The customer read the Application for Certificate of Title and signed it on their own accordThe application clearly had the "Not Actual" box checkedWe did not alter that in any form or fashionIf the customer is wanting out of the vehicle we are willing to purchase it back from them at the KBB trade in value is for whatever the current mileage reads on the odometer currentlyShould the customer reject this offer that is their decision but we are willing to try and come up with a compromiseThis is eliminates the customers concern about a title brand he claims although regardless of what Carfax says the actual physical Idaho Certificate Title is cleanThe trade in value is what they would receive at any dealer trying to trade the vehicle inWhat we are offering is fair and valid through 6:00PM MST on June 6, The customer would be responsible for any difference in the current loan just like any other vehicle purchase

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me? I would ? like to thank MrH [redacted] for the generous token of apology? Also I would like to be assured that the staff at Aspen Dental [redacted] , PA be trained by a professional, and be assured that they are ALL aware that their happy and content customers are who keep their doors openI am looking forward to our next visit to the clinic to see how things have changed? Be assured, if we get the same treatment, or even witness the same, I will be in contact with your Bureau once again Regards, [redacted]

My last visit to the office was 9/29/that is when they said they discarded? themThey did not say what date it was only that they were discardedand the Dentist sorry there are a few of them there ( he is a black gentleman)told me he would take care of itI was to return in weeksbut I was in the hospital due to heart failureI called and reacheduled? when I returned they said they would not treat me now because of the favti have an external [redacted] I asked for a refund since they refused totreat me even with cardiac approval and I was sent a check for3/16/I tried repeatedly to speak with the regional? manager who I was told was in their office, but never got a return call.so a friend said to try Revdex.com and before I did I called and asked to speakwith Billing departmentThey said they did not have oneThe lady Christysaid she could help meShe went over with me all my charges and creditsand I asked her if she could send me all charges and payments from start of service to end of servicedays later I got them in the mailThen I filed my complaintThen I got callsfrom themI guess they were in aware thati already received a copy of my entire ledger because the one they sent youis very different from the one I receivedI asked Jane about this and she said it had not beenalteredThe reason they were different was they hadchanged systems since my last visitI then told her wellI just got the entire ledger from Christy in the mailJane askedthat I send her a copy and I didThen when I tried to reach her againI could not.then I sent both copies to you, and she called me and saidyes that Mr H [redacted] did alter the records.? ?

The Honda Odyssey van that Mr [redacted] does not have a branded title as he statesThe vehicle has a clean Idaho Certificate of Title and is not branded as salvage, repaired or flood damage which are the only brands that can be issued on an Idaho titleThe van does have not actual mileage which was disclosed at the time of the saleMr [redacted] signed the Idaho Application for Certificate of Title which had the box checked as "Not Actual"Mr [redacted] reviewed the document before he signed it under his own free willThe fact of him owing the financing company an incredible amount of money is not anything in our controlHe reviewed the loan paperwork and knew what his interest rate and terms of the loan were upfrontAgain he made these decisions based on his on free will

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle does have a branded title as stated on the CARFAX report that we were not provided with at the time of saleThe dealer did not disclose that the mileage was incorrect or that the odometer had been tampered withThe certificate of title was filled out by the dealer incorrectly, and we were not told to review it as the dealer claimsWe did sign the certificate of title because we had no reason to distrust the dealer The title is not free and clear as the dealer statesIt is branded due to the odometer tampering. The dealer checked not actual mileage because they knew the odometer had been tampered withThe vehicle should not have been sold for the sale price, and with a branded title is not worth what we are now required to pay for itThe dealer was paid by the finance company for the vehicle that they should have not sold if they knew that the odometer readings were not correct.I have attatched a copy of the CARFAX report that shows the mileage before the dealer purchased the vehicle and the mileage when we purchased the vehicleThe report also clearly shows the change in mileage Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the first thing I talked about with the seller was how I wanted a car with around 100,miles or lessI saw the miles and sais wow not too many miles in interestedThe seller said ya not bad right or something like thatSo if he new the miles were wrong why not tell me than? I would have not have bought it if I knew the miles were wrongHe may have checked that box on the paper but never told me a thing about itI would have backed out due to thatThe seller knew something was wrong with the car when we got it he had us go to the dealership and get it looked atThe main computer chip was burnt outThe usual cause for this I found out doing reasearch was odometer tamperingI believe this car has been tamperd with and it looks like the dealership was responsibleIt may be true maybe not but the way he was acting when we bought it was like he knew something was upIf I need to lawyer up I willI still want full compensation for the vehicle and out of my debt Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After talking with MrH [redacted] who was indeed very rude an arrogant to meAbout the difference between what he said? My refund should be and what Rhonda said my refundShould be I realizedThat #It is there contentions thatI was not entitled to nor would my insurance company be reimbursed? For the remainder of the money paid for myUpper denture and lower partialAfter careful investigationOf my billing history (which is attached) that I obtained before IFilled my complaint I noticed that ? I was over billedMy insurance companyPaid My credit card was charged and plus an additional on 6/when I was? Not even in the office? I spoke with mrH [redacted] from Aspen DentalAnd he told me that the and had been credited backHe sent me a copy of my Bill thatWas so visibly altered from the copy I got before filing the complaint.I asked to speak with his boss as ? and did speak with JaneJaneTold me that my bill would not be the same because they changed? Systems since my paymentsI explained to her that I got a new bill ledger weeks priorTo filing the complaint and it was exactly like the one they sent accept the one they sent? Had reversals on it in redAs you can see it was just added as the entire page is off centerThe numbers and letters are missing and the totals do not match up.My total bill was and I paid I called back to my credit card companyAnd they told me that if they can give me the authorization code given to themFor the reversal then the credit card company would refund that money paid.If they can not provide the with code then it was not refunded.I called my credit card company on Thursday the of MayBut was informed that since I paid off the both credit cards that the records were expungedFrom their system already but they can research with codes.I then called guardian life and was told that the money that was paid for dental services? Should be returned to me if there is a refund dueBecause inwaEntitled to the benefits at the time and the benefits could have been applied to any other services.? They stated that if Aspen is unwilling to refund me the money that they couldRefund my insurance company and they would refund it to meI no longer have thatInsurance for dental nowI explained all of this to Jane and she said she would get back to me on Friday the 1stI sent a quick email today and have not heard back Regards, [redacted]

