If this work is performed satisfactory on Saturday, we have agreed not to seek reimbursement of $571.12 for the water damaged flooring, release the final payment of $1000.00 and make an additional payment of $500.As soon as the work is done, as agreed, I will inform Revdex.com.Thank you ,[redacted]

We were given a 2-3 week time to complete our entire project0- it took over 7 weeks. Apollo did demo for 2 days then disappeared for close to 4 weeks. Our front looked like it had been bombed while a Bobcat remained parked in our demoed driveway the whole time. It was only until I told them I had a family member that was going to be recuperating from hip surgery at my home did they finally get people back on the job. The owner tried to blame the office staff-I didn't buy that at all. The guys who actually laid the pavers did a great job-they got an A from me. The company gets an F. Very poor business management-I know, I own my own business.

1. Six months ago, we had a landscaping contract with Apollo Paver, and according to the contract, the job would be finished in six weeks, but instead it took over three months.
2. During the construction period, an email was sent to management concerning the employees, who littered continuously on the property, regardless of the fact that there was a trash can provided. As owners of the property, we were forced to clean up after the employees, because management did nothing to fix the problem.
3. Although numerous complaints were brought up to supervisors and management, they were never available to speak with the customer, and would not return phone calls or emails.
4. Immediately after the work was finished, the sealant on the pavers deteriorated, allowing the sand in-between to erode and leaving large cracks between the pavers, which can be dangerous.
5. Most recently, we tried to schedule an appointment to have someone come and fix the problem, but they ignored our calls for weeks, and did not bother to call notifying us that they would be late. When someone finally showed up, they did not have the proper materials to repair the problem and ended up leaving without getting any work done.
6. After spending over $40,000 on this landscape project, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of work and I would not recommend for anyone to hire this company. I regret not reviewing their past history and failed to ask for references, because I relied mainly on their website.

Owner of Apollo Pavers contacted me last week and we reached an agreement to have 2 ft. of pavers removed from the driveway, installed a new 4" pvc pipe and two extra drainage beside the original one connecting to the new pipe for $1500. [redacted] and [redacted] worked hard for two and half days. It is completed this afternoon. Hopefully this will solve the flooding in the garage and I don't have to worry about El Nino or heavy rain in the future.

As for [redacted] she will be addressed next week as soon as I get some more information about how she wants her payment to be.She is wanting it to be on her credit card, but honestly I think we are going to have to mail her a check and she is not in the state of California that is the entire...

If there was a Very Negative rating I would be selecting that. Worst experience with a company in my life and that includes Banks and Cable companies. Signed contracts and communicated completion dates mean nothing to Apollo. They decide to use what ever cheaper material they can regardless of what they quoted you. We contracted with them on 4/2/2016 to build a BBQ, Fire pit and install pavers in our backyard. Approx $30K project with $19K already paid. I fired them yesterday 7/22/2016 because of there shoddy work, lack of communication, garbage left on our property, piles of gravel and sand left on our driveway for a month, and their failure to make significant progress on our project even after they made numerous promises to finish weeks ago. For example the surface of our BBQ in our contract was supposed to be a Pre Cast 3 concrete surface which is very smooth, precision cut, finished edges, and very nice looking. They chose to use poured concrete and twice they messed it up having to redo it. As of today 7/23/2016 it still looks awful even though they routinely promised it would be "special" and meet our expectations. The fire pit was supposed to be made from Country Manor blocks. They choose to use Precision blocks and put stucco on them. All of this was done while my wife and I worked or were gone on vacation so upon return we found the problems. No corrections made. Don't bother communicating with them because all you get is promises and excuses with VERY LITTLE replies back. Not once did the owner return an email and I kept being told to call if I had any problems. So I did. Numerous times. Finally I said why should I be calling you. I am the customer and you should be calling me about all the issues I have emailed you about.
Oh, and don't believe their website. We did not have a Project Designer assigned to us, nor a project supervisor who visited our project 1-2 times a week like their website says will happen and the owner only should up twice after we signed the initial contract and gave them our money. Both time to view the crappy job they did on the BBQ counter. The last time he came by I fired him.
I am currently disputing all charges and am strongly warning anyone looking to use them to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE fast. You will not be happy. Read the other negative review here. We experienced the exact same issues. So much more to complain about, but I hope you get the idea.
