 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:my address has been the same since 2012. I have yet to receive anything from this entity. I have never had a conversation with this group with a [redacted] representative on the line. I would like to listen to this supposed conversation since they are recorded right? The letter I mailed came from my address. I requested the info by email. I want to see the bills. Please send them to me for payment. If they are valid as you state- you will be paid. These seperate physician bills are a common issue for patients. We don't always get the bills, and sometimes they are not correct!

Your gonna get it through your head that you will not do this again or I will take legal action more than over $400!!!!

Review: I had two medical bills that were combined. The first person [redacted] who I dealt with was very nice and set up a payment arrangement for me which I had automatically deducted starting on 10/10/2012 and ending on 8/12/2013 in the amount of $55.00 for a total $605.00. Once the payments stopped I received a call from another person inquiring about setting up payments which I said I would call back but I did not due to the fact I was dealing with someone else from the company. On Oct 17,2013 I received an alert from the credit bureau that I had to accounts added from this same company in the amounts of $241 and $70. I called to inquire since I have medical insurance what was this bill for and wanted to get information about it. The first person was really nice but after I was transferred the woman was very rude and tried to tell me the arrangement that the former employee [redacted] and myself had. She interrupted me numerous times when I was explaining what I already paid and what I owed but she was very unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. her name was [redacted]. I don't believe anyone should be treated like that when they are trying to resolve an issue with their credit.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation of what I supposedly owe since I paid over $600.00. It would be nice to find out from someone that does not hang up on you and gets an attitude when you try to explain what's going on.

Review: I have been getting phone calls from this company looking for the wrong person. They have called at least 3 times a day, Monday-Friday, since July. Every time I call back and tell them they have the wrong number they assure me that my number will be off of their list. This has happened three times now and they still keep calling. They disguise their number with different area codes (i.e. 757, 267) to trick me. I have blocked a few of their phone numbers but they always call with new ones. They are harassing me looking for someone that I know nothing about! I would like the calls to stop. If they continue to call me after this complaint is filed then I will be forced to take them to court.

Review: AR resources continues to post "late payment" on my credit report. I have contacted them numerous times to find out what the charge is for and why I have never been contacted about a debt. The account lists that activity on the account was in 2010. This is impossible. I did not even know this existed. When I requested information on the "activity" the told me they could not release that information. In 2010 I was on military orders, therefore, any activity is impossible. I requested a statement to be sent to me on various occasions and nothing was ever sent. They told me they sent letters but could not recall the address it was mailed to. I am disputing this with the credit bureau and would like to settle it and have it off my report. This is causing a lot of grief and was denied a home loan because of it. AR resources is no help at all and is ignoring me on all requests.Desired Settlement: A settlement and take it off my credit report.
