received your email dated March 16, 2016, regarding the above-referenced complaint.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond.    We have been in communication with Mr. [redacted] to gain a better understanding of the Complaint ever since the service request on March 7, 2016.  While we understand it can be inconvenient to be without the use of facilities, ARS was required to turn off the gas in order to remain in compliance with industry regulations.  We appreciate the opportunity to clarify that ARS acted with urgency to complete the repair as soon as the permit, inspection, and “green tag” clearance was obtained to restore the use of Mr. [redacted]s facilities by March 10, 2016. I am rejecting this response because:I had ask for they fact finding about the units .kept calling and hard to answers. They just want to give us 650 dollars and call it good..

I am rejecting this response because:This response is very broad in nature. I finally got something from Home Depot however it is only one part of the agreement made by the corporate office of ARS. I signed the agreement only after writing in the part they left out. I don't think this was intentional. I want to give them the benefit of doubt. There are too many people/companies involved. I didn't want to write on their document and stated that in the return email.I wanted to respond to this message in it's finality but it's not final. The time I had to respond to the Revdex.com was six days with a weekend in the middle so I'm forced to write this has not been fully resolved at this time.I'm very hopeful the agreement will be resolved tomorrow.
