I am rejecting this response because:my address has been the same since 2012. I have yet to receive anything from this entity. I have never had a conversation with this group with a [redacted] representative on the line. I would like to listen to this supposed conversation since they are recorded right? The letter I mailed came from my address. I requested the info by email. I want to see the bills. Please send them to me for payment. If they are valid as you state- you will be paid. These seperate physician bills are a common issue for patients. We don't always get the bills, and sometimes they are not correct!

I was told by the very rude representative on the phone that I should just pay the charge and not to worry what it was for. I can't believe this is how they conduct business, and I can't believe that this business is allowed to charge outrageous fees and hold a persons credit hostage without and recourse for the consumer.Desired Settlement: I want this removed from my credit report.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I am not paying a balance when I have not been given a explanation of the charges. My original balance was in the amount of$880, and that was paid in full. I have yet to receive any explanation as to what the additional $293 is for. I am not giving AR resources any further personal information about myself, because I feel like they are only trying to gain another way for them to harass and try to collect additional money that they say is owed. I'm not comfortable with that at all. I paid my the full amount that was owed to the university, now I want an explanation as to what exactly the $293 is for. The University said that I had a past due bill of $880. What is the $293 for? I'm not paying additional money just because they say so, that's insane. How did they come up with me having to owe an extra $293.

Review: AR Resources has "relentlessly" called and harassed me for payment of services from [redacted]. A women named "[redacted]" - [redacted] would continuously call my home, never identifying who/what she was calling about. She would leave a message, calling you by your first name as if you knew who she was and a phone number but never informing you why she was calling. The main complaint "I had paid the bill in FULL weeks ago and was insured by [redacted] that they would close the account and call the collection agency (AR Resources). Approximately 2 weeks later, I received another call from [redacted] - [redacted] from AR Resources. I called [redacted] back and told her that I didn't know why she was calling or who she is and that she really needs to identify herself and the reason she is calling if she wants calls returned. She said that I owed money for services from [redacted] and asked for my information. I told her that I had paid the bill weeks ago and she said she wanted proof. I told her to call [redacted] directly. She said she can't. She then threatened me that my account was being reported all three Credit Bureau Agencies and hung up on me. I immediately called [redacted] and asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was transferred to [redacted] and had explained the situation. I told her how unprofessional and unethical their collection practices were. I also told her that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I also told her that their contact at [redacted] ensured me that they would contact the credit/collections company AR Resources and they never did. I told her that I also tried calling the main number at AR Resources and the guy who answered asked me who I was and when I refused to tell him, he said he had my name, phone number & address and he called it out correctly. These people are scary, unprofessional and obviously trying to get more information in order to rob/steal from patients who have already paid for services. That is stealing and they have proven unethical collection practices! You need to report them and let everyone know not to use either company. They both made big mistakes and trying to rob people when they are working hard toward paying their bills is really unacceptable!Desired Settlement: For all the inconvenience, harassment, giving away my privacy information to these unprofessional unethical collection agency, I feel [redacted] should refund my money in full!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the paid in full letter from AR Resources. Please have them mail me a copy of the original letter. Some of the information in their response is false. When I spoke to the billing representative in May. He told me that the payment would not be sent to [redacted] until 5/15/2014. At this point, I would settle for the paid in full letter.

Review: AR resources employee '[redacted]' had been calling my parent's phone number for 8-10 months, for payment of a medical bill in July '13 ($200). I never gave the hospital, or any person/business within the last 10 years my parent's phone number, so I can only assume AR Resources found this number elsewhere, and violated my/my parent's privacy in the process. As soon as I learned [redacted] of AR Resources had been calling my parent's landline (6/2/14), I called back, explained to [redacted] that I was in midst of switching banks, and that I would pay bill as soon as I received new debit card in the mail. Bank promised card would arrive in 7 business days. For the next 8 days [redacted] called every other day, from a VOIP phone so as to disguise AR resources phone number of origin. I picked up each time, first time I expressed surprise that number was from another state entirely, [redacted] dismissed, quickly changed topic.

