Pandoras Box, Inc. refuses to issue a refund or exchange
I ordered two bracelets as gifts in November 2018 Paid over $40.00 each. I contacted the company several times and they ensured me I would get them in time for Christmas. When they finally came they were very poor quality. The order had no instructions on how to return the product. I emailed the company several times before getting a response. They gave me a link that didn't work. I kept emailing and was finally told I only had 48 hours to return the product. It took much longer than that for them to even respond.

Desired Outcome

I asked for a refund or exchange. At this point I just want a refund.

We offered the customer the option to exchange on various occasions and JUST TODAY 2/7/19 they purchased the shipping for the exchange and we are sending her the 2 heart charm bracelets she requested. I received the product, although it is such poor quality I will never wear it. You can close the case.

Product quality was poor so I wanted to return it for a refund and was denied by the seller.
We purchased 6 identical bracelets for Christmas presents and one of them was for my wife. Upon receiving them my wife put one on and within a couple of hours it broke. We purchased the bracelets for presents but after the one broke within a few hours we didn't feel comfortable giving them as gifts. I sent an email stating what happened and I wanted to return them for a full refund. I did not get a response and after a few days I sent another email. Again no response. After a couple of more days I sent a third email and finally received a response where they said they could not refund and I needed to respond within 48 hours of receiving my order if I had an issue. I emailed back that I had emailed with 48 hours and just wanted to return the items and get a refund. The next email from them stated they would replace the broken bracelet if I paid for the shipping. I paid for the bracelets with my credit card and I have also contacted them and disputed the charge.

Desired Outcome

I just want to send back the product and get a full refund.

We sent the buyer the refund information for his order and he did not return the items, instead the buyer claimed that he put thru a charge back on the case and that he also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have correspondence with the buyer and we did try to help him get the items returned without having to take such actions.

Pandora's Box practices false advertising and false customer satisfaction policies. They are a scam.
I ordered Tree of Life bracelets (buy one, get two free) and a cube bracelet (buy one, get one) on December 5, 2018 and spent $59.46. I received them on December 21st and they are pure *** They are NOT as advertised and are of poor quality. No invoice came with the shipment. I emailed the customer service department listed on the Facebook site and was told that they would exchange the merchandise for equal or lesser value, just purchase their shipping/handling label for $14.99. If I wanted to return, it would cost me for the label PLUS a restocking fee of 25%! I received another response from *** who said the samething as ***. I subsequently emailed both of them after that (December 28th)to let them know that their policy was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund! I have received NO response from the company.

We have emails with the buyer we have offered her to return the items to our office for a full refund and she can choose to purchase the return label from us or just pay for it herself at the shipping location. The buyer did thank us for that option and to this date NOTHING has been returned to our facility for a refund. Until we get the items from the buyer we cannot process a full refund. To purchase their return label is $14.00 and I was told that I would ALSO be charged a re-stocking fee!!!!!!! I was NEVER given the option to return the merchandise on my own! Again, false advertising and deceptive practices!

I ordered items from this company before Christmas 9 bracelets in 3 different orders received 6 of the 9 still missing 3 company won't help me .

I ordered a bracelet on Nov. 27, 2018 and haven't received. Sent over 10 emails, money already out of my account and no bracelet.
I ordered 2 bracelets on Nov 27, 2018 from Pandora's Box online, Cube Charms Metal Bracelets. The money for these bracelet were deducted from my account the next day. Initially the order was processed twice therefore I was charged twice. It took about 7 days for them to refund me for one of the orders ($48.30). The other charge taken out was for $48.99 and I have yet to receive the bracelets. I have sent SEVERAL emails and no one will tell me where my order is!! I have received an email stating they have been busy with orders and mine was on it's way. Or I receive a promotional email stating I have been given a percentage off due to my previous order. The last email I received was on Dec. 10th and I have sent 4 emails since with no response.

Desired Outcome

I want them to either honor my order of the 2 bracelets and send them to me ASAP or full refund ASAP! This is not the way to do business with anyone!! Just terrible!

I DID NOT ask for my order to be canceled prior to reporting on Revdex.com website. I am attaching a log from my email showing all my correspondence and will provide individual copies if need be. Originally (2) orders were processed for the same items. The second one was a glitch on their website, order #XXXXXXXXXX and after several emails I finally received an email from "***" on 12/2/18 (email attached) stating they were refunding me for this order number which I have received the refund. I continued to send emails inquiring about my initial order ##XXXXXXXXXX and finally received an email from "***" on 1-10-19 stating - "I'm terribly sorry for the delay. I'm tracing your order and there was an error in the processing. I'm escalating this and seeking assistance from my Management Team so that we can get your order out to you as soon as possible."(I have attached this email as well). The only response I received from Pandora's Box after my numerous emails was an email on 12-10-18 from "***" stating "due to high demand it may take longer" (email also attached). With no further response from Pandora's Box, I sent a final email on 1-7-19 (email attached) stating that I still had not received my order #XXXXXXXXXX placed on XX-XX-XX and I was contacting the Revdex.com. So to recap, I NEVER canceled order #XXXXXXXXXX, my original order prior to contacting the Revdex.com. I received email notification this morning that my order has shipped (email attached), we shall see if I ever receive what I paid for and I better not be charged again because Pandora's Box has already debited my account. TERRILBE BUSINESS!

