At Apollo Relocation Services, we do our best to help easethe stress of long distance moving with courteous customer services at theforefrontHence, addressing complaints or concerns of customers forcomplications that may have occurred during their moves is one of our utmostprioritiesWe regret that our customer, [redacted] ***, feels that herreservation was not to the caliber of our usual reservationsIn thiscustomer’s case, her move dates were scheduled for 5/**-5/ [redacted] Because ofchanges in her original route, our carrier contacted the customer to see if shewas comfortable with an earlier pidate to accommodate to those changes.The customer was not held by any other dates if she was not ready to move, thiswas simply a courtesy callSince the customer was not ready, the carrier wouldstill abide by the 5/**-5/ [redacted] pidates as per the agreementBecause of those same changes in the route, the carrierwould not be able to accommodate a same day deliveryOur moving consultants alwaysadvise customers of an Estimated Delivery Spread for their delivery accordingto the distance, load size, and route of their particular moveFor herdistance, our Estimated Delivery Spread would be 1-daysBecause of thenature of the transportation industry, a delivery date is subject to changeshould circumstances beyond the carrier’s control ariseThat is why theDepartment of Transportation allows for such delays in their regulation Unfortunately, this customer called later on to cancel hermove due to the delivery delay, yet was ineligible for a refund because of ourcancellation policy which states that the customer must cancel outside of 7business days from her earliest moving datesBelow is the exact clause that islisted on our agreement three (3) times on our agreement AND must be checkedoff as read prior to a customer electronically signing the agreement:“Deposits are 100% refundablewith No Cancellation Fee orAdditional Charges for moves cancelled outside seven (7) business days(weekends and federal holidays excluded) prior to the first estimated pack orload dateI understand that deposits are non refundable for movescancelled, reserved, or placed on hold within seven (7) business days (weekendsand federal holidays excluded) of the first estimated pack or load date.Additionally, cancellation policy will apply to the earliest estimatedpack/load date in the event a date change is requested by client.”Because of cancellations,reschedules, and last minute reservations from customers, we have thiscancellation policy for situations just like this one where we have tologistically adjust the space on trucks and routes that our carriers haveavailable to be able to accommodate to our customers’ requestsBecause of theinconvenience to our carriers and their schedules, we do not offer a fullrefund so close to moving datesBelow are the internal notesfrom our file regarding this customer: [redacted] : carrier called customer on 5/ [redacted] for pick up on 5/ [redacted] customer said no to pick ups on 5/ [redacted] 5/ [redacted] and 5/**customer wanted same day deliveryCustomer canceled Our notes clearly indicatethat the customer refused services and would not go through with the move evenfor our agreed upon pidatesBecause of the last minute cancellation, thecustomer is not eligible for a refundAs always, we are here and will continue to respond to ourcustomers’ concerns through phone by calling ###-###-#### or email at [redacted] .Customer care is our utmost concern and we hope to help these customers reachan adequate solution to their dilemma

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The services I paid for and were guaranteed did not occurand I was over chargedUpon pickup I had fewer items (for example: did not havedining room table)The only extra items the moving company sated I had were 4bed boards (frames on side of bed)The moving company did not give me a “discount.”They took $off of the increased rip off price they over charged me whichthey could not prove through measurement why I was over chargedIn addition, upon arrival at my apartment complex the movingcompany refused to deliver my property until I paid the balanceI said that Idid not feel comfortable doing that until my property was delivered to myapartment on the 3rd floor, I was able to verify I had all my items,and my beds were assembled as promisedThe mover said they would take my stuffif I did not pay He said I could verifymy property once they brought it in and they would reassemble my beds I paid but asked that the mover write “paid infull” on the receiptHe didAfter the movers received my money the following occurred: Movers refused to deliver my property to the 3rdfloor and left it in the hallway on the 2nd floor (see video 2ndfloor & 2nd floor attachment).Movers did not reassemble my beds because theydid not deliver anything to my apartmentMover said demanded more money to delivery tothe 3rd floorI told him I already paid for thatHe said I neededto give him $moreI asked if I paid twice would he sign saying I paid again.The mover said he would not sign anything saying he charged me an additional $75feeTherefore, I did not pay.The invoice the mover had upon delivery did notagree with the original invoice I had when they picked up my items (seeoriginal invoice attachment)I was charged $for “other” on the drop offinvoice which could not be explained (see drop off invoice attachment).The $military discount I stated in myoriginal Revdex.com complaint that was not on my original bill appeared on the final bill(see drop of invoice attachment)Apollo did not deliver as promise and in actuality did notdeliver at allI had to pay someone to move my property from the 2ndfloor to the 3rd floorI had to pay someone to put my bedstogetherApollo business practices are unethical, manipulative, and amisrepresentation of services In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

