seen what they called "not installed right", the "waves". I then looked at similar walls their size, and noticed similar "waves". It's because the runs of siding...

are long runs. Don't think the phone calls were as numerous as stated tho. When I stopped hearing from her, I assumed my installer had made it out to see her, and satisfaction was achieved. Nonetheless, she isn't satisfied. I will be reaching out to  [redacted] when this weather breaks to attain her satisfaction.

Finishing the job, is the responsibility of the sub contractor that was paid in full to do Mr [redacted]s job, his complaint lies with [redacted] at [redacted] Construction, and Mr [redacted] has his contact information. His Revdex.com complaint should be directed to [redacted] and HIS business, not mine. How can he say the window was broken from something that fell from the roof? He states "it was most likely overlooked from subsequent inspections, and wasnt discovered until later? I didnt deny it was our fault, my questions was, how is he SO CERTAIN it was from us? Lawn mowers kick rocks, branches fall, no way he say with 100% certainty that we caused that, and for that reason, its not fair I fix something that MAY or MAY not have been our fault. In closing, if Me [redacted] didnt talk to people so condesending, and threaten them, he may get a little better communication.....

Mr [redacted] has a unique roof. Every time he had an issue, we responded and dealt w his issue. On one occasion, some flashing around his chimney evidentally came loose and some rain water came in and did some damage to his ceiling. We went out and repaired it and I stated let's wait until the next rain...

before we fix the ceiling to make sure we have the leak resolved. He said, good idea. So the leaky area was corrected and I hired a dry wall guy to go fix interior. [redacted] at [redacted] Construction [redacted]. He advised me that the job was complete and he wanted paid. So I had no reason to believe he was lieing so I paid him. Mr [redacted] informed me that the job wasn't complete and we have both been tryin to reach [redacted] and HE won't return any phone calls. And Mr [redacted] has acknowledged that to me. I feel the complaint should be directed at [redacted], not me. Mr [redacted] talks  to me in a very condescending manner and shows very little respect. If he would ask nicely if there was a way to resolve this, lets work together, what can we do, kind of way, it would be easier to work w him. Instead all he does is threaten me and like I said, is very condescending.
