Review: I placed an order in late January 2013 for a product that was listed on this companies website as in stock. After ordering I received notification that the product was backordered, but I was billed for the full amount prior to this notification. It is now June of 2013, the company has refused to answer any of the 4 emails I have sent regarding the status of my item. I have attempted phone contact and have received no response. I have asked that my order be canceled and a refund issued if the product was not in stock as of now. The product in question can now be found in stock at numerous other retailers, however without a refund of my purchase price I cannot pursue that.Desired Settlement: I have requested a refund of the purchase price and shipping charge for the item if the company cannot provide me a date when this product will be available. A simple response from them would have remedied this situation long ago.

Review: I received my Product from Ares Armor on time but it was damaged. So I contacted them to get a replacement. The sent me a return Label and I Shipped the product back. After a week after I sent the product back after emailing them a couple times seeing if they have received the product they finally contacted me and said they received an empty box, so they cant perform a return. I shipped the product back in original packaging and threw USPS priority mail.

It has been over a month now with them not giving me any answers and giving me excuses on why its has taken so long to get it processed. They even told me they cant file a USPS claim because of an empty box.

They did offer to SELL me a new product at a discount. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product.

Review: I sent an order in for 90.00 to this company in January 2013. It was never fulfilled. I have not received my product from them. Further attempts to contact them have been pointless. No refund was given. I have contacted them 4 separate times over the entire period, and have received nothing but excuses. This is despicable. my order number is [redacted]. They have also deleted my account associated with them.Desired Settlement: As a business I feel they should immediately refund the full cost of the undelivered product. Seeing as they will not deliver it. If not, lawyers will be contacted.

Review: Ares Armor has the worst customer service ever! I emailed over 10 times and even called multiple people in their company. Guess what, no response from either method! If I lived in California I would stop in and see what the heck is going on. I have read multiple complains on the Revdex.com and even on community forums of people not receiving products they ordered awhile ago. I placed my order in Nov 2012 and got nothing! The only response I got was through Facebook but it was very generic and they told me to pay the remaining balence on two frames. I paid in full for the jig which is needed for the frames. Never recived that!! Now the bank is telling me it's too far gone to get any money back.. So now what? Sue the company? Please help out those who are getting scammed by this company..Desired Settlement: Full refund of the two frames and a jig. I expect to have a refund because I been waiting too long for a product that is never coming. I work hard for my money and I don't need to be ripped off by some no name Company that claims they are legit!

before shipment customers were contacted to pay another payment of 99.95.

Customers that pre ordered this item saved 50 dollars by pre-ordering. When

[redacted] was contacted about the remaining balance he refused to pay the 99.95 for

both items he ordered. He will be refunded for his order.

I never received any emails sending me an invoice for a payment or any kind of order status.. I left numerous voice mails and emails to their staff with my number to call me for the rest of the payment. I only filed a complaint because why was I going to send more money to a company that never let me know anything about my order. Also many people had this same problem/concern with this company on online community's. This response from a place of business is no acceptable because if I want a refund I deserve it because I paid for services that was never fullfiled, or I pay this amount and you send me my stuff. You take the pick, hope you do the right thing because I was looking forward to using the product and recommend it to the people I know. Guess not

Review: Ordered a 80% reciver and guts in dec of 2012. paid for it and am still waiting for my product. tried several time to call and email but no response till.. when I asked to cancel my order. they did so but was wishy washy and asked to keep it. the did and still told me my order will be sent out in april of 2013. as I check the out of stok label is there and I have sent two emails asking for an explination. reading reviews it seems if you go there in person its GREAT. Best group of guy and all. Well the have my money and they arnt respondidng to any of my new emails. I cant beleive they would take the money for product they dont have...I am looking for my order and a percise date they will send it out. selling them to people in store instead of shipping them out. We took orders

for these for in store customers and they pick them up by order date. If they

show up to pick them up and there are orders for them before they placed theirs

we will not give it to them.

Review: I ordered 3 products from Ares Armor back in Dec. 2012 and have yet to receive any of those products. I contacted customer service through email in March of 2013 to check the status of those products and received a reply from [redacted] that stated that 2 of the items would be shipped that month and the 3rd item in about another month. I have since received nothing from them and they do not reply to emails or phone calls about status of products. I recently moved and contacted them to have them refund my payment and have received no response. I am blown away by the total lack of respect for their customers. I would not recommend anyone purchase items from this company without speaking to someone in person or over the phone. fulfill his order in time due to manufacturing fell way behind schedule.

Paid for two items. Received 1. Receipts proved purchase. Shipping receipt showed 1 package shipped. Customer service told me two different shipping weights for same package. Customer service went nowhere. Buyer beware!!

