The customer states that they returned the items to our office, without providing us a tracking number and locating this package in the return center or having USPS track and see where this package is we cannot issue a refund. We need to get the products back at our facility in order to process a refund.

I ordered a bracelet on line when I received it it was too big for my wrist. I contacted them and was told we don't give refunds I would have to get something else but they expect me to pay for shipping.
I do not wish to get any other product from them want my refund $34.99.
Also, ther was nothing stating no refunds.

The buyer did have the option to return the item to us for a full refund. We do offer full refunds if the buyer does not want to exchange the item.

We will go ahead and simply refund the buyer and she can keep the item that she received at no charge.

We were not able to respond to this message prior due to not receiving notification of this complaint. We do apologize for that because we take the most pride in being able to resolve these issues and have happy customers.

Placed order and within seconds asked for it to be canceled, was told money would be refunded, 2 months, still no refund.
Ordered bracelet set in early December, immediately after hitting submit, didn't mean to, changed my mind right at the end, I reached out to cancel order. No phone number anywhere to call, sent email. Auto response to,d me they would respond within 72 hours, took much longer. Many emails back and forth, same thing, they promise refund, doesn't come. I don't have the bracelets and they have my money. I just want my money refunded.

The original response from this business was they were checking to see if the order could be cancelled. Every response took 24 to 72 hours. They finally told me they would refund the money but gave no confirmation (until I went to Revdex.com) of any refund. I have checked and double checked my account, no refund from December 1 through February 20. I see their copy on their end showing a refund but it certainly hasn't made its way to me. I have even allowed for processing time. Frankly, based on their previous responses I don't believe them.

I ordered a necklace & bracelet for $49.95. Before I could review my order I was charged $99.90 for 2 necklaces & bracelets. I emailed the error.
Nov. 27,2017 the $99.90 was deducted from my bank acct. I was sent an email that they would try to take care of the problem. This back and forth continued until Dec. 23,2017 when I received 2 bracelets with a notice "the package has arrived". No necklaces. I emailed them and they sent me back an email of all the reasons this could have happened. Someone named *** me an email abut how he would take care of things. They still have my money and I have 2 bracelets. I also put in a claim to my bank.

Desired Outcome

I want 1 necklace that matches the bracelet. I will return the second bracelet. I want $49.95 returned to my bank account. I certainly cannot afford $99.90 nor do I have a need for 2 bracelets & 2 necklaces. I notified the company as soon as I saw the error which was on Nov. 27, 2017.

I made an order on November 20 they sent the package using usps I didn't receive the package because my address was ineligible or something like that

Order was placed by the buyer and the buyers are the ones who enter their own shipping address. We then use our shipping system to print out the label and mail the item out. the address that the buyer entered is :

The buyer entered a wrong address as you can see Santo Domingo is not in Florida. We contacted the buyer on 12/15/17 to let him know that his package was returned to us for a bad address and they were able to get the package redelivered for a small $4.99 shipping fee as we had already provided free shipping with the initial mailing of the item that was returned. The buyer refused this option and stated they would not pay to have the item delivered again, and that it was our fault that the address was wrong. Again we use the shipping address that the buyer enters at no time did we alter or change the label. So we then processed the order as a return which has a 25% restocking fee per item. This is the difference of roughly $10 of the buyers original order. We processed the refund and return and have completed our side of the transaction with this buyer. I can provide email interactions if needed.

I've been trying to get in contact with this bussiness regarding my issue and thet hace the worsr customer service ever they told me to send an email to the supervisor and I sent like 3 emails and I never got a response they sent me a message telling me that I need to change my address because usps could not deliver my package, but they didn't even tried to help me on how to change it, I've been using the same address for years and I receive everything that I order on amazon except for what I order with this business, they change my zip code or I don't know what they did you can check that on the picture

I need my money back I don't care about the whole money but they refunded me 30 dollars that I have no receive I've been in contact with my bank several times and they told that I don't have any refund from this business

The buyer has been refunded on our end please check with your bank as we have been told by the merchant that it can take 5-10 days to get the refund.

