I am rejecting this response because:   They still have not refunded my maintenance agreement and are still taking money from my bank account and charging my credit card for the services I previously cancelled.   Damage was was done to the hallway ceiling and has not been addressed.   Bob [redacted] says they are gonna take care of reimbursement of all charges and I have not received anything from them except excuses.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  We are more than happy to refund the money for the sill caulk repair if that did not remedy the issue.  It is not company policy to use our field technicians as call takers, so it is possible that the unknown number was never responded to by the tech....

We contacted the customer to inquire what we could to ensure her satisfaction.  We informed her that we are refunding her the price of service agreement for her home in full; and verified that we had already refunded her (in full) for the service agreement at her rental location, and all HVAC...

service invoices.We instructed the customer that we would like to address all her concerns and ensure she is 100% satisfied and she responded that there is nothing we can do to make her satisfied.  The customer also brought up some concerns with the ceiling of her rental property, stating that we damaged it during service.  We informed her that we will send someone out expeditiously to address the issue and make any necessary repairs, if found we are liable. Customer re-iterated that there is nothing we can do to make her satisfied.

I talked to [redacted] yesterday. She had an extremely unfortunate string of events from our company. Even though she didn’t request it, I thought it to be the right thing to refund the remaining $800 that she paid for service. Her experience was not what we promised and I told her that if she ever did have the need to call us to ask for me personally so I could personally see that she is well taken care of.

I am rejecting this response because: The statement from Bob Hamilton is inaccurate.  They provided exactly the amount of refund I requested at the time of the phone call from [redacted].  Since that phone call I have discovered that the repairman who performed the original work plumbed the waterlines incorrectly.  The hot water is hooked up to my icemaker.  The cold water is hooked up to my dishwasher.  Awaiting a repairman (again) to come to my house on Monday 8/1 to assess situation and perform yet another fix.

Mrs [redacted], I took a look at the history for the call in question.  It appears that we have been out 4 additional times under warranty to remedy the issue.  We have given some options on repiping to provide a permanent solution to the issues.  Since the system...

existed for years without venting and proper sizing we are unable to get a camera down the line with its current condition.  We would be happy to credit the original cleaning toward a replacement which we have listed in our suggested work.  Please let us know how to proceed.

It has been less than 10 business days since you sent me this letter to review.  Therefore, I was waiting to collect my refund first.  I have not seen a check in the mail nor a phone call from the Bob Hamilton company.  I will call them and give them a couple of more days to remedy the situation.  If not, I will keep this complaintvalid.  This has truly been an awful customer service experience.

We have been more than willing to resolve the current issue for Mr. and Mrs[redacted]We have refunded the requested amount per Mrs. [redacted] as well as replaced the contactor. Also as an extra step of customer appreciation we have re-piped the gas line with correct drip leg all free of charge. Again...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, a tuneup from another company reinforced my conviction that I received a phony sales pitch. The only area of agreement between the recent technician and Bob Hamilton was that I needed a new capacitor in my furnace. The rest of the Bob Hamilton diagnosis was completely bogus, especially the part about cleaning being useless. The competent tech vacuumed the furnace and gave my outdoor unit a thorough cleaning. Despite Bob Hamilton's guarantee that my unit would fail, it has held up fine in brutally hot weather.

We have already given the customer a refund of over $1000, exceeding her request significantly. Canceled her service partner. We are willing to do whatever necessary to make her 100% satisfied but that has to be communicated.
