Hello,This customer placed three orders with our company between 12/5/and 12/6/and we shipped all three packages on 12/6/The customer than contacted us after the packages shipped and wanted these orders refundedHe claimed that we were out of stock in these itemsWe explained to him that we were not out of stock until we shipped his packages and that all three order shipped with all items purchasedThe customer became very upset and swore at us and demanded his money backUnfortunately, we have to have the items back in order to process a refund for these ordersRecalling packages with Standard International shipping with [redacted] ***l [redacted] *s not something that we have done in the pastHowever, we have contacted our [redacted] representative and we have requested that the stop these packages and return them to usIf they are able to do so, once we receive these packages, we will process a refund per our returns policyIf there are fees for requesting the return, these will be deducted from the refundAdditionally, the customer has filed claims with [redacted] for unauthorized use of his credit cardHe clearly placed these ordersSince there are open claims in [redacted] his funds are on hold and we will not be able to process any refunds until [redacted] releases the hold on his fundsIf you have any questions, please contact usThank you,AreaTrend

We see that you did request to return your item as you felt it was not an authentic Seiko watch due to the packaging and the warranty. The email that you have posted in your complaint is 100% accurate. As a seller on [redacted] marketplace, our information is clearly stated and available prior to... placing an order. In the area that the price is listed it states, “sold by AreaTrend”. Under that, it states, “learn about marketplace retailers”. It clearly states that items cannot be returned directly to [redacted] Neither [redacted] t nor AreaTrend are being deceptive in how items are listed by marketplace sellers. We do see that we have received your return and that we have provided you a full refund as a one-time courtesy since this item was not defective and was listed correctly. Hello, the seller have never provided me with any details of such extra charges, nor have they been replying to any of my emails for the last weeksI have informed the seller that customs have confirmed with me that they have informed the seller of the return and rejection of the itemthe seller is still trying to ignore that message even though they have clearly been informed of this!!!! they are still not replying to my emailsThe threats were about my solicitors since they seller have not been replying to me for the last weeks and before that simply refused to refund my OWN moneyNow they are coming up with another story that the case have been opened with *** which it wasn't as I am still chasing my money and demand a full refund!!!!! I also demand a compensation for the stress and lies I had to and still have to endure since I bought this item almost over a month ago!!!! I will be writing to the point that the seller will finally admit that they are clearly ignoring every single point I am trying put across and yet again coming up with another lie like *** to avoid refunding me my own money!!!!! I mean this is my money!!!!! stop lying!!!!!!! Hello,The customer's order shipped on 8/22/and was delivered on 8/26/Mr*** contacted us on 9/2/to advise us that he believed he was sent the wrong watchHe stated that there is a different model that is almost identical to the one he received that is 2mm different in size and $

We received an email on 1/5/stating, “this watch stopped working as soon as it came in contact with water. I would like to have it replaced”Our returns policy is clearly stated on Amazon.comIt states, “Within days of your order date, provided your product is still in its original
box with all materials and has not been worn, used or sized your product is eligible for return.” Additionally, it states, “Upon arrival please check your product for any manufacturer defectsTo prevent having to go through the manufacturer warranty process defective items must be brought to our attention within days of receiptAfter days, defective items are no longer eligible for return, and you must contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.” Due to the first email stating that the watch stopped working, we provided warranty repair informationAfter the first email stated, it stopped working as soon as it came in contact with water, the next email stated, “I received this watch with a defective band clasp”We had sent you warranty repair since it was stated that the watch stopped workingNow, it was stated that it was the bandThe band of the watch is not covered under any watch warrantyWe provided manufacturer information for repair outside of warranty and offered a concession in the amount of $USD to assist with receiving a new band for the watchWe do see from your final email that the cost to repair the band with shipping is $As a courtesy, we would like to offer to split the difference for this costWe have already submitted a refund for $USDWe would like to offer an additional $USDThis is half of the cost for the repair and shippingPlease let us know if this offer is a satisfactory resolution to your concerns Thank you, AreaTrend

The repairs facility that we are partnered with did have this watch for weeks when they made the decision to have us offer store credit for this order since they were unable to repair itOur policy is that we offer store credit for items that cannot be repaired as you did have the watch and wore
it since February Items can be returned for refund or replacement if they have not been worn, used, sized or adjustedOnce an item has been worn, it falls under warrantyThe warranty for your item was not covered by the manufacturer since we sell below suggested retail priceTherefore, your watch was sent by you to the repairs facility that we are partnered with for repairThere is a fee, just like most all manufacturer’s that offer warranty repairThis fee is non-refundable and covers the inspection fee and the return shipping with insuranceThe fee for all International repairs is $USDWe understand that you are not satisfied with the store credit and as a one-time courtesy to you, we are willing to simply process a refund through *** This will void the store credit amount that you now havePlease let us know if this is a satisfactory resolution to your concerns and if you would like this refunded to you We look forward to hearing from you soon Thank you, AreaTrend
