*** ** *** RE: Aspen Dental Account Number *** Revdex.com ID #
*** Dear Mr***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Indiana, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by ASPEN DENTAL OF SW PENNSYLVANIA PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at Indiana, PA Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the Indiana, PA Aspen Dental Office Manager Theresa. Theresa advised that she spoke with you on November 21, 2017, when you came in to have your fillings done and that you did not wish to move forward with additional treatment at that time. She said you told her that you would discuss the matter with your wife and call back if you decided to proceed. She said she also mentioned the option of you applying for financing to pay for any future treatment. Specific identification is required and approval is based on the lender applied to. I am enclosing with this letter copies of your Aspen Dental account ledger history showing all transactions to date. I am also enclosing a copy of your signed treatment estimate for the services that you have received. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaintI am available for any further questions at the below contact information. Sincerely, Ron H***Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.*** *** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As witnessed by the attached ledger dated prior to the ledger provided byAspen Dental to the Revdex.com it is very evident that not only did Aspen DentalAlter my dental record which in itself is unethical I did contact both My credit cardCompany and my dental insurance companyCare credit states that if they refunded the Amounts they alleged then they should have documentation of theRefundCare credit funded them on 5/and again on 5/It is Aspens policyThat they do not render treatment until payment is receivedOn the ledger you canSee that they received advanced paymentsIt is written in the ledger on the above dates. The ledger I obtained on 4/16/documents the sameIt is obvious by the ledgerReceived by the Revdex.com that the ledger was now altered to show they refunded the monies to my Credit cardJane and Rob were unaware that I had already received the ledgerMy bill after innerworkDiscounts was $According to the letter dated today they state thatThey were only paid $from my insurance company and from my credit card+ equals $do you not think that #they would have completed my Dental work without paymentIt is their policy to be paid in full in advance of treatmentDo you not think that Aspen Dental would not have come after me for the balance of care$+ Also if you look in patient portion it says balance is -which shows the over paymentThere is no deductionAlso my credit card company says they have a authorization code that they would have beenGiven as proof of the return of fund via care credit onlineThis number would allow Care credit to locateThe reversal of funds and they would return the funds to meMy account has been paid in full withCare credit and closed as well as perched in from their systemsBut can be located via banking transactionsWith the auth code.Regards,

I did not accept Aspen Dental s resolution to this complaint because it was not the bank's fault, it was the Aspen Dental's employee who explained the agreement wrong to meAgain, I did not have my glasses and was having a hard time reading the agreement so she explained it to meShe did not explain what deferred interest meantI do remember her saying that I needed to pay off what I could or I would be charged interest after monthsMy interpretation of that was if I didn't pay it all off in months I would be charged a low interest rate on the balance of what I owedThat is what I thought deferred meantAspen Dental should be responsible for their employee's faults not the bankAs I said before, I trusted the employee to tell me what was on that agreement and when I came home I put the agreement in the file and didn't read it againThank You*** ***

After talking with MrH[redacted] who was indeed very rude an arrogant to meAbout the difference between what he said? My refund should be and what Rhonda said my refundShould be I realizedThat #It is there contentions thatI was not entitled to nor would my insurance company be reimbursed? For the remainder of the money paid for myUpper denture and lower partialAfter careful investigationOf my billing history (which is attached) that I obtained before IFilled my complaint I noticed that ? I was over billedMy insurance companyPaid My credit card was charged and plus an additional on 6/when I was? Not even in the office? I spoke with mrH[redacted] from Aspen DentalAnd he told me that the and had been credited backHe sent me a copy of my Bill thatWas so visibly altered from the copy I got before filing the complaint.I asked to speak with his boss as ? and did speak with JaneJaneTold me that my bill would not be the same because they changed? Systems since my paymentsI explained to her that I got a new bill ledger weeks priorTo filing the complaint and it was exactly like the one they sent accept the one they sent? Had reversals on it in redAs you can see it was just added as the entire page is off centerThe numbers and letters are missing and the totals do not match up.My total bill was and I paid I called back to my credit card companyAnd they told me that if they can give me the authorization code given to themFor the reversal then the credit card company would refund that money paid.If they can not provide the with code then it was not refunded.I called my credit card company on Thursday the of MayBut was informed that since I paid off the both credit cards that the records were expungedFrom their system already but they can research with codes.I then called guardian life and was told that the money that was paid for dental services? Should be returned to me if there is a refund dueBecause inwaEntitled to the benefits at the time and the benefits could have been applied to any other services.? They stated that if Aspen is unwilling to refund me the money that they couldRefund my insurance company and they would refund it to meI no longer have thatInsurance for dental nowI explained all of this to Jane and she said she would get back to me on Friday the 1stI sent a quick email today and have not heard back

The Honda Odyssey van that Mr. [redacted] does not have a branded title as he states. The vehicle has a clean Idaho Certificate of Title and is not branded as salvage, repaired or flood damage which are the only brands that can be issued on an Idaho title. The van does have not actual mileage which was...

disclosed at the time of the sale. Mr [redacted] signed the Idaho Application for Certificate of Title which had the box checked as "Not Actual". Mr [redacted] reviewed the document before he signed it under his own free will. The fact of him owing the financing company an incredible amount of money is not anything in our control. He reviewed the loan paperwork and knew what his interest rate and terms of the loan were upfront. Again he made these decisions based on his on free will.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle does have a branded title as stated on the CARFAX report that we were not provided with at the time of sale. The dealer did not disclose that the mileage was incorrect or that the odometer had been tampered with. The certificate of title was filled out by the dealer incorrectly, and we were not told to review it as the dealer claims. We did sign the certificate of title because we had no reason to distrust the dealer.  The title is not free and clear as the dealer states. It is branded due to the odometer tampering. The dealer checked not actual mileage because they knew the odometer had been tampered with. The vehicle should not have been sold for the sale price, and with a branded title is not worth what we are now required to pay for it. The dealer was paid by the finance company for the vehicle that they should have not sold if they knew that the odometer readings were not correct.I have attatched a copy of the CARFAX report that shows the mileage before the dealer purchased the vehicle and the mileage when we purchased the vehicle. The report also clearly shows the change in mileage.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The customer read the Application for Certificate of Title and signed it on their own accord. The application clearly had the "Not Actual" box checked. We did not alter that in any form or fashion. If the customer is wanting out of the vehicle we are willing to purchase it back from them at the KBB trade in value is for whatever the current mileage reads on the odometer currently. Should the customer reject this offer that is their decision but we are willing to try and come up with a compromise. This is eliminates the customers concern about a title brand he claims although regardless of what Carfax says the actual physical Idaho Certificate Title is clean. The trade in value is what they would receive at any dealer trying to trade the vehicle in. What we are offering is fair and valid through 6:00PM MST on June 6, 2017. The customer would be responsible for any difference in the current loan just like any other vehicle purchase.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the first thing I talked about with the seller was how I wanted a car with around 100,000 miles or less. I saw the miles and sais wow not too many miles in interested. The seller said ya not bad right or something like that. So if he new the miles were wrong why not tell me than? I would have not have bought it if I knew the miles were wrong. He may have checked that box on the paper but never told me a thing about it. I would have backed out due to that. The seller knew something was wrong with the car when we got it he had us go to the dealership and get it looked at. The main computer chip was burnt out. The usual cause for this I found out doing reasearch was odometer tampering. I believe this car has been tamperd with and it looks like the dealership was responsible. It may be true maybe not but the way he was acting when we bought it was like he knew something was up. If I need to lawyer up I will. I still want full compensation for the vehicle and out of my debt.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
