The last several responses Mr [redacted] has indicated he will take no resolution besides being let out of his agreement with no reimbursement fee being repaidThe purpose of the Revdex.com is to act as a mediator and come to a solutionIn order to resolve the issue both sides must make concessionsThis seems to be a one sided concession to Mr [redacted] until he gets everything he wantsIn an effort to help this process we will let Mr [redacted] break the agreement early and without any fee added to the accountThis is exactly what Mr [redacted] asked for and we now consider this case resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is unclear to me as to what this company's position is I am not sure what they mean when they state that they will not charge me but instead will simply bill me I feel they need to state their position clearly We disagree on some of the details of what took place and going back and forth will not achieve anything meaningful Therefore I am very willing to enter into arbitration and willing to pay the $fee Sincerely, [redacted]

We spoke to Mr [redacted] today and scheduled a free re-service for tomorrow to address the volesHe has as many free re-services available to him as he wantsI am not sure if he filed this complaint before or after we spoke to him todayMr [redacted] was informed upon signing up for service that it can take between and months to take care of a persistent vole problemWe are doing all we can to take care of the vole problem

I am rejecting this response because: We have tried your service for months, different servicesYou did not contact me and a 2nd time when I was not homeI do have the first contact voicemail but not the 2ndWhy should I do yet another service that IS NOT WORKINGI have to take time out of my day for your re-serviceThe issue is not in the houseYou do not need access to the inside of my houseYou are an untrustworthy business and I do not want you in my houseThis is an easy fix for youCancel the service and I owe nothing We offer a good-faith solution to resolve the problemIt is odd that you are experiencing ant problems this late in the seasonIn addition to a $credit towards future service, we would love to come back for free to inspect and treat your home if there is an ongoing problemOur Service Professional has inspected your home and found no activity on the outside of your homeThis is why we ask that you show us the pest activity on the Red Flag service so we can address the exact problem that you are having.When we spoke on 11/8, you agreed to give us the opportunity to correct the problem with the free Red Flag service scheduled for 11/You missed that appointmentIf you prefer, we can set this appointment up for a Saturday or another weekday of your choosing.Should you choose to close your account without giving us the chance to identify and correct the problem, then you would forfeit the discount given on the initial serviceWe would much rather correct the problem going forward

Active does a great job! Very through and pleasantI live on the edge of a wooded preserve and we have experienced a significant decrease in ants and spiders since starting their servicesByron *is our contact person and he really works hard to make sure that everything is done throughly

Customer had a hard time reaching us in the office to schedule a re-serviceWhen he was finally able to reach us the service was scheduled incorrectly and the technician that was to come out to his home arrived lateWe have cancelled the customers account and refunded the full amount back to the customerWe called and left a voicemail for the customer letting them know that the refund has taken place and will take between 7-days to process

To whom is may concern:With every Service Agreement that is filled out with a Sales Rep, a Welcome Letter is gone over with the customer by the Service ProfessionalThat is two different people to resolved any concerns [redacted] has signed both of the agreement and welcome letterHe is the one that put the card on file on the account which is attached to the Service agreementHe is responsible for the account and fulfilling the agreement and/or paying any fees The card information that was on file has been deleted by our system, if [redacted] would like to call in and put his card on file he may do so

[redacted] signed a service agreement (attached) on June 30th, with one of our route managers She also signed a welcome letter that same day that was reviewed with her before her service was performed on June 30th (invoice attached)We do not have record of [redacted] requesting termination of her services within three business days of her initial treatment We keep records of all voice mails, phone calls, and letters that arrive at our office and do not have record of any communication from her lawyer We did receive a voicemail from [redacted] on September 30th, requesting to cancel service We returned the call and left a voicemail requesting her to call us back that same day She called in on October 4th, and spoke with our service manager about canceling her account She canceled her account and was charged $according to the terms of her service agreement (attached)

On July Mr [redacted] contracted our services including year and total scheduled services to begin on 7/18/Our service professional arrived on the 18th after explaining our services and conditions Mrs [redacted] agreed and allowed us to begin servicesAt the time of service it was explained and agreed upon that we have products and services qualified to control pests in any weather conditionIt was also explained that if at anytime between our regularly scheduled services if the customer wishes for us to return they need only to call and schedule it with the office.We returned for our scheduled and agreed upon quarterly service in an effort to break the egg cycle on 8/16/After that service we made an effort to contact the [redacted] family times between the dates of 9/6/to 12/8/via the provided email address and phone numberThe only effort to contact aptive in regards to his service was a returned call on 10/24/at which time an arrangement was offered in an effort to retain the customer and provide top quality service, at which time Mr [redacted] let us know that "he appreciated our offer" and that he wanted to "think about it before he accepted"From that point moving forward we never received any return contact from Mr [redacted] .I have included a copy of the signed agreement and also the paperwork that was signed by Mrs [redacted] on July 18th My offer that was provided on the 24th of October is still valid and available if Mr [redacted] would like his past due amount removed from collections

See Attached Service Agreement The terms of the service clearly state: "The first service performed on a home under 3,square feet has a minimum cost of$Customer understands that more time and treatments are required during the first months to bring pest problems under control, therefore an initial treatment costing less than$229.00is based on a minimum twelve-month agreementThe customer may cancel this transaction any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction with written notice to AptiveIf for any reason service is canceled prior to fulfilling the agreement, by refusing to receive or pay for service, and the initial service has been performed, the customer agrees to pay the difference between$229.00and the discounted price of the initial treatment." Mr [redacted] received the initial service on 7/ The original price was $229, however he received a discount of $and only paid $ Mr [redacted] called in November wanting to cancel his account, at which time he was reminded of the Initial Discount Reimbursement fee He stated that he was under the impression that he only had to make a sum total of payments of $ We emailed him for a 2nd time the agreement that he signed with the terms of his agreement Our representative at the time agreed to provide him with a free service for his confusion, if he paid the past balance that was due on his account Mr [redacted] agreed to her terms, however he has not paid the past due He then called back in February and requested to cancel his account again Due to the fact that he did not honor the agreement that was made with the CLS in November and still hadn't paid his past due amount, the entire $discount was applied when his account was charged Aptive Environmental is still willing to honor the terms of the agreement by providing quarterly services in February (which would be free) and May and close his account at the termination of his agreement as this is what was agreed to in November, however the past due amount of $needs to be paid