After 2 months I have finally received the item I ordered on 1-19-19. I would not recommend this company nor it's products. I will continue to monitor my account to make sure I am not charged again for this item. Highly disappointed in the product and this company as a whole!

Returned item and I cannot get a refund. They received my item on 12/22/18 and they have not issued my refund nor have they responded to inquiries!
On 11/30/18 I ordered a bracelet and it was shipped on 12/4/18. I received it and the quality was not what I expected and it was too large. I contacted the company via email and they responded within a couple of days stating I could keep the bracelet and choose another item and they would ship at my cost. I declined that offer and asked for an address to return. She gave me the address and told me there would be a 25% restock fee. I was ok with that and returned the item with insurance and tracking. Tracking shows they received the item on 12/22/18. I have yet to receive my refund. They are not responding to my emails!

I want my refund and honestly now that I have had to go to these extremes I would like a full refund!

I did finally get my refund! My tracking information from the post office stated that the item had been at their facility since 12/22/18. I will consider this settled as I did get my refund.

Didn't receive what I ordered and get no response from company
On 26 Nov 18 I placed two orders for 3 sets of the Tree of Life Heart Edition Bracelets. Order #s XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX. My first email to the company was on approximately 10/11 Dec inquiring about the status of the order. I did receive a reply to this email that stated demand had been higher than expected but was guaranteed to have the Bracelets before Christmas.
On 5 Dec I placed another order for the U.timate Mystery Jewelry Box x 1 $250.00 worth of jewelry. Order # XXXXXXXXXX.
On 19 Dec I finally received 1 Box from Pandoras Box Inc. This box contained my orders placed on 26 Nov (6 ea Bracelets) and 1 Black Jewelry Box ordered on 5 Dec. The package did not include any other Jewelry so I was missing the $250.00 worth as ordered.
I immediately took a picture of the box as packed and sent the pic and email to the company letting them know of the error.
I again sent another email on 20 Dec. I received no reply back from them so went on their website and used the contact customer service option. I again sent another email. To date I have received no reply back.

Desired Outcome

To receive the $250.00 worth of jewelry as stated.

Ordered two tree of life necklaces at one time and did not receive. Only received the three bracelets.
placed order for 3 tree of life bracelets and then placed order for 2 tree of life necklaces. Packing list shows all 5 being shipped together but only received the 3 bracelets. No phone number listed for them. Have blocked me from facebook comments and do not answer me when I write thru their website. Necklaces were for Christmas and I had to get other gifts so I no longer want them. They are very cheap and not worth the money.

I want a refund. Will have to be a check from them as I paid with an American Express gift card and do not think it can be refunded to it.

ordered bracelets, upon arrival, no invoice, was not what I ordered. Request a return label per their return instructions 3 times to no avail
On dec 3rd I placed an order for bracelets. Advertised as reg price 39.95 on sale for 24.95 but with an extra percentage they would be 20.00 each. I ordered 6 which came up to 120. I did not check my account until I received the package with included no invoice also received emails with no purchase summary. Upon receiving the package I opened it and there were only 2 bracelets. I checked my Accra did was chaired for 2 bracelets at reg price 39.95 equaling 79.90 also the bracelets did not look like the ones I wanted. I went back and forth emailing 3 diff employees and still nothing. Per their return policy only items purchased at reg price will be refunded also you have to request a return label which I have done 3 times and no response. There is no phone number for this company and they only deal through emails which is frustrating. I have prof of all email conversations and when I insisted that I just wanted to return the items they stopped responding.

I finally received the email for the return label I clicked the link and purchased it for $7.99 that was on 1/5 today is 1/X XX:XXpm. I mean how long does it take to get a label? This company is just bad for business and makes it extremely impossible for the customer to get a refund. There is no way to contact this cumpany and they reply to emails every 72 hrs. Not a good way to keep customers or conduct business. This company is anything but customer friendly.

3 empty boxes and no bracelets
I ordered 3 Tree of life bracelets sets and 1 Tree of life charm necklace on 12/18/2018. my order #XXXXXXXXXX. I received the necklace in the box with 3 empty bags and 3 empty boxes on 12/27/2018 by USPS. There was no bracelets in the box.This order was for Christmas and I was told that I would receive my order before Christmas. When in fact I received it after Christmas and was missing 3 items. Also do to this delay of my order I had to go out on Christmas eve to buy 3 gifts which was not my plans. I'm very disappointed with this this transaction and i'm not sure if I would be ordering from Pandora"s Box again.