Today, 9 business days after bank promised, the debit card has not arrived. I just received a call from [redacted], explained situation, and that I would go to bank tomorrow to resolve this as quickly as is possible. [redacted] became very aggressive, suggesting 'Just give me your checking account number, let's take care of this', at which point conversation went from acceptable business communication to (attempted) intimidation.

[redacted] continued to (attempt) to intimidate me, telling me 'We've been chasing you for months, how about I just report this to the credit bureau'. He became increasingly agitated, as is common with someone attempting to intimidate unsuccessfully, when I asked for a recording of our call, as he yelled, earlier in the call, that call was being reported, this was an attempt to collect a debt, etc.

After letting him huff and puff for a minute, I then explained to him that I'd like a recording of the call, to use to report to consumer advocacy group. [redacted] was not thrilled about this, so told me that he will be reporting this $200 debt I learned about last week to the credit bureau, then he hung up on me.

I then did some research on AR Resources, called [redacted] back, and asked him to explain why there were so many Revdex.com complaints, lawsuits returned as [redacted] search results. [redacted], assuming I would call back to figure out a way to pay AR Resources in response to his acute intimidation skills, was not pleasantly surprised, re-iterated that he will be reporting this $200 debt I learned about last week to the credit bureau, then he hung up on me. Again.

I then called the hospital, left a voice mail for customer service to resolve this directly with them, which I will do tomorrow, early next week @latest.Desired Settlement: I do not want AR Resources to report this debt, which I learned about last week, to the credit bureau.

I will pay the hospital directly, and will instruct hospital to notify AR resources that the bill has been paid. I will not give any financial information to an organization with volume of Revdex.com complaints AR Resources has, or with number of lawsuits appearing in [redacted] search results between AR Resources and 3rd party consumers/businesses.

Review: I am currently going through treatment for breast cancer. I have a nurse navigator who is handling my billing and insurance issues. As of right now, my husband has paid all outstanding debts that have been sent and correctly billed through my insurance company, but I still keep getting phone calls saying we still owe money. We have paid all outstanding debts to the companies that billed us directly... no payments were made to collections per instructions from our nurse navigator. This company needs to get in touch with the people who hired them and find out that our debts are paid and stop harassing us,Desired Settlement: I wish for these people to contact those who hired them and find out from them if this has been settled. Review: Sept 16th - Pulled credit report, and saw reports from a company AR Resources. Noted there were multiple reports for the same amounts from the same companies. Some even had duplicate dates, exactly the same.

Called AR resources as soon as I saw them to inquire what they were what why were there duplicated bills reported to the credit agencies. I had never received a bill, call or inquiring from them before. So I was calling to clear this up and get the marks off my credit score.

I spoke with an entry level person and they looked into them and told me that it looks like they made a mistake and that there were duplicated billings, that were re billed on separate dates, hence the different dates. This also explained why the totals were exactly the same and billed to the exact same facility. She said she would clear this up and get it to her manager who was authorized to consolidate the bills and issue out a statement so I could pay it and get them removed from my credit report

I was put through to [redacted], she looked over my account and confirmed that yes these bills for the same amount to the same facility were duplicates and were a mistake and she would fix it and issue out a bills totaling $170 which would clear and close my account. After that amount was paid she said the negative remarks would be removed from all 3 credit agencies.

Sept 20th - (Tues Morning) - I decided to check in since I did not receive the bill. Called trying to get [redacted] to find out the status of the consolidation of the duplicate bills and to see if they mailed out the bill. I could not get through to a manager and the 1st tear girl said no nothing was merged and that all the bills were still separate. She discussed there were 6 bills with two totals $55 & $115. She told me that I was wrong and that [redacted] never said they were duplicates. She looked up my account and at that time all she saw was 3 bills for $115 to the same biller, and 2 bills for $55 to the same biller.

Sept 20th called back and finally got [redacted]. She said that yes, she confirmed over the phone they were duplicates and that the other person didn't know what they were talking about. She agreed to mail out a bill ASAP. She also told me the bills were indeed consolidated.