The vehicle that the customer purchased was a used vehicle and we never made any written nor verbal promises as if the vehicle would pass emissions testing. The customer never even brought up the question about it. A car dealer does not go down and emission test every vehicle they sell. The customer... before purchasing the vehicle did take it to have it "looked" over. She made the decision to purchase the vehicle upon having it looked over by her "mechanic". That said upon first contact from the customer in regards to the issue she stated that she would call me back and even in by her own admission it took her over a month to actually follow up with me upon the issue. I did say I would help obtain the parts at my cost and I would look into it and get back with her. I did get pricing and called and left a voicemail and never heard back. Fast forward two weeks and she called and left a message that I apparently did not get. Based on her earlier actions of taking over a month to call me back I just assumed that at some point in time she would call me back or actually just physically come into the dealership to discuss the issue. That said any repairs or parts we purchase for the vehicle are out of goodwill and a 13 year old car is a used car. We are more than happy to work with the customer to resolve this in a fair and efficient matter but the lack of communication has made it very challenging. She is more than welcome to physically come to our dealership during business hours to discuss the issue since it appears phone communication is challenging.

*** ** ***RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID ***Dear Ms, ***:Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to your concerns regarding your account with the Aspen Dental Practice that treated you (“Practice"), it is your belief that you overpaid for services rendered to youSpecifically, you believe you overpaid CareCredit a total of $3,881.45.Given the transactions in question date back to 2007, I have done my best to research what happenedAccording to the Practice's records, even though three third party financing transactions show on the transaction log two of the loans valued at $1,and $1,were not funded by CareCredit (5/22/original application)The systems at the time were manual, and it’s likely that the office manager recorded those values initially, but when CareCredit did not fund the loans those transactions were removed from your Practice's account a month later (6/21/2007)In addition to your insurance benefits, the only CareCredit loan applied to your account for dental services rendered was in the amount of $1,395.00.During our conversation on June 13, 2018, you requested an authorization code from me that you believe will be proof to CareCredit that a refund from the Practice was made to CareCredit for $1,and $1,It is my understanding from you that CareCredit’s records do not go back to I did review the Practice's system and unfortunately because CareCredit did not fund the loans of $1,and $1,there are no authorization codes to provide youAs a result, if you paid CareCredit these two amounts you will have to address your refund request to them directlyPlease be assured the Practice takes your concern seriously and every effort has been made to locate more information for youTo recap what efforts have taken place to date:IWith your first communication to the Revdex.com, I provided an account ledger showing the reversal of the two non-funded loans noted aboveIIOn May 30, 2018, as a courtesy, the Practice issued a denture refund in the amount of $1,and a check was sent to you as a result of the original Revdex.com complaint.IIIOn June 6, 2018, the Practice refunded two additional refunds for the dentures to your Guardian Life insurance Company in the amounts of $and $363,as a courtesyThe check number for the check issued to Guardian Life insurance Company is You may contact Guardian Life Insurance Company with this information to determine their refund process. Thanks again for providing me with the opportunity to address your concernsI hope this finds you well.Sincerely,Jane C***ADMI, Senior Manager, Patient Satisfaction*** ***
