Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As per the document provided by Apollo, you can clearly see that I DID NOT add on any items after-the-factThe giant ARMOIRE they claim was added post haste is the first item listedAdditionally, the bed with trundle is ALSO listedthe only thing not on the manifest that they claim was "added' on was the pound children's keyboard that was not in a box, and would hardly justify an $upcharge! Additionally, I sold my washer and dryer prior to the move, so the total cost of the move should have been LOWER than estimatedThis proves absolutely that this was a bait and switch contractThe fact that the movers recalculated the entire move at their discretion, discarding the original estimate is only reinforced by the document that they have providedFurthermore, the clause indicating that the move was booked less than days prior to the move is null and voidbecause STATE LAW overrides any such provisionsIn the State of Colorado, I had days to cancel any legal contract without penaltyI chose to move forward with the deal ONLY because I was coerced and threatened by [redacted] when I tried to insist on retractingI did not have the time OR resources to fight them, so I cavedHowever, that does not negate my legal rights as a consumerAs it stands, I am owed a FULL refund of $by Apollo Relocation Services, Inc Sincerely, [redacted]

We even did not have the bed and couch moved, it was to be donatedThat just leaves so much more spaceSo Apollo’s sales team horribly went wrong with the estimate or offered a price so low that they had no intention of ensuring is the final priceMy question to your sales and “quality assurance” team is:aHow many of your estimates are exactly the same as the final cost?bWhat is your deviance on final price guarantee? 10% deviance, 20% deviance or 300% deviance?NO revised written estimate was provided by the carrierApollo to share evidence of the written revised estimateThe carrier even refused to do regular cloth packing as it was promised by ApolloThey wanted to charge extra for packing material (bubble wrap etc.) and packingWe were anticipating an additional cost of $to $for packing (fragile items likeTV, Dining Table Glass Top etc.) which we were ready to payThe carrier mentioned it would be $to pack, this is unfair as regular cloth packing is included in the estimateIt was the carrier and Apollo who were NOT willing to work with usWe offered the following:aLeave behind some items like Chest of Drawers, Wall Hanging Pictures, that the carrier was charging a lot to pack and would occupy more space (even though regular cloth packing was included for these items)They did not reduce the price forpacking.bWe asked that they use the regular cloth packing, as promised, for items like the TV Stand, Chest of Drawers, Wall Hanging Pictures etcand that we are willing to sign a waiver if the items broke as we did not want their expensive packingThey were not willing to negotiate.The exact words from the carrier (his name is Tim or Tony) was “Make a decision fast, if you don’t want it, we have a lot of other customers.”Apollo held our $as ransomApollo and the carrier were not committed to providing good serviceThey are not committed to providing good service as they already have a deposit of $At this point they have nothing to looseIn fact they get to keep the $deposit.Is this how Apollo makes money?Is this how Apollo pays its employees?Is this how Apollo does business with their customers?Hiding behind clause of the agreementTry to provide better service and be more committed in delivering as per the set expectations.Apollo and the carrier wanted us to pay $more than the initial estimate of $We are afraid they would charge us more at drop off, we do not want to take any more chances.We request that our initial deposit of $be refunded as the service was not fulfilledCustomer did not cancel outApollo and Carrier were treating the initial deposit of $hostageThis is a business ethics issueThis needs to be stopped[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Moving is hard work and when going long distance can be overwhelming so much thanks is due to Apollo Relocation for the awesome job they did with our moveThe crew was very attentive and while they worked fast they were still carefulThe price quoted is what we paid and they hit our timelines so we were able to still leave town as planned for vacationGreat all around service

I was never given a specific amount of the credit, but the agent said that because of all the problems related to the delay & the fact that the person meeting the truck knew none of the details of the contract, & was only there to sign the Bill of Lading, that I should receive a credit on my accountWhen I spoke to Seth, one of the supervisors, he told me the credit was requested, but then deniedHe gave me no indication of the amount nor the reason for the denialI'm requesting the $to reimburse me for the misinformation I received (and the lack of correct details) about packing, what needed to be boxed, based on my inventory list identifying exactly what I was movingAfter the fact, I was told that it's up to the driver what needs to be put into boxes, & then pay outrageous amounts for additional boxes & tape I understand the need to charge me for extra cu ft, but I thought that everything I listed was included in the revised estimate on I was receiving phone calls as I was getting ready to board, & there was no way for me to even discuss the extra costs with the moversi believe I'm being generous for "only" requesting a $credit from Apollo, due to all the problems I experiencedif you need further clarification from me, please let me knowthank you for reviewing this complaintChris M [redacted] ###-###-####

They are scammers, and I informed them that in 2014 president Obama passed the law that they cannot hold my shipment demanding more money. It's called fraud.
