Annual system maintenance performed. Heater mechanic was on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He left the work area clean and in order. He was receptive to my input. I also asked him to correct some particular items and he did so promptly, no need for a follow-up visit.
With other companies I've had some poor experience where they send out techs who have basic knowledge and I had little confidence the job was done correctly and completely.
Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly was Jim !!! He completed the service quickly and clean. I noted that the when the heater starts up it makes a noise, then after a little while running it would calm down. He said he would make a few adjustments to resolve the problem. The problem is resolved, its very quite now. Jim is Great !!
