We have been in contact with the [redacted] family, and have a date set for the work to be done.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The money was refunded as promised on 8/10/2015.

Seven replacement windows were ordered on February 2, 2014 and were replaced on March 20, 2014. One of the windows had a cracked pane and needed to be replaced. The window to this date has not been replaced. The window has been sitting at [redacted] (manufacturer) since April 11, 2014. [redacted] collected $2233.00 for this work and has now refused to replace the window and now will not return my phone calls regarding this matter.
