Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***,A technician has come to my home and made the needed repair to correct the faulty installation. My requests to hear back from a manager concerning this additional repair were never fulfilled. I once again contacted Bob Hamilton today 8/to request they stop billing me for their preferred customer services which were never upheld or provided. Written request for this to cease was made more than one month ago. The young woman stated she would attempt to get the refund for this last billing cycle and that my billing had been halted. I will not state the resolution was satisfactory because I realize this company is incapable of following through on any level with even the vaguest sense of expediency.I will review my next credit card statement to see if the billing was refunded and the continuing charges have indeed been stoppedRegards, *** ***

We have refunded the amount desiredHowever, we request this complaint be removed from the Revdex.com completely, as we did not hear of this from the customer prior to the customer going to the Revdex.com to make it right and the repair was covered under warranty and we went back out and fixed it

I have attached copies of the Service partner agreement I signed with Bob Hamilton. Also attached is the bill for the work done on 4/The service agreement states 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully stisfied, let us and we'll make it right or you don't pay. I
complained to the young woman who called the following day about the services. I was told a manager would contact me promptly, but was not contacted. I tried calling again later that week, but no call was ever made back to me. The workman took my copper piping without permission. He also left all the mess from the repairs made in my basement. Sheet rock, frame pieces, discarded pipe not used, my old stack...so large I had to cut up to dispose. Water all over the floor, dirt...foot track marks throughout the basement space. It took hours to clean up.I was charged an access fee that was not explained prior to the work being done. I was ill the day the work was done and told the serviceman. He assured me not to worry that nothing but the stack replacement and water line work was in the bill. I balked at the price of the work, but the repairman said that the work would take more than 1/a day. He offered the service agreement to reduce the price. I felt it was the only way not to be even more money. He completed the work in less than hours.After not receiving any return calls, I posted a review on ***. It was promptly responded to by Bob Hamilton and statement concerning the mess where apologized for but nothing else was offeredweeks after the work on 7/4/the connection for the drain below the kitchen sink-their replacement work, came undone. We noticed when water started coming through the basement ceiling vent. I managed to push the pieces back together. I called their number but got not answer so I thought they were closed for the holiday. I called again the following day and spoke with ***, a manager and asked for someone to come to my house. I was told no one was available to come that day. The service agreement states as first item-Priority Service-stating you jump to the front of the line for routine and emergency calls. No offer to come sooner was given.When the repairman came, they tried to charge for the repairs. To hook up the pipes again I had damaged the seal to my garbage disposal and asked for them to fix it at no charge and the manager *** had agreed. The repairman tried to charge and the business had to be called to correct this. Tried to tell me my garbage disposal was old and brittle and would break if he tried to fix it. It is only years old. Once again no offer to adjust bill for additional water damage from the last spill.I am concerned I am running out of time to further my explanation so I will submit this now and will reply to requests for further explanations if you need. I have attached the bill and a scanned copy of the Service Partner agreement.I called Bob Hamilton to cancel my service agreement and was told I must send a written request (stated in agreement), it could be an email to ***. I wrote a lengthy explanation of my dissatisfaction with their work and sent it on 8/and have received no response

Tried to contact them several times but have been unable to make contactWe sent the refund for the requested amount

Mr. [redacted]. Sorry about the refund not getting processed. I sent another email and will double check that it gets done this time. You should be getting a check in the mail for $99. I will call you again and talk to you about what happened at your house. I'm not sure what went wrong last time and why we thought it was collapsed when it wasn't. If you would like us to send another camera down the line to check it out we will be more than happy to do the camera work at no cost. [redacted] has spoken to the customer since this posting and they are moving forward per the customer's request.

We are available to send out a repair tech to make corrections free of charge at the customer's earliest convenience.  Please let us know when we can come out to make this happen.