Order on Nov. 17, 2017 but still did not received yet. Company doesn't wants to refund the money either.
I order the Entwined Silver Metal Bracelet & Necklace on Nov.17, 2017 for $ 59.90 but I still didn't received yet. I send emails to Ms. Amy ( Head of Happiness ) about send me my order or refund the money in my credit card that I used to order. Ms. Amy says that she can't do that and wants me to wait for my order. I am leaving the country on Dec.2017 for my further treatment. I will be back in end of April 2018. It will be almost 22 day now and still I don't have bracelet and necklace or the money in my hand

This order was processed in a timely manner and shipped out with quicker delivery service and according to the tracking the item was delivered already. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX USPS. If the buyer needed the item sooner they could have selected the expedited shipping option and had the item sooner.

no phone $ (I read somewhere in either website "we don't have a phone #, FB doesn't")
Order placed Nov 25, inquired of ETA since checkout did not give me info, no response on email, looked for phone number and somewhere on their website "we don't need a phone number just like Facebook doesn't." RED FLAG to me as it already feels like a scam. Emailed multiple times to ask for ETA or further info, nothing. Facebook messenger persons simply refers me to the one email address they have. Fed up, I replied to my previous emails to CANCEL ORDER & REFUND on Nov 28 (mind you, their website says they respond to emails 24 to 48 hours!) to which goes unanswered. Then they email saying they've shipped when I've clearly already asked for a refund. Now, I wait for the product just so I can return it unopened and eat up $5 for shipping simply because the "company" departments don't seem to communicate with each other. I gave up trying to communicate with someone on Nov 30 since "staff" don't seem to talk to each other.

Desired Outcome

Complete refund on the $19.99 + the $4.99 shipping/handling that I now have to pay to send it back because they STILL shipped it even though I asked for a refund. NOTE: the $19.99 should be refunded in full (read: no restocking fee as the items will be shipped unopened).

The buyer purchased the item during black friday madness, we did have comunication with her and let her know that we would try our best to get the order canceled if possible but that it was already processing. The label and shipping was created on the same day as the the buyer requested cancellation but unfortunately the item was shipped out already when we got the buyers cancellation email.

As shown on the attached, I requested for a refund as early as 11/17. They didn't ship the item until 11/28z

THe buyer made the purchase and sent us emails to cancel her order and at that time we had already processed her order and prepared it for shipping at which time we cannot process a refund or cancellation.

Placed order for two (2) items. 4 pc black retro chokers - $14.95.
and Tree of Life Bracelets $19.99

Did not receive the 4 pc black retro chokers. Sent emails and they did not respond. I notified my charge card and they disputed the $14.95.

Returned the bracelets, very poor quality, stones were not there. Have not heard about a refund on the bracelets in the amount of $19.99.

This store advertises on Facebook. I am afraid it is a scam.

To Whom It may concern:

We did mail out the order for the buyer and they did get the bracelets. We have evidence that we did respond to the buyers emails and they actually just placed their order on October 23rd and the order was delivered on October 28th. The Chokers that are on her order do take 2-4 weeks for delivery and we advised the buyer of this at the time of purchase. The buyer then told us that the bracelets arrived broken and we responded by asking for a picture of the damages to which the buyer has not sent or responded to. We are more than willing to replace any items that are broken or defective. We are not a scamming company we are legitimate and did process all of the buyers requests in a timely manner. I have copies of the emails, trackings, and the original order invoice. I can provide all of it upon request.

Never received any e-mails from the company regarding the chokers, broken bracelets. I returned the broken bracelets to the company via
USPS on 10/30/2017 and have not heard from the company regarding a refund. They never sent an e-mail to send a picture of the broken bracelets. All I want from the company is a refund in the amount of $19.99 fro the bracelets.

Attached are the emails that we did send in response to the clients complaints. We need the buyer to please provide the tracking number for the package returned as we have not gotten it at our office. Once we get the damaged item we will process the refund.
