They keep saying it has been shipped and USPS has repeatedly said it was never received I just want a refund the least they could do I have email thread. I have been polite

After I have order an item online with Battling Blades on April 9 - I have not received what I paid - A shipping label was created on April 9 online by Battling Blades . I have contacted the USPS main office on 04/16/20 for information , I was acknowledged that USPS has not received merchandises on April 9 and merchandises was never delivered to USPS . I have tried contact them , their phone number do not answer calls . I have sent emails to a guy named Brian with no contact phone number. My emails have been ignored - I demand a completed refund of my purchased , A *** transaction - I have receipt from them and

I already spoke with the Post Office.
The Post Office has never received the item.
Label was created on April 9 and that is all.

I ordered a knife from Battling Blades three weeks ago, and it has been in "Pre-Shipment" limbo ever since. Last week I emailed, requesting an update, and "Brian" emailed me back stating he would talk to his "Shipping Manager" and get back to me ASAP.

No word.

So I did a search for customer reviews and found this page. Looks like he hoodwinked me just like everybody else here. Don't give this company your money.

Quite simply, this entire website is a scam. I ordered a sword and paid priority shipping, and when it never arrived I began a torrid email war with some guy named Brian. He kept jerking me around saying, "oh, it's being forged right now," and "oh yeah, the handle broke so I have to wait for a new one to come in." Finally I said I just wanted my money back, so he offered to send me the broken sword as consolation until he fixed the good one. I said fine, any sword is better than none. Well, the broken sword arrived SIX MONTHS LATE, and the "good one" arrived a YEAR late! And on top of that, both of these swords are absolute pieces of junk. Yeah, they're hand forged Damascus, but as far as I can tell not a single thing was actually done correctly. Visible cracks all over the place, the tang is just a piece of all-thread poorly welded to the bottom of the blade, the blade came COVERED IN RUST, it was bent and twisted, and as far as I can tell it was never heat treated at all because I can bend it out of shape with my bare hands as easily as bending a paperclip; it does not spring back to the normal position. Overall, I've never seen someone apparently work so hard to produce such poor quality work. Doing it the right way would have actually been easier than throwing together the piece of junk that they sold me. Go read the other reviews of this site and you'll see tons of people with almost the exact same story as this one. Every good review you see on this website must be fake, that's the only explanation. Whoever runs this business should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a sword mount that was labeled in preshipment and never shipped. I’ve emailed this business several times to request a refund but I haven’t received word yet. It’s been 2 weeks since the last update.

HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? I wish I would've read these reviews before I spent money on this company's website, apparently lots of people have had similar experiences of the items they buy being "out of stock" or taking months to arrive, I am personally astonished that there are reviewers that recieved any products at all, the company has some sort of policy in place that lets them keep a percentage of all refunds, and I am convinced this is the bulk of the income these people bring in, they market non existent items and drag it out until the person forgets or demands a refund, where they get to keep around 20% and considering most of their "products" are in the hundreds of dollars im sure it adds up, I recomend anyone interested in this site to take whatever they were going to spend and throw a quarter of it away, just save yourself the time.

I purchased a sword the 1st of November 2019. It is now March 2020. No refund no sword. Just empty promises. STAY AWAY from this company.

Ordered a $157 kukri from them. Paid extra for two day delivery. Got it almost 10 days later and it was the wrong knife. And by wrong I mean no one with a functioning brain could possibly think it was a kukri. Anyway, I found the reviews of this place (after I ordered, of course). I decided to quit while I was ahead and keep the item they sent me, which I looked up on their website, just because. I saw it was about $60 less than what I'd ordered.
Short version, don't deal with these people. Do some research, don't get taken in by the "good price" schtick. Cheap doesn't mean good.

Screw that company , took a month and a half , it's a completely different blade !!! Nothing like I ordered !!! After reading so many comments of the same things I'm saying I'm contacting PayPal to get my money back and reporting this company as a fruad , scam company !!!!!

Unlike may others here I got my product on time and it looks great....well, looked great. First time my son took his throwing axe out for use the handle broke in half. I left a review on the website which was then "hidden" by the site. We will see if they respond at all, but based on these reviews I am not holding my breath.

Never answers phone. Almost two months now since they gladly took my money no word on my shipment. Think I lost money with Battling blades.

Placed an order with this firm on 17 December (#***) for a Gladius sword with Priority shipping, so that it would arrive prior to Christmas (gift for my son). Received notification that *** Shipping Label printed that same day, but no update in status since that time. Attempted to contact the company prior to Christmas to learn the status of this order; customer service number inoperative/not manned. Finally received email from "Brian" at Battling Blades on 23 December, stating that this item is in the mail and should arrive "either later this [Christmas] week or by next week". No further notification from him, no item received and no update on the initial *** shipping status from 17 December. Getting the constant runaround from this company, which does not respond to customer complaints. I feel that the business practices of this firm are patently fraudulent.

As requested, the order was refunded on January 14th.

