owe anything. We have never received any policy information from Area Publications about why we should pay them any more money. If they want us to pay anything they should have to prove it.
I am not satisfied by this response.

The company tried to take out an extra payment in November, which I had the Bank cancel. Now they are claiming I owe them money. Also, this complaint is about the renewal payments coming months BEFORE the original subscription ends and the EXTRA subscription that I did not want and also tried to cancel. I am not receiving the magazines I originally subscribed to. The company does not follow through with sending information that I have asked for multiple times, that they claim would prove that I asked for the new subscription. If I cannot receive my money back, I wish to have ALL three subscriptions cancelled by January.

At this time the accounts are in collections. We did send all information to the address provided. The renewals we automatic renewals which is part of our contract with you. It states we can renew you every 3 months. unless you call and say otherwise. At this time you will have to talk to malcolm and gerald to discuss payment.