Sept 26 - I decided to check in since I did not receive the bill. After several attempts to get ahold of [redacted], I was put through to [redacted], her boss. He told me that yes the bills were duplicated and they have been consolidated to the amount of $170. And I should expect them to remove all negative reports from the credit agencies once the bill was paid in full. I agreed to pay the $170 in full to remove all marks from my credit report. I asked if I could send a letter to them and have them agree to the terms discussed over the phone so I have a record of it. [redacted] then said they cannot and will not receive any mail. [redacted] stated that I should trust them to hold true to what he said without proof that they would remove the negative remarks on my credit. But he was quite clear they cannot receive mail from me, it all must be don’t over the phone. I agreed to pay the bill totaling $170 once I received it, again for the sole intention of having all AR negative credit remarks removed from my history.

Oct 2nd, spoke to [redacted], asked if they consolidated the duplicate bills into the one payment for $170 and if they mailed them out. She said they did not, and that now they were separate bills again. Not only that she now stated that I have more bills in my account, that she overlooked for $15 & $45. So I asked for her to provide validation of what those bills were and how could they be mine if they were not in my file the past 4 weeks. She replied she will not provide proof of those bills unless I hand write a letter asking for it, even though I'm on the phone that’s not good enough. How could I mail out a letter to them when [redacted] her manager stated last week that they cannot receive mail from account holders? She did state that AR Resources did finally mail out the one bill for $170, and that I "should" have it any day now.

So far they have failed to correct the billing errors, and failed to provide itemized billing. Not given validation of the debts they are claiming I owe. And are giving different information about billing amounts and practices every time I call.Desired Settlement: I would like AR Resources, to remove all their credit collection reports to the 3 credit bureaus

Review: On March 3, 2014 I received a collection notice for a bill from [redacted]. I had been making regular monthly payments to the billing service and was questioning why, with two recent payments NOT credited to my account it had been referred to collections. I immediately contacted AR Resources in writing....copy/paste of my letter below requesting that it be returned to the billing service with the payments credited and monthly payments continued. Yesterday I was advised that I was denied employment based on a collection account placed on my credit report by AR Resources. They failed to respond, as REQUIRED, to my dispute and placed it on my credit report. I am a 64 year old widow and job offers are scarce. To lose an opportunity to a collection company NOT following Federal law is unacceptable. Especially in this case where I have documentation of regular monthly payments on the account. Please help. Re: Account [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing regarding the above account. I am attaching a history of MONTHLY PAYMENTS made on this account and am distressed AND dismayed that it was turned over to a collection agency with the threat of a credit report posting.

After charity adjustment (I am an unemployed, uninsured widow on social security), I began making monthly payments as you can see on the attachment. The $5.00 December payment has NEVER been credited and I notified EMA of this (with a “we will look into it”). I was waiting for a corrected and updated statement in January that never arrived. I became concerned and started payments again in February as you can see from the second money order stub dated February 20th. I guess they believe in not crediting payments, not responding to requests for information and THEN referring the account to a collection agency?????????

I am truly troubled that payments have not been credited $15.00!!!!! and now you are demanding more than it owed. Please return this account to EMA and advise them to research, credit, update and notify me of their findings. I have contacted [redacted] and advised that BOTH MONEY ORDERS were cashed by EMA…..did someone have lunch at [redacted] on ME?????

I am disputing this issue and sincerely hope an account with a payment history does NOT appear on my credit report. I am old but not stupid.Desired Settlement: Return to billing service for monthly payments and immediate removal of the collection from my credit report.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Review: [redacted] returned my phone call to A R Resources on 4-12-13 around 8:46am.

The company withdrew a February 2013 on April 4, 2013. As a result my bank charged me with a $25.00 bank fee. I called A R Resources and spoke with [redacted] and he told me that the February payment came out in February and that my April payment and not come out yet. I told [redacted] I had information from the bank, He continued to ignore me and accused me of trying to avoid payments. When I asked for a supervisor He told me NO, and said he was a supervisor. I insisted that some one had to be above him. Then [redacted] said I could send him documentation. I said I no longer want to deal with you, I want someone over you.

