I am rejecting this response because:The guarantee states that if services provided the company will return. When is it clear however that services were not provided, they've not held up their end of the contract at all. Upon our return from Michigan on July 2016, There was nothing on the exterior showing signs of any pest control being performed at all. OUTSIDE there were multiple spider nests, spider egg sacks, millipedes, earwigs, and fire ants throughout the exterior. The actual pest control tech himself said it did not appear even an initial had been performed. How is the company going to claim that that their end of the contract was upheld? GPS data? All that tells anyone is that a vehicle cruised about on a route. It doesn't reveal if anyone stepped out of the vehicle, unloaded tanks of spray and went about any part of any home. What does reveal that pest control measures were performed is the absence of, or at a minimum the notable reduction of pests. Since signing on with Aptive, as said before, the amount of pests has increased exponentially. With the previous company, who we pay significantly more to perform services, there were NO issues at all with one exception in the garage which they remedied the day we called.

To whom it may concern:As attached before in the response is a welcome letter which clears up anything that the sales rep may have told *** or any other customerThat Welcome letter is gone over before the first service is startedWe as a company have put the Welcome Letter in place for situations like these and each customer is given a paper copy of the Welcome LetterIn the Welcome Letter is also a paragraph talking about a possible increase in pest activity for the first months and that we have free unlimited reservices to help with the process. This account has already been cancelled and there is no further charges on the account

Rhett did a great job! He placed several boxes around our property to help fight the vole infestationVery professional and responsive!

Don't know how well the service will work yet, they've only come out once, but the technician Ben M*** was about the most professional and polite gentleman I've ever dealt with Ben certainly is a credit to this company!

I am rejecting this response because: I did not provide a written request which was stated several times throughout the call to cancel my serviceI want my dollars refunded as it should have never been chargedYou’re the ones who said this multiple times, not me. You should go back and listen to the calls from October tooVery unprofessionalProbably the least amount of people skills I’ve ever experienced in a ManagerMy gate was unlocked on the day in questionDo you really think I’d go through this much trouble if it wasn’t? You did not keep up your end of the agreement when you were to spray my entire yardYou did not do thisYour receptionist also stated you turn on your answering service 10-mins early each day which is another example of poor serviceDon’t believe me? Go listen to that one from the day beforeYour hours say you’re open till 5pm but unless you call before 4:45pm you may not get to speak to someone.

mosquitoesWe handle ants, spiders, roaches, and all other general pests around the home which are listed on the target pest section of the agreement that was emailed to ***Mosquito treatment is a very specialized service typically installing a mister system or something similarI see no notes of the mosquitoes being a concern in the special instructions on your agreementIt is noted that you were having problems with roaches and fleas. The quarterly pricing reflected both on your Service Agreement and the Welcome Letter that Brandon, our Service Pro, went over with you reflect the same pricingThe agreed amounts were $($with tax) for the initial service and then $($with tax) for the quarterly services that followI have attached a copy of both the Service Agreement and Welcome Letter for reference. Good afternoon,I have gone through all of the notes regarding your complaints you have made claims aboutI apologize if there was any confusion about the agreement and how it worksWe always want there to be full disclosure with what our customers are signing up forThat is why he have the signed
agreement where the customer initials in two separate sections next to the paragraphs stating they understand this is a year agreement, and also have a signature at the bottom as wellIn addition to the agreement when we come out to do the first initial service we also have what is called a welcome letterThe service technician goes over it with the customerIt is six paragraphs and the customer initials next to them stating they understand what they are signing up forI have underlined and marked where it states clearly this is a year agreement and if you choose to cancel before the year is up you are responsible for the discounted amount from the regularly priced initial serviceYou will see that your signatures on all of the documentation provided.Also in regards to your conversation stating that your HOA wouldn't let you keep the service and also that your HOA provides a serviceThey have not told any of our other customers they cannot have the service as we have plenty of customers in your neighborhoodWe have other customers in your community that currently have our service and have had no issues servicing their accountsIf your HOA does provide a service you can always decline the service they provide due to you deciding to provide your own pest control for your residence. We just received your check today for the idf of $and have not deposited it yetIf you would like us not to that is your decision and we will not deposit it, but for your records after the delinquent balance goes for more than days it is sent to a collection company at that point. To that end, before we actually start the first service, our service professionals actually go over a separate document that further explains our service plan in order to make sure that our customers completely understand how our treatment plan works. If a customer or potential customer ever feels that they have been misled or lied to, we always want to know about it so we can resolve any misunderstandings.Whenever we receive a new customer we work to communicate the decision maker of the home. Typically this is the adult male/female living at the property. If they do not tell us they are not authorized or able to make decisions for the home then we do not know they are able or capable, unless it is extremely obvious through conversation at that time that they are not mentally sound.
