Today I had Robert come in to fix a leaky toilet and have the wax ring replaced. Robert was very professional and generous, completed the task in a timely manner. And I will definitely call again if I need any other repair.
I called Art Douglas Plumbing last week and asked about a sink install. The girl that answered the phone was nice and said she could send someone out right now. Robert showed up and checked out my new sink, took measurements and gave me a price. I had my sink installed today by Robert, it works and looks great.He was on time and very polite and kept the area clean and put my old sink in the new box. I will use this company again.

On X-XX-XX our company serviced Mr. [redacted]'s A/C unit. At that time the unit was working fine and in good condition. on 7/11/14 we received a call from Mr. [redacted]...
that he had water drip off his roof and he believed it was from the A/C. Mr. [redacted] scheduled an appointment for Monday 7/14/14. On Monday 7/414 we called and spoke with Mrs. [redacted] at that time we told her that the Technician is on the way and she told us she would be home.
When our Technician [redacted] arrived at the [redacted]'s home he was told by Mrs. [redacted] that they did not call us and that she was waiting for Clovis Air. Mrs. [redacted] was adamant that she wanted Clovis Air to come out. I called Mrs. [redacted] and told her that she had a maintenance agreement with us and that her husband had called for service. She refused to let our technician check the unit so we moved on to other customers.
A few hours later Mr. [redacted] called our office upset that we had not showed up and taken care of his problem. I told him his wife had sent us away. Mr. [redacted] became aggressive and agitated. Apparently when he called our Clovis phone number he had told his wife that the Clovis Office was coming out and that's how the confusion started. He also thought that the drain should under warranty. After speaking with The [redacted]'s I cam see how they could be easily confused. A drain can plug at any time for any number of reasons. If the [redacted]'s had had listened to the Technician the Dispatcher and myself they would have had their problem taken care of at the scheduled appointment time. Instead they choose to be confrontational and blame us for their lack of communication. I won't be refunding any money for the SCA Agreement. The first service was performed and the unit was operating correctly when we were done. They wasted there second visit when they sent us away.

This response was expected. There was no confusion with our complaint and a plugged up drain does not clog up with solidified dirt approximately two feet up the drain pipe. That is what caused the drain pipe in three months to overflow at the top and eventually flow down the roof into the rain gutter. My lord, what do I have to do, teach a class in common sense.
Anyway, this type of plumbing is licensed by the State so we'll see...

I called to have a drain line cleaned in one of my rentals. They
promptly went out and were probably there for about 15-20min, cleared
the line and charged me $100. I asked for an invoice to be sent to me
via email so I could pay. Well, the owner, Doug, called me at 6:45am to demand payment and left a voice mail on my cell phone. He then called again around 10am and proceeded to tell me he doesn't send invoices until he is paid. Told me
that he doesn't want to work for people like me, told me he didn't need
my business, told me I was a slum lord and not worth the $100 service
to him. WOW, Is about all I can say. Again, I told him to send me an
invoice and I would pay gladly. He finally just sent the invoice and I
will send out a check. Contractors must give you an invoice to legally
get paid and I must have it for my records. I'm so disappointed, I thought I had found a good plumber to work with and instead I just got treated so disrespectfully for NO reason.

Today, Sal came out to fix a few issues in our bathrooms. He was fast and friendly. He showed up on time, and was here for about a half hour. I would definitely recommend Art Douglas plumbing, and Sal, to anyone who needs a good plumber.
I called Art Douglas because my heater stopped working. the man on the phone was so professional and friendly, he sent out a guy quick. the technician knew what it was and replaced the part and explained to me what it was and was on his way fast. I wll call this company again.

I am so pleased with the support I received from Art Douglas. Having two toilets and two showers plugged I placed a call and we agreed on a time because I had a medical appointment. Robert was the at 12:25 .... surveyed the problem and immediately informed me that it was an outside effort on his part. He moved his equipment to the front yard Clean Out Fitting and ran the gable up the line toward the house. returned within 15 minutes, tested the drainage from two toilets, sinks and showers .... even looked at my hot water heated while I was writing a check .... job completed and he was on his at 12:55 ... i'm a happy man!
