before purchasing the vehicle did take it to have it "looked" over. She made the decision to purchase the vehicle upon having it looked over by her "mechanic".   That said upon first contact from the customer in regards to the issue she stated that she would call me back and even in by her own admission it took her over a month to actually follow up with me upon the issue. I did say I would help obtain the parts at my cost and I would look into it and get back with her. I did get pricing and called and left a voicemail and never heard back. Fast forward two weeks and she called and left a message that I apparently did not get. Based on her earlier actions of taking over a month to call me back I just assumed that at some point in time she would call me back or actually just physically come into the dealership to discuss the issue. That said any repairs or parts we purchase for the vehicle are out of goodwill and a 13 year old car is a used car.    We are more than happy to work with the customer to resolve this in a fair and efficient matter but the lack of communication has made it very challenging. She is more than welcome to physically come to our dealership during business hours to discuss the issue since it appears phone communication is challenging.
