Review: I renewed my account with an Artist Arena Fan Club at the end of July 2013, just before it was set to expire. Instead of getting a confirmation email or code at the time, I got an error message. I emailed them at that time to make sure it went through. I got an email response at that time that it did and everything was fine. They also charged my credit card for the renewal. On 10/**/13, I got an email saying my membership had expired on 8/*/13 (when had originally been due to expire, had I not renewed). I emailed them right away to ask why, explained that I had renewed, and had an email from them saying so. I got a response on 10/**/13 asking that I forward them the email so they could look into it. I also got a response that same day, a few hours later, from a different person, asking if I was having problems renewing my account. I replied to both of these emails immediately and explained the situation. I haven't heard anything from them as of this date (10/**/13). I emailed them again on 10/**/13 and asked for an update. To date I have gotten no response. I tried to call them and they don't have a phone number that allows you an option to actually talk to anyone.

I have documentation of all the correspondence.Desired Settlement: All I'm asking is for them to fix their mistake and reactivate my account.