[redacted] then connected me to [redacted] ( who upon request hesitantly stated he was a manager) who was even worse. He would not even listen, when I informed him of the documentation I had to verify the incorrect payment withdrawal. He accused me of trying to avoid paying my debt. I asked [redacted] to stop the payments from this company. He said the April payment was stopped.

I said No "I WANT ALL PAYMENTS STOPPED FROM THIS COMPANY PERMANANTLY". [redacted] said "NO". I said what do you mean no, are you telling me that you refuse to stop payments and you are going to keep debiting my account. [redacted] replied that he would now stop the withdrawals and rudely accused me of taking a round about way to stop paying my bill.

I do not trust this company. I have documents verifying my issue of the untimely payment withdrawal, and they would not verify my documentation. If I continue business with this company they potentially withdraw money at any unauthorized time and not pay the over draft fees.

I called back on 4-15-13 to speak with someone in a management position. she told me [redacted] was a someone in a higher position but that all she could be was note my account, she would not send him a message informing him I wanted to speak to him. This representative then connected me to [redacted] ( after I told her, he was part of my problem, and I did not want to speak with him), I hung up the phone . I called back, and spoke to some one else named [redacted]. I asked her for a name of someone in the company that could help me with a problem, she asked me if I was (My name) I said yes, and she began to tell me I haven't made a payment since December 2012. ( which is completely untrue.) I said to [redacted] so you are not going to help me, I just want to know who is in upper management. [redacted] began to berate me about my payments and completely over spoke me and told me about money that was due, and did not listen to a word I said. I hung up the phone.

I have been paying this company quite so time. I had no desire to stop paying my bill. However I can not deal with a company that will not even try to verify a mistake and expect me to continue paying them.Desired Settlement: I would Like an apology and The $25.00 bank fee paid by A R Resources. ( I would like that in a form of a check, I no longer trust them debiting my account)

I would like to deal with another debt agency. A

Review: I haven't been notified about these bills. I looked on my credit report and that's how I found out about these bills. I have two bills, one is for the amount of $278 and another for $417. I don't like the fact that it's on my credit report. Medical bills are patients disclosed information by HIPAA and I believe this company should have notified me before they sent it to the credit bureaus. I want to pay this bill but I need this off my credit report. I called today and asked can they take it off my credit report and they told me that I have to pay first. That's crazy.Desired Settlement: I want these bills taken off my credit history please.

Review: This is the second complaint I have to submit regarding AR Resources. I have been shocked by the level of unprofessionalconduct this company representitives display to callers just trying to get an incorrect issue resolved. I was incorrectly billed for a $315 medical bill that was placed with collection thru their company and when I contacted them , their representative proceded to inform me that they did not care weather this was correct or not and that the only way for them resolve this would be by paying them $315. They would not verify the charges, they would not even contact the original medical provider to verify. I proceeded to inform them that I would not pay a bill that im not liable for and that I would place a complaint regarding their company with the Revdex.com. To which the gentleman by the name of [redacted] replied "mamm we dont care about complaints with the Revdex.com or credit bureaus just pay this and learn that in this world the little people will always lose againts big companies and thats a fact you just have to accept I have even learned that and thats why I dont care about my credit and im 33 yrs old.....and he rambled on" leaving me in awe of what I was hearing. So to wrap this up for the Medical facilities looking for billing collection offices to take care of your unresolved dept, run away from this company. These are the type of agencies that get you involved in big law suits. I will also report them to the FTC since im sure a lot of what I was told by them was breaking the law.Desired Settlement: Complete deletion of account from my equifax credit bureau and the other two credit bureaus in case they decide to report there as well. Presently only shows on equifax.

Review: Collections for past due college tuition in the amount of $537 was received by the college ([redacted] College) from a third party (Veterans Administration) and removed from collections without my knowledge. I called the collections agency, and they still processed my payment with almost $200 in fees. I was told that this would be a black mark on my credit, and that I had no choice but to pay (even though the college had already received the funds and collections was no longer necessary). Now AR Resources is being unresponsive from the college to inquiries about a refund for the fees that were wrongly collected.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $139.25 in collections fees