Review: Ares Armor does not value its customers. They do not answer emails, phone calls, and now do not reply to Facebook messages. [redacted] at Ares has told me that I could expect my order to be shipped in April and on May 16, 2013. It is now June and I have not received anything. They do not tell their customers when to expect the product with follow through nor do they update their website when supplies are coming in. I would HIGHLY suggest going to another company because you can not believe a word these people say. I have been waiting for 6 months for my products I purchase and have no idea when to expect my purchases. When I bought my products off the company website it said they had everything "In Stock"Desired Settlement: To ship what I have bought 6 months ago.

Review: On Aug 4th I received my order from Ares Armor. Upon opening the order I realized I had received the wrong item. After Emailing Ares I got a phone call from AA CRS [redacted] saying that AA would send me a return label and the correct item upon receiving it, its been over a week. Tardiness aside, I send AA CRS #3 [redacted] a Email Aug 5 telling them that this was a happy accident as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong merchandise configuration and I would like to take the opportunity to correct that mistake. As of this Writing I've received neither return label or a reply to my emails about correcting my order leaving me to think I've been brushed off.Desired Settlement: The amount of 27.95 must be credited to my Credit Card. And when I receive the return label for the merchandise it will be my pleasure to display what prompt return service should be.

Theirv products are not as described or made of material depicted in their description of product. The item is of such poor quality it may be unsafe to use. Checked specifications with certified gauges and found major manufacturing problems.

Review: I ordered a part from this company in December 2012. They charged my card immediately, even though the part had not shipped. A couple of months later, I still hadn't received it, so I sent them an email on Feb 4th. I received no response, so I sent another and received a reply on Feb 21st. [redacted] with Ares Armor replied and said that my part would be shipped "next month" which would be March. March came and went, so I sent another email... no reply. April came and went, so I sent yet another email... NO REPLY. It is now May. I ordered this part in December, they charged my card in December, but its now MAY, and I haven't received it yet! They wont even reply to my emails or apologize. They have also repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. This company has some HORRIBLE business practices! I have NEVER in my life done business with a company this bad. BUYER BEWARE!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for parts never received.

Review: I am involved in a group buy in which we all spent over $30,000.00. we all have bought a 80% rudius 1911 frame back in 12/15/12 and I finally received my frame on 4/27/13 but have NOT received the grips that come with it. Ares Armor kept giving us dates in which the grips would be completed and when that date came it was a no show. This happened 3 times lack of honesty and communication made us all angry. We were promised something that didn't happen several times over also the group buy leaders were kept in the dark and sometimes not notified of what was happening with this large order they NEVER answer their phones that is listed. Some have been waiting patiently for almost a year and have nothing to show for it. This company lacks business direction, honesty, integrity and communication with its customers.Desired Settlement: I want the grips that I have ordered and been waiting patiently for more than six months. Other businesses have been able to catch up with demand but seems Ares Armor cant. Makes me wonder what is going on. No more lies and honor what your customers have paid for.

Review: On January 22nd, 2013 I ordered a Blue Collar BA Kit/AR-15 80% build. The total price paid was $1197.95. This amount was immediately deducted from my bank account. I have now been waiting seven months for this item. I have contacted Ares several times asking for the status of my order, but have received nothing but the run-a-round. For the past 4 days I have been requesting a refund. However, in response to my request I was asked to sign a company policy letter stating that I agreed to a 9 month waiting period and a non-refundable purchase price on the date that I bought my item. I have never signed any type of document agreeing to the above statements, nor would I ever and Ares has refused to show me verification that I did so. The form also states that by signing my name that my request must be approved and if it is not that I will not receive a refund at all, therefore I did not sign it. At this time I no longer want the item to be sent to me. I just want my money to be refunded in its entirety.

