As a landlord I am very pleased with Arizona Property Management & Investments. Under previous management, rental payments were not being kept up to date and the condition of my property was deteriorating. All that has changed as soon as I hired Arizona Property Management. My property has never looked better and rents have increased 30%. This is how a property management company is supposed to work! I'm happy to share my experience with renting my house with AZEZRENTALS. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful real estate agent to trust to rent my house out for me. This was a speedy process from start to finish and I didn't have to get involved in the process which was a weight of my mind. A very effective and reliable company I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to rent out there home.

I was very unhappy with with way Az Property Management handled my move out inspection from a property I rented for two years. I am also unhappy with the way a maintenance issue was handled prior to move out. Upon move out I cleaned the home to satisfaction. I went through a move out inspection with the representative sent by the company. I read his report and signed it the day of move out. I then waited a week to hear back from the company. I recieved a call from representative [redacted] who proceeded to tell me there were concerns regarding my move out inspection. I asked if she had a copy of the initial move in checklist I submitted, she indicated no. I asked the owner [redacted] if he had a copy of the move in check list he said no. I told both of them I had sent it, they indicated I would have recievied a reciept. I later found in a saved e-mail a copy of the reciept that the company had indeed recieved the initial inspection checklist. [redacted] then proceeded to tell me there would be charges for damage to the home. Charges for items that were clearly noted on the original move in checklist. I also sent pictures of items that [redacted] told me were damaged after my move in that were clearly not. All concerns had to be approved by the owner.

I also had a leaky water heater during the month of April that took a whole month to replace. I sent not one but two work orders requesting the unit be replaced. The leak was so bad a mold smell was present and the adjacent bathroom door was hard to close. I feel that this company takes advantage of its renters and places too much blame on the owner. I was assured by [redacted] the owner that [redacted] was a professional in her position. I don't feel that is valid when she clearly stated that she had no copy of the original inspection checklist and I have an email copy of there reciept. I would not recommend renting from this business as they do not have the tenants interest as heart.

I moved here from out of state and needed a place to rent. I gave them the details of what I was looking for and they got to work. The next day I was looking at houses and it made it very easy to make a decision. They are great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Working with them was just amazing! I had an awesome agent and she had my home sold in under a month! Unbelievable. Hard work and great marketing is how it's done. Highly recommended!

Review: I hired this company to manage my property for rent and renter issues. Last month I had to make several calls to manage my property which I pay them to do. I had to call several times to see where we were at on fixing issues with the property. The owner Payam Raouf through text messaging told me they had dropped the ball and they would try to do better. I agree with his statement that his company is not doing what they should do. I gave his company a more than 60 day notice to end our contract on June 1, 2015. It will end in August 2015. The end contract fees are bad and that was as soon as I could end it. Since I gave notice to end our contract before he could automatically extend it seems the company has stopped honoring their end of the contract. I can not get him to tell me about the property which I have asked questions on his wed site design to communicate. I have asked about status on the washer repair which I had to call to get them to go back out. I have ask status on tile repair which I paid his handy man company to do and it has already come undone in a month. I have heard no response on these issues. Even is handy man company is asking me for updates on the washer because the management company is not doing their job.Desired Settlement: I would like to be released from my contract without paying any penalties wit him since he is not honoring his end of managing the property.

Casey has the fastest response for questions/ problems of any property manager I have ever dealt with in my life! I am very impressed with her efficiency and facilitation in the rental process as well as in problem solving. Whatever her pay is,It's nowhere near enough for the quality of work she does.

The management of our apartments were taken over by Arizona Property Management and Investments after another management company made a complete mess of things. They got our accounts back on an even keel and have worked hard to ensure things are improving going forward. I would recommend them to anybody.

We own multiple properties managed by Arizona Property Management. They range from SFR's, condos, duplexes, and multiple unit apartment complexes. Over the many years they have worked for us my collected rents have averaged more than 96%. It's also rare that a vacancy is not rented again within the month. I enjoy being a property owner since I don't have to deal with the day to day hassles. Cash flow checks and statements are received on schedule monthly. Great company!

Review: Arizona Property Management has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It started with agent bringing grandson along to show rental property. Grandson was also running around office when lease was signed. On move in day home was filthy and in process of being cleaned. Toilets dirty, floor un mopped and un vacuumed, stove dirty, yard full of weeds, ceiling fans not working, yard sprinkler system not working and washing machine broken. But worst of all air conditioning not working in 108 degree heat. Repeated calls went unanswered. 8 days (105 degree + days) later AC was fixed. Property manager offered half off rent for days AC not working!! When property manager told that was not acceptable that full rent for 8 days are demanded he declined to answer. (Civil case pending). Cleaning and weeds were taken care of day after move in but 13 days later and none of the other issues are fixed although repeated calls, emails and texts have been sent. Horrible company!!Desired Settlement: Full 8 days rent as home was uninhabitable in 105+ degree heat with no AC. Repairs be made immediately to washer, fans, sprinklers. A public apology.

The owner has a home warranty and we were in contact with them at all times keeping the tenant informed. The owner has credited the tenant's account for the 8 days he has requested in the amount of $346.66.

We'd worked with another management company prior to being referred to Arizona Property Management & Investments. It was quite refreshing to finally have a company that is ALWAYS available and continues to pay close personal attention to our needs long after the contract was signed.