I attempted to purchase a sword from this company, and have been lied to for quite some time. I originally made the purchase on November 30, 2019. We were contacted by the company on December 2, and we were told that the sword should be here before Christmas. After weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them again the week before Christmas. At this point the lies started. First we were told that there was a delay, then we got told that there was an issue with the original sword, then we were told that we could order something they already had in stock, then the item had shipped, then we were told that someone was out of town so they couldn't get us the tracking info, now he's blaming *** and saying he will make another sword of they don't deliver. At this point I no longer trust this company and do not think they plan to deliver the sword at all. I have asked for a full refund, but have yet to hear back and the refund has not been issued.

We have been in constant contact with the customer. The item was shipped but she claimed it was not received. We offered to reship or issue a refund at their choosing and we are still waiting on their response. If a refund is preferred, we will refund immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have yet to receive any kind of shipping confirmation. I was told the item would ship almost two weeks ago and I would have tracking information provided last week. This company ships from a location in my state, so this is well beyond all estimated shipping times. They still will not provide a tracking number and now they are blaming ***. Last week it was an employee out of town that caused the issue. The week before they claimed a production issue. Prior to the delay was because the item ordered was not in stock. Nothing has proven to be true, andI believe this company is now being extremely dishonest. I have requested a full refund twice and have yet to have one issued. This has gone on for over a month now, and I just want my money refunded.

Doggone it - I wish I would have read these Revdex.com reviews on this company before I ordered here; my story is echoes so many of these below. My son wanted a sword for Christmas, and specified one of this company's products. Went online a couple of weeks before the holiday and ordered it, with "Priority Mailing" (which, by definition, was expedited 2-day shipping). Received a USPS email almost immediately, stating that the shipping label had been printed.

Then, the deep freeze set in...

After a week-plus had passed, with the holiday fast approaching and neither receipt of the item nor a shipping update, I contacted the company via the "customer service telephone number" listed on the site. I put that in quotations, because there IS NO customer service via phone for this firm - and believe me, I know, because I constantly tried to contact them, day and night, for days. Finally sent an email to this "Brian" person, inquiring as to the shipping status of my item; got a lackadaisical email back from him a couple of days later, with words to the effect that I should be receiving my item "sometime", either later Christmas week or "the week after" - not what I paid for.

Needless to say, here it is, New Year's Eve, with no item received, no update as to shipping status, and a disappointed son for Christmas. This business is a straight-up S-C-A-M, with piss-poor "customer service", and should not be used by anyone with an interest in keeping their money. Like one of the other reviewers below, I submitted a negative comment into their review site; I expect that it won't be posted, along with all the other negative comments that have ever been forwarded (funny how almost all of the Battling Blades posted comments are 4/5 star ratings, eh?)

This company is a SCAM! They are very pleased to take your money and not ship anything in return. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. We placed an order over a month ago. Battling Blades printed a shipping label and that was it. We will be pursuing legal action to have our hard earned money returned.

I'm very disappointed! I received my knife and it's full of rust.

From this story, you will find I am the biggest schmuck on here. I ordered a personally designed blade in February (I think the 20th). After 8 weeks, which was the said date that I would get my blade, I emailed Brian in order to find when I would receive it, but apparently it had not even been made yet. Then in August or September I was told that it was finished and sent, but the packaging number was lost, and so was the package. Then I was promised to have my blade remade and sent to me 6 weeks later. Brian has not responded to my last 5 emails and I have no idea about my blade. This company is not recommend. I will update if anything good happens.

I ordered a Viking sword almost 2 months ago. Kept beating around the bush telling me it will be done in two weeks. Two weeks go by and I can’t act again. Well it will take another week. Two more weeks go by and I ask what is the deal? They make a shipping label and update me but til legos day nothing has changed. I asked for my money back twice. Nothing. Won’t return my emails. Won’t answer the phone. Horrible place. Don’t waste any money here. Read every review you can get and don’t throw away $140 like I did. Also paid for expedited shipping to.

I ordered a cane sword in August. I separately ordered a chopping knife same day. The chopper came on time. The cane sword still hasn't been shipped. It's October! They give me excuse after excuse. I will not buy another thing from this company and am seeking a refund. This company sucks!

This company is definitely a scam. First, they do not state prominently that when you purchase a sword they most likely do not have it in stock, and it will have to be "fabricated". After digging around the site you can find that apparently these "hand-made" items may take up to 8 weeks to fabricate and ship. 4 weeks in, I was curious about the status of my order so I asked. "Brian" kindly informed me that my order was almost complete, and would be shipping later that week. 2 weeks later, I had still heard nothing, and after inquiring again I was told there was an issue with the pommel that would take another week to resolve, and if I wished to cancel my order I would have to pay a 20% fee. Finally, after more than 8 weeks I was tired of being literally lied to by this company, I demanded a full refund under the threat of legal action. This company should not be legally allowed to conduct business, and I strongly urge potential customers to turn to a more trustworthy source.