I ordered a pair of shoes. My credit card was charged but I never received the shoes or any response to 3 emails for information. No phone # to call
December 10, 2018 placed order and credit card was charged. Order # XXXXXXXXXX is for a pair of Back to The Future Style-LED Shoes, Grey Mens 8 which I paid $75 for on my Master Card. I have already disputed the charge with them.

The only name I got is *** - Head of Happiness. I sent emails to ***@pandorasboxinc.com and received no replies but continue to get ad emails wanting me to purchase more items.

I had to go out and purchase another gift instead of what he had asked for. They assured me in their email that I would receive the shoes before Christmas. I am trying to return an item purchased on line and the company is not responding to my emails
On December 7 2018 I ordered a cube charm bracelet the item number is XXXXXXXXX:XXXXXX the cot was $28.00 and I used my Discover card to pay the bill. The confirmation number is XXXXXXXXXXX. I received the bracelet in a timely manner. Unfortunately the bracelet is extremely big and I am unable to wear it. I have tried to email the company on 2 occasions to find out how to return the bracelet and get a refund to no avail.

Ordered 1 item through Paypal, was charged for 3 items. Asked for a refund and have not received my refund yet.
On 12/7/2018, I placed an order for 1 bracelet, and paid with Paypal. There was an additional charge of $51.94 on my account for 2 necklaces that I did not order. I IMMEDIATELY emailed PBI to have explain what happened and was told via email that I would be refunded for the 2 necklaces (this was also on 12/7/2018). The email said to allow 72 hours for a refund.

On 12/9/2018, I received an email that my order #XXXXXXXXXX was cancelled and that a refund of $51.94 AND $28.00 was processed - so my whole order for 3 items was cancelled.

I have emailed them numerous times to find out the status of my refund and have not gotten any response from them.

I am due a refund of $79.94 and it's been more then 72 hours from the 7th and even 72 hours from the 9th when I got the cancellation email.

Desired Outcome

My entire order #XXXXXXXXXX was cancelled. I would like my full refund of $79.94.

I ordered bracelets from this company and never received them, I have contacted them on the website and through facebook and I keep getting the same generated response.

I placed an order from PandorasBox for three sets of "The tree of Life" bracelets. I received a confirmation but nothing else. No tracking info.
I placed an order on November 29th, 2018 from Pandora's Box Inc. the order was for three sets of "The tree of Life" edition Charm Bracelets with Austrian Crystals. Two sets were to be gift boxed with decorative nylin gift back and box , and the third set was not. Two sets were gifts for my daughters and the third gift was for myself. The order was for $63.62 including taxes. Order number is #XXXXXXXXXX
I received confirmation. Days passed and I had not received any tracking information, so I contacted them by the only way available, via email. I was informed their orders usually take 1-3 days for local. International takes longer. I have still not received any information on the status of my order. I keep getting emails that due to high demand they are experiencing delays in orders, since I have left comments on social media( Facebook and Instagram). They asked me to send them my information via Messenger which I did twice. I contacted my credi and company and disputed the charge explaining what has occur. At this point I forgot they cannot provide me the product get offered in exactly before Christmas, I want a refund! They continue to advertise heir products via social media and in their website. If they have such a high demand and cannot meet orders, they should say due to high demand, we cannot guarantee ordered placed by (said date) will be received by (said date). These were Christmas gifts.

If they cannot deliver the products advertised as described then I would like a complete refund. These were Christmas gifts.

I attempted to contact the Revdex.com once my order was complete. I contacted my credit card company and informed them as well. I originally filed for not receiving my order or any update etc. a short time later I received a partial order. I immediately attempted contact with the merchant. They requested a photo of what I receive. I complied and sent them a picture via Messenger. A short time after I received information that the items were shipped. I did receive the items. My order is now complete. I tried to contact Revdex.com on their website to update my complaint. I contacted my credit card company to inform them of the same. As they had credited me for the missing item when I had contacted them with the update that I received the first order (which I thywas the complete order).
My credit card company that by law the merchant has 30 days to contest the credit, as the merchandise has been delivered.

I ordered jewelry o n 11/26/18. They took my money that day and I haven't received the order as of 12/11/18.
I paid $54.96 for 4 pieces of jewelry. I have emailed them and not received a response. There site says it takes 5 days to process and 3-5 day to ship. It has been over 2 weeks and I still don't have anything.

Ordered an item. My credit card has been charged and the item not delivered.
11/27/18 I ordered an item. 11/28/18 I received a confirmation of the item and my credit card was charged. I have not received any notices of the order being processed. I emailed this business 5 times concerning the status of this order and each time their response is that the order is being processed. I keep receiving ads for their jewelry and at the bottom I am now seeing comments from many people that they are not receiving their order . I am now certain that this is a bogus outfit and they are taking in lots of money.

Put a stop to them defrauding the public.

But USPS did say the package was delivered and now the buyer after getting the order has placed a chargeback so no we are also fighting with the credit card company because we have proof that we did deliver it .
