can not make a return. does not answer phone. had to order shipping label from them (post office online, wont take their address!) which was another $4.99...putting bracelet on - it broke. CHEAP jewelry and sunglasses!!! $80 ordered HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

I received my charm bracelet and I love it! It came in the cutest box. It took a week to arrive, not bad! I would recommend

Tracking number provided in email, doesn't actually exist.
I ordered an item on February 5, an email with shipping info was sent to me a few hours after purchase. 3 full days later, the tracking number provided in said email still has no info attached to it. The tracking number still says USPS is awaiting the item. Calls to the customer service line, go unanswered, I know it doesn't take 3 days to get to a USPS facility. I believe I have been scammed.

I placed an order with this company on December 13, 2019. The company guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas on all orders placed before December 15, 2019. They never shipped the ordered so I canceled it December 30, 2019. The company acknowledged the cancellation and advised that my account would be refund within 72 hours, but that never happened. I call several times leaving message twice as I only received a voice message. I email the company twice and each time they assured me that my refund was being processed. After a week I emailed again, but I did not receive a response. I than filled a complaint with PayPal on January 4, 2020 since the purchase was made through it. The company did not respond to PayPal but January 22, 2020 so my case was escalated to a full claim by PayPal. It was at this point January 24, 2020 that the company shipped my Christmas order instead of issuing me a refund. I emailed the company the same day and reiterated their email on December 30, 2019 regarding the cancellation and there promise of a refund and that I would refuse the package I did and the company acknowledged they received it the package February 4, 2020. All of this and they have still not issued my refund.

I place an order on 12/17/2019 via Pandora box website. My tracking# info stated that only a label was printed via Florida.
I've called & email
In December 17, 2019 I made a purchase on Pandora box website in the amount of $64.00
I viewed my tracking # which said the label has be printed but no merchandise has been mailed.
The number provided goes straight to music.
I'd like to have my merchandise but if they can't get do that I want my money to be returned

On December 31, 2019 I ordered a Chevron and Crystal Anklet set for $20.97.
Still have not received item.
wrote to them 3 times asking for the set.

I sent them a letter on January 11, asking them to check the tracking system because I item has not been received. I received a reply back saying they were going to check out the tracking system and investigate the problem and send me other one free of charge. Still haven't received them, sent them another reply and received a response back on January 16th. Telling me to give it some time because of the holiday season. Sent out another reply and received a response back on the 24, same answer from the last one, give it some time. Try finding their number to call them but none available. Still have not received my items. Very frustrated!!

I would just like my anklet set. I have already unscribed to their site. I paid for this set and they already took the money out of the account. If you can't get the anklet set delivered then just a full refund. Thank you!!

I ordered a bracelet set the end of December. I haven't received it yet. The phone number to call only has music playing. Then it hangs up

Would send out another one. Nine days later it supposedly was sent back out. Exact same shipping number. After a week no package and the tracking number won't work. I call the number and it automatically goes to music then hangs up. I just want my money back from them

I purchased 2 pieces of jewelry, 2 different orders and never received either order
the first was purchased on dec 16th, order number #XXXXXXXXXX,on Jan XX XXXX I sent them an email telling them I have not received it yet ,on the 10th of Jan they returned an email saying they were sorry and they would send it right out,on the 28th of dec 2019 I purchased another piece of jewerly order # XXXXXXXXXX, on the 12th of Jan 2020, I emailed them and told them I had not recieved that item yet as well, on the 12th they wrote back saying they were sorry the item was no longer in stock, I told them to just refund me my money, On the 22 of Jan 2020, I wrote them again and told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com to get my money back, here it is the 27th of Jan 2020, still no refund or any response from them.The Rep that responded by email was" Amy"pament method for the first jewerly was visa for $15.00, the second payment method was also visa, 9.97, I do realize that is not alot of money,it's the principal, how many other people are they doing this to? It can very quickly add up

Only received 1of 2 bracelet sets ordered in December.
Ordered 2 Tree of Life Heart Edition bracelets from Pandora's Box in December, according to the packing slip both bracelets were shipped on December 16th. I only received 1 set of braclets. I immediately called the number that was a contact number with no luck no one answered. I began my emailing them, sent in the information they requested which was a picture of the packing slip and the bracelets I received. Received a email saying that they would ship out the other set and needless to say I never received anything. I have messaged them back many many times and keep getting the same message..... we are working on it. As of today I have not received anything. Just the same messages we are working on it.

I really hope the other set can be shipped out, if not a refund would be appreciated since I'm out $29.99 plus tax

I received my order today January 9th, 2020

The website says, "Easy Returns." This has been anything but easy. Getting the run around and still no return label after 5 days...
I have sent over 10 emails trying to get my return label after I paid for it on the 26th and it's supposed to take 24-48 hours they say. They still have not sent it to me. This is the message I keep getting, "Hi ***,

We sincerely apologize if you have not received your shipping label yet.

I will have to check with our Shipping Department about this and you will be notified via email for an update.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the delay.

Yes, because we have already been refunded by the credit card company. Would not do business with this company again.

Adult bangle, not adult sized, smaller than shown, insecure closing. Offered alternative, declined! Refund requested with return postal costs covered.
The item ordered is Not as Described and certainly not sized for an average adult. Company have gone through the motions for alternative or refund. I requested that returnpostal Costs be covered by them due to the issue. They said nothing about not covering it but referred me to a link that took me to a £4 postage BUYING page! When I've refused and continued to correspond looking for their cooperation, they've stopped responding. I've raised the issue with PayPal and they've recontacted me..we've now gone through the exact same motions culminating in being told I've to cover the postage. Has anyone else had this issue with them? Initially they took longer than expected to deliver..this following a dispatch email. I believe they are playing for time in view of the 30day return policy however, I've a record of all correspondence between us showing that the issue was raised WELL BEFORE THEN!! I would not risk buying from them at all..if you can't see the item, you are at risk of buying something that is not of the quality or value it's perceived to be and will have issues gettingit back to them. DO NOT BUY ONLINE IF IN UK!!!