Review: I ordered products costing $495.00 (USD) in total, including shipping, from Ares Armor on December 30, 2012. At the time of purchase, I placed a phone call to the company and was told that I could expect to wait up to four to six months for the products to arrive. My credit card was billed immediately. After four months passed, I began interfacing with company directly by e-mail to ascertain the delay in shipment. I checked again two months later. And finally, I checked again three months after that, as well (October 1st). It became apparent to me that I was never going to receive my shipment. In October 2013, I requested that my order be canceled and my money refunded. Around that same time, an e-mail was sent to me by the new chief of the company explaining that due to internal theft and shoddy business practices, the company had a change in management and was now resolving problems with refunds by requesting customers to fill out forms verifying their purchase. This e-mail was sent to me on October 10 and referenced an e-mail he apparently sent on July 4th, but which I never received. I completed the required forms and sent them to the accounts department in early October. Since then, every two weeks or so, I have been checking in to ascertain the status of my refund and have been getting a song and dance about how the refund process is taking their accounting department's full attention. It is almost December (nearly a full year) and I have neither received what I originally ordered nor my money back despite multiple promises from the company to honor one or the other obligation to me. It has been two months since I requested a simple refund to my credit card. If necessary, I can produce every e-mail I've ever sent to and received from Ares Armor cataloging the entire ordeal. These e-mails date back to the original purchase on December 30th, 2012, and conclude on November 25th, 2013, wherein I warned Ares Armor to complete my refund or that I would be forced to report them to the Revdex.com. The number of e-mails between myself and Ares Armor is in excess of 20 separate communications in total.Desired Settlement: I would very much like my money back in full, preferably with interest for the loan I have unintentionally fronted this company. I will, realistically, settle for a refund for the full amount including the shipping as nothing was ever shipped to me.

Review: On February 9, 2013, I ordered two items from Ares Armor. One was an 80% lower receiver. The second item was a jig. On April 23, 2013 I contacted [redacted] at Ares Armor by phone and informed him that I wished to cancel my orders and have my money refunded back to my credit card because of the wait and also since I found a merchant in my local area who had the same items ready for immediate purchase. I was told by [redacted] that he could gaurantee that my order would be filled and shipped by April 29, 2013. Since that time, I have received no confirmation of any shipment in my email and no replies to the numerous emails I have sent and no answer to any of my phone calls. [redacted] ASSURED me during my phone call that he would ship the ordered items by April 29, 2013 and has since avoided all of my attempts to contact him.Desired Settlement: Either send the ordered items as I purchased and was assured would happen on April 29, 2013 or refund me the money I spent!

Review: I purchased an item from Ares Armor on October 1st 2015 and still have not received my item. According to the information I have they have not even shipped it yet. I have messaged them several times to see if there was an issue or something but have not received any relies to an emails I have sent. This is the second time in a row I have had an issue with there sales and shipping. First was a multiple item order that they showed having over 10 of and I ordered 5 waited weeks and had to message them to find out they only had 3 in stock. Now I ordered ! item and it has been over a month and nothing. No refund and no part.Desired Settlement: I would like my part I ordered but if this is to hard for them to do I would at leas like my money back.

I Bought this product with the guarantee that they were made on site by this company, only to find out that this company buys it's products from overseas and sells them as locally made. anything overseas. This acquisition is a lie. We pride ourselves and our

company on the fact that everything we make is made with only American parts,

and we only sell items that are made in America. He ordered his items when they

[On April 7th, I was emailed by one the of employees of Ares Armor ([redacted]) and told to expect my order to ship after a "shipment was received" on April 20th. That time has come and gone and still no product. Also, my complaint was the time between the order and the expected shipment date. When I ordered from Ares Armor back in Feb, their website said that they were back ordered for at least 2-3 months, Not the 6-9 months that [redacted] at Ares Armor now claims. I was willing to wait for the 3 months, and was even told in April that I would get my shipment in May. It is now mid June and I do not have my order.

The response from Ares Armor claims that all of their products are made here in the USA, I am not a part of their company so I have no idea where they are made. However I was told that the reason my order was not ready was that the company was waiting on my product to be shipped to them. So that told me that they do not make the product on site as they claimed on their website when I first ordered.

I would like my money refunded ASAP. ]

He has been electronically refunded and should receive an email stating that a refund has been given and it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to hit.

On March 7th I received an e-mail stating "Were currently shipping orders with your order date, so your lowers should be going out within the next few days. As for the jigs, we have them in production and are still a few weeks out from receiving them."That is the last communication I have gotten from them and I have since sent 8 un-answered e-mails. Today is June 14.Numerous people who ordered their lowers after I did have gotten their product months ago which leads me to believe that my order has been forgotten. I am not sure who [redacted] is they refer to and my order is supposed to be shipped to me. I live about 500 miles away and they say my order is not a shipping order? I will gladly go pick it up if that is what will be required.

Also they said 2 months ago that they were shipping my order and I have not been able to get a response since. March 7th I was told

"We’re currently shipping orders with your order date, so your lowers should be going out within the next few days." I feel that they may be referencing a different order than the two orders I placed for 6 lowers and a jig on Dec 21st.

I apologize for the mix up. [redacted] is set to pick up once his items arrive we will call him to come pick them up. We have forged lowers being anodized and they will be here in a couple weeks. Jigs are being assembled as well. As soon as we receive all 6 of his lowers and the jig we will be calling him to pick them up. Thank you, and again I apologize for the mix up.