At first things seemed to be on great terms with the companyThey pretended to show interest in my needs/concerns for my moveThey attempted to schedule all the needed services I needed from my move, they quoted me a price and even began to initialize to render a payment from meNot once did the company mention that they were a broker and that the had no affiliation with fleetAfter reviewing other reviews regarding this companyHeard a multitude of complaints about how the nickel and dime their clientsSo alarmed by this, I contacted the representative who reached out to me for the service contracts and signaturesShe never responded to my phone call or my email regarding my interest to cancel my services since I read in the contract terms that the company stated they will not be responsible for any of my personal belongings and my car that is extremely expensive, that I also was shipping through themAfter contacting the customer service department, they advised me that I could not get my deposits back from them and that I should reconsider using other companiesI had to then contact my bank to dispute the charges since Apollo would not refund me my moneyThen after I expressed to the representative that contacted me the next day regarding my moving dates, I advised him that I would no longer be considering his company for my travels and move and that I had the charges reserved to get my deposits back from his company, he responded and I quote "You won't be getting back your money, so good luck with those disputes buddy!" This entire interaction was completely dreadful and I felt like they tried and almost were able to take advantage of me, since this was my first time hiring a moving companyI just don't think it was okay for Apollo to hide the fact that they weren't a company with fleet transportation and outsourced with different vendors instead of taking responsibility for the services they provide to their clientsI would not recommend their company to anymore who plans on movingThey seem to have failed at understanding the concept of (full disclosure)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 1) In my earlier reply I had attached proof that days free storage was included in the contractThe condition that we should have verbally asked for it can't be proven since I don't have a recorded phone conversationThe co'Apollo Relocation Services' should have it as they record all conversationsHowever, I do have audio recording of Apollo's customer service rep after the goods were delivered that I had asked the goods to be delivered to our new apartmentI can prove that this is a lie because the "Delivery Address" section in the contract says "Will Advise" meaning we did NOT know what our new apartment address will be2) Regarding the phone conversation wherein the pickup date was scheduled and fixed for as per 'Affordable Storage' and also the phone conversation with 'Apollo' on confirming that the pickup date will be on 915: how is it that these conversations have been wiped off as well? I know the contract gives a day window but when a company calls and tells the customer something it becomes a VERBAL contract which the company should either honor or let the customer know if the information has been changedMovers shouldn't just show up at the customer's house without warningDue to this action by the movers, our estimate went up and we lost our box In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Apollo Relocation Services is a scam. They are a broker who gives jobs out to moving companies such as 24/7 which they gave my move to. 24/7 received this job from Apollo Relocation Services. Apollo charged me a fee of $600 and quoted me an estmiate of apprximately $2500. When 24/7 came to pick up my things they charges me almost $5000, double the price for moving my things from Bronx, New York to San Antonio, Texas. It is now 09/25/15 and I still don't have my belongings and neither the broker, Apollo Relocation Services nor 24/7 has any clue where my belongings are, who the driver is and no one returns my calls. When I happen to reach someone, such as Samantha, from Apollo, she has no clue what is going on and has received numerous different stories as to why my belongings have no shipped and when I call 24/7 I get different stories why my belongings still have not been received. They are both a disgrace and I would not recommend them to anyone!! Please beware of both of these companies...
