I'm not sure if your company has the intentions of screwing people out of money...

or not but going by the complaints on here, those must be your intentions. At this rate you will go out of business and legal action will be taken before long. Thank you for the refund and for wasting my time.

refund and the product being shipped to me for free, there is still no guarantee that I will be getting the item nor have I received the refund. And, with the track record of this company, it doesn't appear that either promise will be fulfilled. Plus, I believe other customers should have a fair warning as to what type of company they are dealing with before they spend such a great deal of money. So, I do not want to accept their response.

At this stage, it isn't about the receipt of the product or a refund. It is about warning other customers about the business practices of this business. I don't trust that I will ever receive the product because of the way I have been treated by this company so I cannot accept that as a remedy or I would. I do want that item as I purchased it and have been waiting since December for it. However, because they have proven to be a company that does not fulfill their end of the bargain and cannot be trusted. So, their is no way to guarantee that I will receive this item. Their promises are valueless.

Thank you for resolving the issues at hand. Next time I would not tell people when their order is supposed to ship several different times. If your behind make sure you tell them and don't tell them it will ship this time then this time then this time. Don't tell people things that are not true.