I have today been refunded the full cost of the item with no requirement to return it due to the inconvenience. Since raising my complaint, I received further emails from the company unfortunately repeating all that had gone before, replacement, refund, return shipping address, and therefore had to cover all the issues again. I'm happy now to say that it has finally come to an agreeable conclusion and for that I'm grateful. I must thank you for any input you may have had in this matter.

I started tracking and last tracking was
January 7, 2019 - held in customs ***
Started sending messages in their FB page in January 23, 2019. Got a response on same day with a standard answer of delivery process. I messaged them again in January 30 and asked for an update, no response.
Again, sent an FB message in February 7 asking for an update, got a response asking for details and messages in FB were sent back and forth until the 10th.
As per feedback from the local post office in *** I sent them a message in Feb 15 telling them that since their company declared the items as jewelry, I was charged with P8,000.00 in Philippine Pesos or approximately another USD160.00 Pandora's Box offered either a refund or send me other items of the same value FOR FREE. I did not respond as I went on vacation shortly after that and wanted to find out about the products sent. I met with Ms. *** who was the recipient in the *** and gave her the money she needed to pay to the post office and she was not able to get it until I left the country and came back to the US in March 14, 2019. She sent me a picture of the items and declared they are of very poor quality, almost like plastic, not even alloy as what their website says, and can easily be tarnished. There is no way that we can sell it, as the reason why I bought it, even for USD3.00. I sent a message asking again for a refund last March 14 and received a response in March 18 that they cannot issue me a refund.

I do not want any item from this company even for a higher value as I am certain this will only be of poor quality and I have no intention of selling items that my clients will come back to me and say I sold them a poor product. Even if this company offers a full refund, which they have already refused, I will not return the items because they are in the *** and it will cost me more money to send it back to me and ship it to them. What I want is a 75% or 100% refund from this company. I will just charge the $160 customs tax to this horrible experience and cover my losses somewhere.

I have not realized that there are so many complaints here in Revdex.com. I should have been more diligent but their website and FB pages showed many happy clients. I am beginning to suspect they are either bogus or people they paid to post positive reviews. I have been stressed on this for more than 3 months now. I just want a refund.

This buyer does not live in the USA they live in the Philippines, the address on this complaint and email address do not not match anything in our system. This customer received our order and wants us to give them a full refund and be able to keep our products. Our company policy is that if they want a full refund all items must be shipped back to our facility within 30 days of delivery. We did make an exception and allowed the buyer to return the items to us for a full refund even after the 30 day rule expired. We are willing to provide the FULL refund but the customer MUST return the jewelry because of the value of the order. The customer has the jewelry in their possession, as they have stated in an email to us.

I am the buyer and I live in the USA. The shipment address is located in Davao City, Philippines. Pandora's Box offered international shipping for free as stated in their website. They clearly said it will take between 2-6 weeks. If they have a return policy of only 30 days, then clearly an international shipment can never qualify for a return even if something happens to the items during shipment. Their first offer was not to give a FULL refund, but to exchange it to other items of same value. Why would I do that when clearly the quality of the items shipped are poor. It does not make sense to me. At first I wanted a full refund because I was in the Philippines at that time for a vacation and the items were shipped there. However, with no time to retrieve the items, I left the Philippines without the items and contacted the company that, instead of a full refund, I'd like to have a 75% refund and the items will be kept in the Philippines with the recipient. I have attached proof of email confirmation of the order under another email, details of the order and shipment including Facebook messenger messages sent to the company. I am also attaching copies of the receipts from the Philippines Customs and post office amounting to approximately $160.00. The items are of very poor quality. There is no way the value of the items matched the prices. How can a plastic-like and easily tarnished item be valued at $25 each? The company even described the items shipped as jewelry. That is why I was charged extra $160 or almost $10 for each item by the Philippine customs. There is clearly no sense to provide full refund to an international shipment as it will just mean more expenses and hassle to the customer. I just want 75% refund as stated in my message to them in FB. Even if I do get it, I will still stand to lose $358, more than a 100% of what I have originally paid for. But, with all what has been happening, I want a full refund.

The buyer still has the items in their possesion and will not return them to our store. We cannot provide a full refund or any refund to the buyer if the items are not returned to our store. Our store does offer free shipping internationally but it does state on our site that the buyer is responsible for the customs taxes. On the shipping label we disclose what is in the order properly, if the items purchased are jewelry that is what the description will be on the shipping label. We cannot lie on our shipments. The buyer admits to getting the jewelry and using the jewelry. Our website discloses that we sell fashion jewelry that is plated not solid 100% gold. There are also care tips and a time period to notify our facility of any issues with the jewelry which the buyer did not do. Again, we are willing to make the exception to the 30 day rule and give the buyer a refund but the buyer MUST return the items to our store.

This is about Case # XXXXXXXX : Pandoras Box, Inc.

I would like to keep this case open as the company has promised that they will provide me a full refund regardless of their company's return policy of 30 days. As the items (which I don't agree that they are jewelry, as they are only accessories as they are only made of alloy, but most certainly very light in weight and clearly should not be labeled as jewelry) are in the Philippines, it will take time for me to be able to have it shipped to my home address and shipped to Pandoras Box, Inc. address in Florida.

After I am able to ship it back to them and get my full refund, then I will consider this case closed.
