My toilet had a slow leak from the wall and I called Art Douglas first thing in the morning. They said "Can we send someone out right now?" They were at my house in 15 minutes and the toilet was fixed within a half an hour. Polite, professional service at reasonable price.

[redacted] led us to believe that we needed to replace gas lines, stating all along that they were "non-repairable". One flexible line was installed, not two (you wanted to replace the second one, quoting $13,450). A second technician was hired for a second opinion, not only he found all the gas line leaks, repaired the existing lines, removed the flexible line that you installed due to being "unnecessary", existing lines are in good condition. You misled us from the very beginning into replacing a gas line, when it was totally repairable. All original gas lines remain at the facility. Not only we consider unprofessional to state that the gas lines were "non-repairable", but untruthful to indicate that the only solution was to replace them. We consider we don't owe any monies to [redacted], and are willing to take the case further, if you don't desist in collecting from us.

Great JOB! Sal Z[redacted] did a great job fixing the toilet at our office. He came in early morning, cheerful, full of energy, got to work, did the job and was out in a flash! I thought he was going to take all day to fix the issue, but it was a quick fix and he was done in less than an hour. Thank you Sal!
Always a positive experience. Eddie our service man is polite, knowledgeable and patient. We have the annual spring/fall service agreement and depend on these guys to keep our system running and our house comfortable.

I just bought a house and my heater was not working so well. I looked in the yellow pages for an HVAC company and they were the first name I saw. I called them up and the person on the phone promptly explained to me the pricing for the person to come service my heater. Shortly after that I received a call that the technician was on his way to my house. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about heating systems. Thank you for the great work and timely fashion!
I would give Robert the guy who came out to fix my clogged pips a perfect score I always have the same problem in this house and he seems to be the guy they always send he does a great job he's fast and I never have to call back because of something he didn't do I would tell everyone that needs a plumber to call Art Plumbing 😃.
